폐석고를 혼입한 모르타르의 염화물 이온 및 중성화에 대한 저항성 (Chloride ion and Carbonation Resistance of the Cement Mortar admixed with Waste Phosphogypsum)

  • The purpose of this study evaluates possibilities of waste phosphogypsum into concerts by steam curing admixture. The waste phosphogypsum is made use of 4 forms(Dehydrate, $\beta$-Hemihydrate, III-Anhydrite and II-Anhydrite) which were changed to in low temperature of calcination. The penetration depth and compressive strength of cement mortar are investigated to evaluate the chloride ion and carbonation resistance. As a result, chloride ion and carbonation resistance of cement mortar admixed with waste phosphogypsum are more excellent than cement mortar contained OPC alone. The internal pores of cement mortar are decreased by using waste phosphogypsum, because the hydrates of ettringite which is denesified in structure is much formed in early ages at steam curing. These densified effect is concluded with improving the resistance to attack of cement mortar including waste phospogypsum.

  • Concrete made with ground granulated blast-furnace slag(GGBS) has many advantage, including improved durability, workability and economic benefits. GGBS concrete is that its strength development is considerably slower under standard 20℃ curing conditions than that of portland cement concrete, although the ultimate strength is higher for same water-binder ratio. GGBS is not therefore used in application where high early age strength is required. However, hydration of GGBS is much more sensitive to temperatures, the strength development of GGBS concrete is significantly enhanced.

  • The purpose of this study was to use daily waste incinerated ash, which was reclaimed worthlessly, as substitutes of fine aggregates in concrete. Various kinds of admixture was utilized to strengthen the cement mortar mixed with waste incinerated ash, and altered the curing condition to diminish the rate of expansion. By the results of this experiment, it was possible to produce the lightweight concrete, charactered with the gravity below 1.5 and over 160kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ compressive strength by replacing all fine aggregates with waste incinerated ash. It was also observed that the low temperature curing condition, lessoned gas exhausts, was effective to increase the strength of cement mortar.

  • Effects of such factors as polymerization temperature and a newly synthesized oligomeric photoinitiator(PEDI380) on the electro-optic characteristics of polymer/LC composite films prepared by the UV-curing method were investigated. The polymer-dispersed liquid crystal cells were made with oligomeric photoinitiator PEDI380 by UV-curing method exhibited both low driving volta ge($V_90$) and high contrast ratio under optimum formulation condition.

  • To prepare the good-adherent and weather-resistant acrylic resin coatings, acrylic resin was prepared by a radical polymerization. Glass transition temperature(Tg) of the acrylic copolymer was fixed at 30℃ and the contents of tertiary amine monomer(DMAEMA) was varied to be 5, 10, 15, 20 wt% respectively. γ-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(GPTMS) containing epoxy group was used for curing agents and di-n-butyltindilaurate(DBTDL) was used for drying accelerator. The equivalent ratio of amine to epoxy was 1:1. The prepared coatings exhibited excellent adhesion to various substrates, and various physical properties of the coatings were satisfactory. The gloss retention and color difference were improved at low tertiary amine concentration. The coatings containing 10wt% tertiary amine concentration have especially good weather resistant properties.

Glycerol 후처리에 의한 Free-formaldehyde 발생 억제 효과 (The Effects of Glycerol Aftertreatment for Low-Formaldehyde Finishing)

  • To control the amounts of formaldehyde released from the cotton fabric finished with N-methylol compounds, glycerol was used as a formaldehyde-scavenging agent. It was observed the effects of catalysts and curing conditions when aftertreated with glycerol on melamine resin finished fabric. The effects of Different processes of glycerol treatment, and different resins, urea resin and melamine resin, were compared. The conclusions obtained from the results are as follows: 1) It was shown hatt the aftertreatment with glycerol (treated without catalyst) was more effective than treated with catalysts in controlling free formaldehyde. 2) The optimum curing temperature and curing time for the glycerol aftertreatment without adversely affecting the other properties of fabric was about $160^{\circ}C$, 3 min. 3) According to the increase of glycerol concentration in both aftertreatment and simultaneous treatment the amounts of free formaldehyde was reduced. The rate of decrease was manifest within the limits of $6\%$ in the case of simultaneous treatment with glycerol ana resins, and $3\%$ in the case of glycerol aftertreatment on resin finished fabrics. 4) Dry wrinkle recovery angle was decreased the increase of glycerol concentration. Melamine resin had a little adverse effect than urea resin, particulary glycerol aftertreatment. 5) The breaking strength was increased with the increase of glycerol concentration.

  • Epoxy resin has wide application in various industrial fields because of their good mechanical strength, superiority adhesion and low shrinkage etc. And the typical curing method for epoxy resins is thermal and press compaction. However, a curing method was used electron beam process in this study. Epoxy acrylate was fabricated from mixture of epoxy, acrylic acid, tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP) and hydroquinone monomethyl ether (MEHQ) with mole ratios. Then electron beam irradiation effect on the curing of the epoxy acrylate resin was investigated various absorption dose in nitrogen atmospheres at room temperature. The dynamic mechanical and thermal properties of the irradiated epoxy acrylate resins were characterized using dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). And the tensile and flexural strength were measured by an universal tensile machine (UTM).

  • As the performance and density of IC (integrated circuit) devices increase, power and signal integrities in the global interconnects of advanced packaging technologies are becoming more difficult. Thus, the global interconnect technologies should be designed to accommodate increased input/output (I/O) counts, improved power grid network integrity, reduced RC delay, and improved electrical crosstalk stability. This requirement resulted in the fine-pitch interconnects with a low-k dielectric in 3D packaging or wafer level packaging structure. This paper reviews an organic-inorganic hybrid material as a potential dielectric candidate for the global interconnects. An organic-inorganic hybrid material called polysiloxane can provide spin process without high temperature curing, an excellent dielectric constant, and good mechanical properties.

  • 프리캐스트 콘크리트 공법은 건식공법으로서 현장에서의 작업량을 최소화할 수 있으며 품질관리가 쉽고, 조립으로 공기단축이 가능하지만, 공기상 조기에 콘크리트 강도를 확보하기 위하여 콘크리트의 강도발현속도를 촉진시키는 증기양생법에 의존하여 왔다. 그러나 최근에 나타나고 있는 중동에서의 정치적 불안이나 국제 경제의 불안정으로 인해 지속적으로 유류비는 상승되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 프리스트레스트용 프리캐스트 콘크리트 제품 생산을 위해 저온의 조건에서 증기양생을 사용하지 않고 1일 압축강도 14MPa 이상, 설계기준압축강도 40MPa를 확보하는 콘크리트 개발을 목표로 하였다. 1종 포틀랜드시멘트와 3종 조강포틀랜드시멘트, 특수목적의 조강혼합시멘트 등 3종류의 시멘트에 대해 굳지 않은 콘크리트의 물성과 압축강도를 실험을 통해 평가하였다. 실험결과, 조강용 시멘트들은 슬럼프와 슬럼프경시변화, 공기량 확보 측면에서 불리하였지만 강도 측면에서는 목표값 이상을 확보하였으며 특히, 조강혼합시멘트가 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

동절기 벽식구조 건축물 벽부분의 버블시트 포설방법 변화가 이음부 노출철근의 온도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Bubble Sheet Applying Methods on Temperature of Exposed Joint Rebar at Wall Surface of Load-Bearing Wall Structure Building During Winter)

  • 본 연구에서는 겨울철 타설된 콘크리트 표면을 낮은 열전도율 재료로 덮어 주므로서 우수한 단열성을 갖으며, 높은 전용성으로 경제성까지 뛰어난 2중 버블시트에 의한 표면피복 양생공법에 대하여 검토하였다. 하지만, 벽식구조 건축물 시공의 경우 버블시트로 포설되는 슬래브 부분은 초기동해를 방지할 수 있지만, 노출 철근 부분의 경우 버블시트의 포설이 까다롭기 때문에 이 부분에 대한 양생법 변화는 초기동해 피해 여부와 관련하여 의구심이 제기되고 있다. 그러므로, 본 연구에서는 실제 시공중인 벽식구조 Apt 현장의 벽체부분을 동절기 저온 조건하에서 시공하는 것을 모사하여 각종 표면피복 양생방법 변화에 따른 매립 및 노출철근 부분의 위치별 온도 분포 특성을 분석하여 효율적인 양생방법을 제안하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 여러 양생방법 중 D방법의 양생이 가장 우수하게 초기동해를 방지할 수 있는 것으로 판명되었다. 그러나, 시공의 효율성 및 시공의 편리성 까지도 감안하면 철근과 철근의 간격부 만큼에 버블시트를 좁은 폭으로 잘라 덮어주는 B방법도 우수한 방법으로 추천된다.
