This research is part of the research for unifying the mass concrete and utilizing the rate of super retarding agent. We analyzed the performance of super retarding agent under low temperature conditions. It was found that there was no deterioration in fluidity and air quality due to the change in the super retarding agent mixing rate. It was found that when super retarding agent was mixed up to 0.5 %, it was delayed for 22.3 hours at 20℃, 48.2 hours at 10℃, and 48.5 hours at 5℃. Therefore in order to ensure the performance required at the site, the super retarding agent mixing rate must be determined by fully considering the situation at the site. In addition it will be analyzed that super retarding agent performance analysis at high temperature will be required in subsequent studies.

In order to enhance the thermal stability of binder materials of bonded type solid lubricants, several combinations of metal-alkoxide based sol-gel materials such as methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMOS), $titaniumisopropoxide(Ti(Opr^{j})_{4})$, $zirconiumisopropoxide(Zr(Opr^{j})_{4})$ and $aluminumbutoxide(Al(Obu^{t})_{4})$ were chemically modified by epoxy-, acrylic- and fluoro-silane compounds, respectively, in this work. Friction and wear characteristics of these hybrid ceramic materials were tested with a micro tribe-tester where a reciprocating steel ball slid on a test material, and the tribological property was also evaluated with respect to both heat-curing temperature and tile time. Test results generally showed that hybrid ceramic materials modified by epoxy-silane compounds had a low friction compared to others. And the higher heat-curing temperature and the longer heat treatment time resulted in the higher friction and the lower wear. IR spectroscopic analyses revealed that it was caused mainly by the increased metal oxide content in hybrid ceramics when the heat-curing temperature was over $320^{\circ}C$.

This study deals with the low temperature ($25^{\circ}C$-$600^{\circ}C$) properties of Kaolin-Phosphate-water systems. Phosphoric acid, mono aluminum phosphate, mono ammonium phosphate, the mixture of phosphoric acid and mono aluminum phosphate, and the mixture of phosphoric acid and mono ammonium phosphate were used to characterize the M.O.R. of the systems with to quantity of phosphates, curing time, and firing temperature. Firing shrinkage, viscosity, surface tension, DTA, TGA, and X-ray diffraction patterns were also measured in order to investigated the factors of strengthening. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. The M.O.R. of kaolin-phosphate systems were stronger than that of Kaolin-water system at room temperature or low temperature($25^{\circ}C$-$600^{\circ}C$). Though it was increased according to the longer curing time, the higher temperature, and the more addition of phosphate, the M.O.R. were decreased in the case of 10 wt% phosphate addition in the system of phosphoric acid, mono aluminum phosphate and phosphoric acid-mono aluminum phosphate. 2. When the concentration of Phosphate was at 4 wt%, the M.O.R. of specimen cured at $25^{\circ}C$ and added to the phosphoric acid was strongest among the specimens in added to the others phosphates. Whereas, when the concentration of phosphate was above 6wt%, the M.O.R. of specimen cured at $25^{\circ}C$ and added to the phosphoric acid mono ammonium phosphate system cured at $25^{\circ}C$ was the strongest. 3. The M.O.R. of the specimen heated, in the temperature range of 15$0^{\circ}C$-1$600^{\circ}C$, and added to the mixture of phosphoric acid-mono aluminum phosphate system or phosphoric acid-mono ammonium phosphate system was stronger than that of specimen added to Phosphoric acid, mono-aluminum Phosphate or mono-ammonium phosphate alone. 4. The bonding force of phosphate binders was more closely related to surface tension than viscosity and it tended to be inversely proportional to surface tension. The bonding force after heating treatment seemed to be caused by the change of structure of phosphate according to heating.

The purpose of this study evaluates possibilities of waste phosphogypsum into concrete by steam curing admixture. The waste phosphogypsums were classified into 4 forms(Dihydrate, $\beta-Hemihydrate$, III-Anhydrite and II-Anhydrite) which were changed to in low temperature of calcination. Also, various admixtures were made of waste phosphogypsum(PG) and pozollanic fine powderers (Fly-ash, Blast Furnace Slag), and the basic properties of the cement mortars incorporating with these admixtures were examined and analyzed under a verity of experimental conditions. As a result, III-Anhydrite, these is similar to II-Anhydrite from compressive strength and are great in the effect of strength improvement. also, it was proved that specimens made on type III-Anhydrite of waste phosphogypsum and blast furnace slag increased on the compressive strength of cement mortar. Therefore, III-Anhydrite phosphogypsum calcined at lower temperature could be used as steam curing admixture for concrete 2th production.
The objectives of this study was to evaluate current visible light curing units regarding microhardness and microleakage. Fourty samples of composite resin(Z-250, 3M) were cured by different light curing units (Flipo, LOKKI; Credi II, 3M; XL 3000, 3M: Optilux 500, Demetron) in acrylic blocks. Microhardness was measured using a calibrated Vickers indenter on both top and bottom surfaces after 24 hours of storage in air at room temperature. Class V cavities were prepared on buccal and lingual surfaces of fourty extracted human molars. Each margin was on enamel and dentin/cementum. Composite resin(Z-250, 3M) was filled in cavities and cured by four different light curing units (Flipo, LOKKl; Credi II, 3M; XL 3000, 3M: Optilux 500, Demetron). The results of this syudy were as follows: Microhardness 1. Flipo showed low microhardness compared to Optilux 500, Credi II significantly in upper surface. Flipo didn't show a significant difference compared to XL 3000. 2. The microhardness resulting from curing with Flipo was lower than that of others on lower surfaces. Microleakage 1. Dentin margin showed significantly high dye penetration rate than enamel margin in all groups(p<0.05). 2. No significant differences were found on both enamel and dentin margin regarding curing units.

This study is to investigate the temperature curve and development of compressive strength due to the curing conditions and to evaluate the optimum curing condition of test specimens showing the same development of strength to that of real structures in cold weather. The results of temperature curve with curing conditions in mock-up tests showed the trend of decrease plain concrete with insulation form, plain concrete with heating, concrete with accelerator for freeze protection, and control concrete in turn. The strength development of plain concrete of inside and outside of shelter showed the very slow strength gains due to early freezing, but that of concrete with accelerator for freeze protection showed the gradual increase of strength with time. From this, it is clear that accelerator for freeze protection has the effects of reducing the freezing temperature and accelerating the hardening under low temperature. Strength test results of small specimens embedded in members and located in insulation boxes at the site are similar to that of cores drilled from the members at the same ages, thus it is clear that these curing methods are effective for evaluation in-place concrete strength.

Integration technologies involving flexible substrates are receiving significant attention owing the appearance of new products regarding wearable and Internet of Things technologies. There has been a continuous demand from the industry for a reliable bonding method applicable to a low-temperature process and flexible substrates. Up to now, however, an anisotropic conductive film (ACF) has been predominantly used in applications involving flexible substrates; we therefore suggest low-temperature lead-free soldering and bonding processes as a possible alternative for flex-on-flex applications. Test vehicles were designed on polyimide flexible substrates (FPCBs) to measure the contact resistances. Solder bumping was carried out using a solder-on-pad process with Solder Bump Maker based on Sn58Bi for low-temperature applications. In addition, thermocompression bonding of FPCBs was successfully demonstrated within the temperature of $150^{\circ}C$ using a newly developed fluxing underfill material with fluxing and curing capabilities at low temperature. The same FPCBs were bonded using commercially available ACFs in order to compare the joint properties with those of a joint formed using solder and an underfill. Both of the interconnections formed with Sn58Bi and ACF were examined through a contact resistance measurement, an $85^{\circ}C$ and 85% reliability test, and an SEM cross-sectional analysis.
Polyester is mainly used as a bedding filler material. PLA fiber as an eco-friendly material for substituting polyester has a low melting temperature and therefore a hardening process is impossible. This study is to develop the oil for feather touch that can treat at the melting temperature of PLA. The slippery and soft aminosilicone emulsion, and the bulky epoxysilicone emulsion were used. They had proper viscosity and particle size for flexibility and elasticity. When using methoxy aminosilane [$H_2NSi(OCH_3)_3$] as an aminosilane and [$Zn(OCOCH_3)_2$] as a catalyst, the hardening reaction was fast and effective. Feather touch process were treated by 2 steps. At first step, aminosilicone emulsion, epoxysilicone emulsion and methylaminosilane were mixed and homogenized, and at second step, 5% blened solution of the first step, Zn catalyst 1%, distilled water 94% were treated at PLA fiber. After treatment the static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient were reduced to 23.5-60.8% and 30.0-61.3% respectively, and the laundry and sun light fastnesses have not shown any decrease.
This study was conducted to investigate the influence of air temperature and relative humidity on excessive drying rate of burley tobacco. In experiment I, 4 temperatures and I humidity by day and air curing by night were treated from initial curing stage. In experiment II, 15 combinations of 3 temperatures and 5 humidities were applied from the yellow stage of cure. Yellowish cured leaves resulted from overdrying at high temperature and especially, at low humidity. How- ever, these were not produced at 75-80% RH and under 35$^{\circ}C$ by day with air curing b y night. The proper range of temperature and humidity for desirable color of cured leaf were the combinations of 30$^{\circ}C$, 75-80% RH or 35$^{\circ}C$, 80-85% RH. As excessive drying leaves increased, physical properties of cured leaves were poorer and chemical contents were less decomposed.
