After the sailing of WTO setup, The opportunity of a trade range extension is provided. OECD joining the change of the domestic construction industry. In 1994, The complete opening of a construction license was allowed As a result, The number of construction companies was increased rapidly. accordingly, We are faced with the new over competition and the problem of the financial difficulty. This paper proposes the plan for the practical technology of the small and middle sized construction companies to be improved and the plan for the working environment of small and middle sized construction companies to be improved. As a method for it, This paper proposes the Losicstics System of the construction.
