의류점포의 대고객 관계마케팅에 관한 연구 -백화점을 중심으로- (A Study on Relationship marketing of Apparel Store toward Customers-Focused on department store-)

  • This paper suggest the importance of relationship marketing of the apparel store, and proved the relationship between the relationship marketing factors and the relationship quality and performance. In this research, department store is focused, Credence service, contact guest service, and communication service are defined as relationship marketing factors. Satisfaction and trust are defined as relationship quality. And long-term oriented relationship, repeat purchase. and positive word-of-mouth are set to performance. The questionnaire survey was carried out 238 20's & 30's women in the capital region during nov, 2000. SAS package program was used to analyze the gathered data. The investigation of this research reveals some results. First, relationship marketing factor has effects on relationship quality. Second, it is proved that relationship quality has effects on performance. In conclusion, it is proved that relationship marketing of apparel store is very important marketing strategy that make concrete relationship with consumer and give satisfaction and trust to consumer, and then can make partnership with consumer for long-term consideration.

대처 개념의 국내 간호연구 분석 (Analysis of Nursing Studies of Coping Conducted in Korea from 1978 to 1995)

  • This study was done to analyze the trends of research on coping in Korea, to suggest future direction, for research on coping, and ultimately to contribute to an increase in explanation of adaptation. This article reviewed 79 nursing research papers on coping done since 1978 by examining them according to the period of publication or presentation, research design, type of subjects, measurement instruments, research for a degree or not, range of reliability, and association of coping and related variables. The results are as follows : The number of studies on coping increased rapidly from the mid-1980's and decreased slowly from the mid-1990's. The maority of the studies were surveys, comparative studies, or correlational studies. The subects of the 46 studies were healthy people, while those in the remaining studies were patients with a variety of illnesses. Thirth-eight studies on coping were done for master's thesis, three for dissertion, and 38 were not degrees. The Bell and Jalowiec coping scales have not been used since the early 1990's. In contrast, Lazarus and Folkman's W.C.C.L. has been used increasingly since that time. The reliabilities of the coping scale were reported in 37 cases and the Cronbach's alpha coefficients were .71 to .86. All subjects reported using more problem-oriented coping than emotion-oriented coping in short-term or emotion-oriented coping and healthy groups did more long-term coping. It was difficult to describe consistently the relationship between stress and coping according to the type of coping scale or research subjects, but generally moderate relationships were found. This was due to instrumental problems and no consideration of situational context. The subject group who used more short-term coping and less long-term coping reported poorer mental status, and higher scores in burnout and state anxiey than others. That is, the relationship between stress and adaptation increased the power of explanation with intervening the mediating effect of coping. The association of locus of control, mastery, social support, and self-concept with coping showed positive relationships : those of uncertainty and severity in illness with coping showed negativerelationships ; those of state anxiety and depression with short-term coping were positive, and those of self-esteem with long-term coping or problem-oriented coping were negative. There were significant differences in the scores of types of coping according to religion, level of education, and socio-economic status. That is, Presbyterians and Catholics, those with higher education levels and higher socio-economic status used more long-term or problem-oriented coping. On the basis of the above findings the following recommendations are made : 1. There is a need to test the mediating effect of coping variable in order to clarify the concept. 2. Longitudinal studies are needed to determine the patterns of change in coping strategies when stressful events are encountered. 3. It's necessary to develop a reliable and variable measurement tool for coping. 4. There is a need to identify subscales of coping to increase explanation of variance 5. It's necessary to consider personal, situational, and antecedent variables : the characteristics of subject populations, the natures of illness and treatment situations. 6. The power of explanation of studies designed to identify the stress-adaptation process should be increased using the combination model of process-oriented coping and cognitive-structural model.

문화산업에서 창조인력, R&D 기술수준 및 관용성의 역동적인 관계성 (Dynamic Relationship in Creative Manpower, R&D Technology Level, and Tolerance in the Culture Industry)

  • Based on various employment and technology data in the cultural sector from the mid-1990s to the mid-2000s in Seoul, Korea, this research examines whether technology- and human resource-oriented programs exert significant impact on creative manpower, R&D technology level and tolerance. After briefly introducing Seoul's trends in the culture industry, it tries to explain major reinforcing and balancing loops. The stock-flow diagram of the culture industry in Seoul is applied to estimate relative effectiveness of technology- and human resource-oriented cultural programs cultural programs. Judging from a series of simulated experiments, technology-oriented cultural programs are essential to increase creative manpower and R&D technology level in the short term. For the first half of research period, this research finds that human resource-oriented cultural programs put forth minimal impact, if they even exist at all. The trends, however, are reversed in the long term: Both size of creative manpower and R&D technology level absolutely depend on human resource-oriented cultural programs in the second half.

노인요양시설의 조직문화 유형과 조직몰입도 관련요인 (The Organizational Culture and related Factors of Organizational Commitment in Long-term Care Facilities)

  • 노인요양시설의 조직문화 유형에 대한 인식과 조직몰입도, 장기요양기관 평가등급 간 관련성을 탐색하기 위해 전국 30인 이상 노인요양시설 149개소를 우편설문조사하였다. 노인요양시설의 조직문화는 관계지향 문화가 강한 것으로 나타났다. 조직문화 유형 중 관계지향(${\beta}=0.45$, p<0.001)과 혁신지향(${\beta}=0.34$, p<0.001) 성향은 조직몰입도에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤고, 설명력은 56%였다(F=14.83, p<0.001). 장기요양기관 평가등급이 상위기관일수록 조직몰입도가 높았고(F=7.18, p<0.001), 조직몰입도는 장기요양기관 평가등급에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다(${\beta}=0.53$, p<0.001). 이상 결과에 근거하여 다음과 같이 제언한다. 첫 째, 해당 기관의 조직몰입도 및 장기요양기관 평가등급 향상을 위해서는 구성원 간 관계를 긴밀히 하기 위한 노력을 체계적으로 전개해야 한다. 둘 째, 장기요양기관 평가에서도 조직의 관계지향성 관련 평가지표를 다룰 필요가 있다.

Distribution of Brand Community in University: A Systematic Review of Literature on Higher Education Market-Oriented Strategy

  • Purpose: Brand community in higher education institutions comes up as an important topic to be discussed because the relationships among consumers can support the institutional brand and ultimately give meaning and vitality to the market-oriented strategy. This study aims to investigate how the literature on brand community in higher education have been distributed in research trends, theoretical frameworks, and methods. Research design, data and methodology: A total of 24 articles were organized from four reputable international databases. Content analysis were performed followed by synthesis toward potential directions and suggestions. Results: The researches in this area have increasingly focused on online interaction. Social identity theory and relationship theory were the two most prevalent theories used. Since the internet provides any social relationship with a specific relationship to form the brand community, its contextualization in higher education resulted in new concept implementation. Conclusions: The relationship within online participati on has impacted the market-oriented strategy of higher education in searching for ways toward a long-term and enduring bond among students, alumni, institutions and brands. As there is a plenteous prospect of data availability combined with big data analysis technology, the online participation will pique the interest of scholars to conduct further research on it.

노인장기요양보호 인력의 소진 예측 요인 (Predictors of Burnout among Staff in Long-term Care Facilities for the Elderly)

  • 이 연구는 노인장기요양보호 인력의 소진 예측 요인을 살펴보고, 노인장기요양서비스 인력의 소진 예방을 위한 대안을 제시하고 있다. 노인장기요양보호는 고령이나 노인성 질병으로 인하여 일상생활을 혼자 수행하기 어려운 노인 등에게 신체활동 또는 가사지원 등의 서비스를 제공하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 전남지역 노인장기 요양시설에 근무하는 직원 216명이고, 자료수집은 자기기입식 방법의 설문지를 이용하였으며, 분석방법은 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 노인장기요양서비스 인력의 소진 척도는 22개 항목의 3가지 하위척도, 즉 정서적 고갈, 탈인격화, 자아성취감의 감소로 구성된 MBI를 사용하였다. 분석 결과에 의하면 직무요인인 클라이언트 요인, 업무과중, 역할갈등, 수급자 가족과 갈등이 소진에 유의미한 영향을 끼쳤고, 동료의 정서적 지지가 소진을 감소시키는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 통해 노인장기요양보호 인력의 전문적 지위와 평판을 강화하기 위한 제도 보완과 소진을 예방하는데 동료의 정서적 지지 체계가 중요한 요인임을 확인하였다. 결론으로 이 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인장기요양서비스 인력의 소진 예방을 위한 제도적 실천적 함의를 제언하였다.

전문직 비정규직이 팀 내 수용 및 창의적 팀 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구: 경계 없는 비정규직과 과도기적 비정규직을 중심으로 (The Exploratory Study on the Impact of the Professional Contingent Workers on Team Members' Acceptance and Creative Team Performance)

  • Purpose - To understand the growing interests in the professional temporary workforce, this study aimed to examine the different types of professional temporary workers and their different effects on creative performance. Design/methodology/approach - By sub-classifying professional temporary workers as boundaryless workers and transitional workers, this study developed propositions to provide comprehensive framework for directing meaningful topics for future research on professional temporary workers. Findings - This study suggested that two types of professional temporary workers may differ significantly in terms of their work efforts for getting approval or acceptance from the team members and for achieving creative contributions in teams. Specifically, drawing on expectance theory, social identity theory and resource-based theory, this study discussed the relationship between acceptance(task-oriented vs. relational-oriented acceptance), employment duration(short-term status vs. long-term status), contract security(volition being temporary worker) and creative performance for boundaryless workers versus transitional workers. Research implications or Originality - This study have implications for increasing our understanding of professional temporary workers by showing that creative performance may vary by employment types.

The Structural Relationship among CSV, Club Identification, Club Emotion, Club Loyalty for Professional Volleyball Club

  • The ultimate goal of CSV activities is to increase consumer loyalty to the company, brand or organization concerned. Thus, for a professional sports club, CSV activities will ultimately aim to enhance the loyalty of spectators who are consumers of the club. Subjects of this study are the spectators of professional volleyball. We distributed 300 survey to people who were aware of the club's CSV activities among the home spectators of Hyundai Capital SkyWalkers. Data processing was performed using SPSS 23 and AMOS 18 for the analysis of confirmed factors, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation model analysis. From these results, we were able to come up with the social problem resolution and long-term orientation among the CSV activities of professional volleyball clubs which affect the club identification. And the identification formed within the spectators of the clubs through CSV affects the club loyalty directly or through the medium of club emotion. Professional volleyball clubs need to identify the problems the community has in planning and proceeding with CSV activities and seek strategies to address them together, and approach them from a long-term oriented perspective.

요양병원 간호사의 재난 인식, 재난에 대한 태도, 재난간호역량의 관계 (The Relationship between the Perception of Disaster, Attitude toward Disaster and Competency of Disaster Nursing of Long-term Care Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 요양병원 간호사의 재난 인식, 재난에 대한 태도, 재난간호역량 간의 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 연구 대상자는 G 광역시와 J도 소재 200병상 이상 요양병원 간호사 123명이었고, 자료수집기간은 2021년 2월 15일부터 2021년 4월 30일까지였다. 연구 결과 수간호사 이상(F=3.89, p=.023), 총 경력 20년 이상(F=5.34, p=.002), 재난간호 교육 경험이 있는 경우가 재난간호역량이 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다(t=3.87, p<.001). 또한 재난간호역량은 재난 인식과 유의한 상관관계가 없었으나, 재난에 대한 태도와는 통계적으로 유의한 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 요양병원 간호사의 재난간호역량를 강화하기 위해 기관의 특성에 맞는 실무중심 재난간호교육 프로그램 중재가 필요하다는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 요양병원 간호사의 재난간호역량 증진을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

복합운송주선업의 마케팅활동이 거래유형에 따라 대하주 거래관계의 지속성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of MTO's Marketing Activity Factors on Relationship Continuity under Transactional Types)

  • 본 연구는 국제물류시장에서 활동하고 있는 복합운송주선업체가 기존 고객과 지속적인 거래관계를 유지하기 위해 어떤 요인이 중요한지 규명하기 위하여 관계마케팅의 개념과 도구를 적용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 고객과 지속적인 관계 지향적인 활동요인으로서 고객과 접촉강도(contact identity with customer), 상호개방성(two-way communication), 협력적 의도(cooperative intention)는 거래관계의 지속성(relationship continuity)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 추가로 구매방식(온라인/오프라인 의존도)과 서비스의 형태(표준과 맞춤형)의 상황별 분석에 있어서는 서비스의 형태별로는 거래의 지속성에 차이가 없었으나, 구매방식별로는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 오프라인 거래방식보다 온라인 거래방식 의존도가 높은 경우 거래관계의 지속성을 확보하는데 필요한 별도의 마케팅 전략을 수립하여 실행에 옮길 필요성을 제기하였다. 아울러 복합운송주선업체가 관계마케팅을 활용하는데 따른 시사점과 향후 연구 과제를 제시하였다.
