This paper presents an application model for home automation control. In this work, we propose home application scenarios that are suitable for the home life style and design a control structure integrating various home automation functions, such as lightning, heating, cooling, security, fire protection, telemetering, entertainment and communication. State-of-the-art wired/wireless home networks such as Bluetooth, LonWorks, IEEE1394 and PLC(Power Line Communication) are included in the control structure.

E. intermedium Blocontrol activity of a P. chlororaphis rhizobacteium O6, depends to the synthesis of extracellular secondary metabolites and exoenzymes, thought to antagonize the pathogenicity of a variety of phytopathogenic fungi. The production of secondary metabolites and exoenzymes in O6, depends essentially on the GacS-mediated signal transduction pathway, which activates largely unknown signal transduction pathway. To exploit the GacS-mediated signal transdcution pathway involved in activation of ph genes that are necessary for biosynthesis of phenazine from P. chlororaphis O6, we cloned and sequenced the phz operon, rpoS gene encoding stationary specific sigma factor, ppx gene encoding polyphosphatase, and lon gene encoding ion protease. Expression of each gene in wild type and GacS mutant were analyzed by RT-PCR. Transcripts from rpoS, phzI enconing acylhomoserine lactone (AHL) synthase, and ph structural genes in the GacS mutant were reduced in each of these growth phases compared to the wild type. The GacS or Lon mutant was found to be deficient in the production of phenzines, exoenzymes, and the acylhomoserine lactone. These mutants were not complemented by ph operon and addition of exogenous AHL. These results indicate that the GacS global regulatory systems controls phenazine production at multiple levels. Future research will focus to identifying the GacS-mediated regulatory cascade involving in production of phenazine in P. chlororaphis.

Stomach Channel of Foot-Yangming: The number of acupoints is 45.

Impulse of ki refers to palpitation around the navel, it is mostly caused by impairment of yang due to erroneous sweating, deficiency of the spleen yang. Behcet's syndrome caused by prolonged damp-heat and pathogenic germs. Its symptoms are characterized by conjunctival congestion, blue canthus and ulceration of the oral cavity, restlessness all the time, etc. It is advisable to follow the therapeutic principles of clearing away heat and drying damp, detoxicating and sterilizing. Lily disease is one of the emotional disease. It caused by yin deficiency of the heart and lung, found in mental depression or convalescence after a critical disease. Its symptoms are characterized by restlessness, reticence, insomnia, failure to walk, poor appetite, a subjective hot or cold, bitter taste and dark urine. It is advisable to follow the therapeutic principle of nourishing yin to clear away heat. Cholera refers to the disease marked by sudden severe vomiting and diarrhea, and colic of the heart and the abdomen. It is mostly caused by deficiency of the ki in the middle-energizer, emotional stress, etc. It is characterized by such symptoms as sudden severe vomiting and diarrhea, restlessness, etc. It is advisable to follow the therapeutic principles of warming yang and removing toxic substances, and strengthening the spleen and stomach. Heat invasion of blood chamber due to affection of the exterior pathogens, pathogenic heat invading the blood in deficiency and fighting with the blood. Its symptoms are marked by fever, feeling of the fullness, etc. There are deficiency of blood, hot blood and stasis of blood. The different therapeutic treatment should be taken according to different types thereof.

본 실험은 Staphylococcus aureus 로부터 생성되는 enterotoxi B 의 분리 및 정제를 위하여 각종 분리방법을 비교 조사하였다. 배지로부터 Entrotoxin B를 추출하는 방법중 Amberlite CG-50 수지가 가장 간편하고 빠른 방법이었고 CM 수지는 Amberlite 수지에 비해 용출력이 떨어졌으며 분리할 수 있는 toxin의 양은 적었으나 정제도에 있어서는 약 75%로 toxin을 분리하는 처음 단계로서는 높은 편이었다. CM column을 Gradient 용출법으로 사용했을 때에는 하나의 column을 사용해 분리한 분리물 중 정제도가 85%로 가장 높았고, 용출 buffer의 농도 폭을 넓히는 것이 정제도를 높이기 위한 바람직한 방법이었다. 이 실험에 사용한 Sephadex G-50 , 75, 100, Sephacryl, Ultro gel 등의 gel filtration 방법 중 Ultro gel 에 의한 분리방법이 정제도에 있어서는 가장 우수했으며, 이온 교환 수지를 먼저 사용한 분리물에서는 모두 90% 이상의 toxin을 얻을수 있었지만, 한번의 분리도 거치지 않은 배지는 분리도와 정제도에서 현저히 떨어졌고, Sephadex G-50 은 gel colunm중 정제도가 가장 낮았다. FPLC는 위의 분리 ·정제 방법중 가장 빠른 방법이며, 적은 양의 시료로도 측정이 가증하였고, 정제도는 95% 이상이었다.

산업계에서 디바이스 제어 네트워크에 접속을 위한 기술과 인터넷을 통한 빌딩 자동화 시스템에 접속을 위한 기술의 수요가 커지고 있다. 이러한 기술에서는 디바이스 제어 네트워크와 인터넷 같은 데이터 네트워크의 통합과 광역 분산제어 시스템으로 조직화하느 것이 필요하며, 이는 VDN(virtual device network)라는 구조 하에서 실현될 수 있다 [1,2]. 디바이스 제어 네트워크와 데이터 네트워크의 내역은 그 응용의 차이 때문에 아주 다르다. 따라서 VDN의 구현을 위하여는 디바이스 제어 네트워크와 데이터 네트워크 간에 통신 프로토콜을 번역하고, 목적지로 정보를 효과적으로 송신할 수 있는 라우터가 필요하다. 이 논문은 VDN에 기반한 NCS(networked control system)의 개념을 제안하고 임베디드 시스템[3]을 이용하는 라우팅 알고리듬을 제안한다.

Objective : To evaluate the incidence of postsurgical sensory complications in patients with scalp masses and classify the locations of them from a surgical standpoint according to anatomical considerations. Methods : A total of 121 patients who underwent surgery for scalp mass were included in this study. The authors reviewed medical records and preoperative radiologic images. We investigated the complications related to sensory changes after procedure. Enrolled patients have been divided into three groups. Group A included patients with tumors above the superior nuchal line (SNL), Group B with tumors within the trapezius muscle area and patients who had tumors on the lateral trapezius muscle area were assigned to Group C. We compared the incidence related to postoperative sensory complications and summarized their additional treatments for these with clinical outcome. Results : There were 12 patients (10%) with sensory complications related on the mass excision site (Group A : 1 patient, Group B : 2 patients, Group C : 9 patients). Six patients were affected with lesser occipital nerve (LON), 2 patients on greater occipital nerve (GON) and 4 patients on GON and LON. Over 6 months after surgery, two of the twelve patients with sensory complications did not have complete recovered pain in spite of proper medications and local chemical neurolysis with 1.0% lidocaine and dexamethasone. Conclusion : Occipital neuropathy should be considered as a complication related excision of scalp mass. The sensory complications are more frequent in Group C because of the anatomical characteristics of the occipital nerves and there were no statistical difference for other variables.

Basic lesser yang disease pattern with bitter taste in the mouse dry throat dizzy vision alternating aversion to cold and heat effusion chest and rib-side fullness taciturnity with no desire to eat heart vexation frequent retching and pulse that is fine and stringlike treat with Minor bupleurum dedoction. Three yin disease should be treated by warming the spleen and drying dampness, requiring urgent warming, using formulae such as Center-rectifying dedoction, Aconite dedoction and Counterflow cold dedoction.

현재 정보가전제어를 위한 홈 네트워크 미들웨어로서 Havi, Jini, LonWorks, UPnP등 여러 미들웨어들이 존재하고 있다. 홈 네트워크가 계속 진화함에 따라 다양한 정보가전들에 대해 특화된 새로운 미들웨어들은 계속해서 등장하게 될 것이다. 본 논문은 이질적인 홈 네트워크 미들웨어 상호 연동을 위한 통합 구조 방식에 대해 고찰하고, 이질적인 홈 네트워크 미들웨어들을 통합하여 정보 가전들을 제어 및 연동하며, 진화하고 있는 홈 네트워크 미들웨어들의 유동적인 특성을 반영할 수 있는 시나리오 기반의 통합구조에서 표준 서비스를 통한 정보가전기기간의 상호 호환 방안에 관하여 설명한다.

In this paper, we developed a multi-protocol controller based on SoC and embedded Linux and applied it to integrate with BAS in a unified TCP/IP socket communication. The multi-protocol controller integrates control networks of RS-485 and LonWorks devices to BAS. The system consists of three-tier architecture, such as a BAS, a multi-protocol converter, and control devices. By using UML, we modeled the system architecture. In order to show the feasibility of system architecture, it was applied to a small BAS system. The experimental results show that the multi-protocol controller using embedded Linux is flexible and effective way to develop a building control system.
