Modeling CRM System for Iron and Steel Industries in SCM Environment (SCM환경에 적합한 철강산언의 CRM 시스템 모델링)

  • According to the changing environment of management, the concept of the one-to-one marketing is appeared in the environment of management by high Quality that customers needs. In this paradigm, CRM(Customer Relationship Management) offering integrated multiple view points is able to be executed by the advance of Information Technology (IT). In this study, the environment and the management status of the steel company that CRM implemented is analyzed. This study presents the system architecture which applies OLAP(on-line analytical processing), web technologies, and logistics service. Then this research presents a variety of effects and development direction in the future.

  • 전자상거래에서 핵심적인 연구질문 중의 하나는 서비스품질에 영향을 주는 핵심 driver가 무엇인가를 이해하는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 관리기능 변수를 파악하고 그것이 서비스품질의 4개의 각 세부요소에 어떻게 영향을 끼치는가를 조사한다. 본 연구에서는 기존문헌을 토대로 서비스품질의 각 세부요소에 영향을 미치는 7개의 선행변수를 도출하였다:배달(delivery), 제품반품(reverse logistics), 불만처리(claim resolving), 추천(recommendation), 고객맞춤화(customization), 상호작용성(interactivity), 접촉(contact). 실증적 테스트결과 이 선행변수들은 모두 서비스품질의 각 세부요소에 유의한 결과를 나타냈으며 이는 어떻게 서비스품질의 수준이 관리될수 있는지에 대한 이해를 돕는데 도움을 줄 것이다.

Reservation Conflict-Free MAC Design for Mobile Wireless USB Devices with Distributed MAC

  • In this paper, a collision-free resource reservation scheme for WUSB (Wireless Universal Serial Bus) networks with WiMedia D-MAC (Distributed Medium Access Control). Since distributed characteristic of the WiMedia D-MAC supporting DRP (Distributed Reservation Protocol) scheme may cause lots of conflicts, overall performances of the WUSB with WiMedia D-MAC can be deteriorated. In addition, when we consider multi-hop environment, "mobile" hidden node problem due to mobility of WUSB devices can be happened, and it is a critical problem to mobile WUSB devices transceiving real-time QoS (Quality of Service) traffic. To tackle the problem, we propose a new DRP reservation mechanism to prevent DRP conflicts for multi-hop mobility support in WUSB networks with WiMedia D-MAC and show its improved performance via simulation results.

  • 컨테이너 선박의 대형화, 항만의 중심항과 주변항으로 체제 변화 등과 같은 항만 환경의 변하는 항만간의 경쟁을 심화시키고 있다. 선행연구에서 항만경쟁력 요인 분석을 통해 항만물류 서비스품질 또한 한 요인임을 밝혔다. 기존의 항만물류 서비스품질에 대한 연구에서 항만물류 서비스품질을 통한 고객만족에 관한 연구는 많지만, 항만물류 서비스품질의 선행변수에 대한 연구는 미비했다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 항만물류 서비스품질이 선행변수로 전략지향성의 요인인 혁신지향성, 고객지향성, 경쟁자지향성을 선정하여 이들의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다.

  • The objective of this paper is to analyze the competitiveness of the Cargo Management improvement of FTZ(Free Trade Zone) in East Asia and to suggest several measures to improve it. To the end, various comparisons are made between the FTZ of Incehon and those in Hongkong, Taiwan, Shanghai. Competitive advantages of Incheon's FTZ over others lie in its better contiguity, frequency, quality service, and convenient connections associated with the airport. To be viable, however, the Incheon's FTZ needs to have strong supports from the central government such as more SOC investment, early introduction of RFID/UBIQUITOUS, improvement of customs process and logistics system, and competitive incentives to bring in more international channel hubs to this area. With these implemented promptly as suggested, the Incheon's FTZ will draw its competitive advantages over those in Taiwan and Shanghai and will play an vital role to bring in more MNEs to Korea.

  • 21세기에는 정보기술의 혁명적 발전과 함께 전쟁양상이 파격적으로 변화되어 가고 있다. 이에 따라, 분산 다중 에이전트 시스템을 위한 기술 발전이 중요시 되고 있는 상황이다. 분산 다중 에이전트 시스템을 위한 기술이 발전함에 따라 국방 분야에 연구가 활발하게 진행되어지고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 분산 다중 에이전트에 대한 연구들이 기능적인 면에서만 집중되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 ACL(Agent Communication Language) 메시지에서 파라미터를 Emergency, Normal, System로 추가함으로써 에이전트의 실시간성을 보장하는 'QoS(Quality of Service)를 보장한 분산 다중 에이전트 플랫폼' 제안하였다. 긴급한 메시지 전송 시 QoS Manager(QOMS)를 이용하여 스케줄링 하여 에이전트 플랫폼 시스템 성능 향상을 하는 방법을 제안한다.

A Development Strategy for Hub-Port in Korea (우리나라 주요 항만의 중심항 발전전략)

  • The port environment is rapidly changing in North-East Asia. Containerships are getting larger and faster and major shipping companies are converting to Hub & Spoke port networks on the transport systems. Therefore, the main ports in North-East Asia are intensively competing with each other for hub port. In terms of geopolitical position, locational conditions and external reputation of ports, Busan and Kwangyang ports have a comparative advantage in comparison with main ports in other countries. But in terms of weight of transshipment cargos in total container cargos, the quality of infrastructure in ports, the environment of logistics service and the cost of, using ports, Busan and Kwangyang ports have a comparative disadvantage. For the growth into hub port in North-East Asia, it is necessary that Busan and Kwangyang ports improve their weakness. Besides It is necessary to develope ports and hinterland quickly, offer uniformity of foreign investment laws and incentive systems.

  • According to opening Seoul-Busan high speed rail line in 2004, we are studying to offer speedily for the parcel service of high speed rail-combined transport as it does, tender the quality freight services within a one and the same high speed train formation. Therefore, we reviewed for various types of HSR-combined transport and suggested to application methods in Korean high speed rail line. Through these kinds of approaches, we are able to expect the fulfillment of customer needs for high speed rail market segments, the profit maximization of future railway operating companies, and enhancement for cost-effective rail network operation of the mixed traffic on infrastructure cost-reduction in national logistics.

Extenuating Food Integrity Risk through Supply Chain Integration: The Case of Halal Food

  • Effects of food scandals on religious belief, human health and even on causes of death indicate that firms and consumers are vulnerable to integrity risks in the global supply chain. Mitigating the integrity risk and maintaining the credence quality products like halal food is very challenging, if not impossible. Our aim in this research is to show that supply chain integration can mitigate the halal food integrity risk. To illustrate this idea, we have conducted case studies and interviews in seven Malaysian chicken supply chain focal firms. We unpack the halal integrity risks along the supply chain, such as production risk, raw material risk, food security risk, outsourcing practices risk, service risk, and logistics risk. The research argues that supply chain integration, such as internal integration and external integration practices, could minimize the halal integrity risk. The advantages of supply chain integration in mitigating the halal integrity risk are also highlighted in this paper.

  • 최근 대용량 스트림 데이터에 대한 요구사항이 발생하고 있다. 이때 모든 대용량 스트림을 실시간으로 좋은 서비스를 제공하는 것은 실제적으로 불가능하다. 즉 대용량 스트림 데이터에 대한 QoS(Quality of Service: 서비스 품질)이 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 이러한 QoS를 정의하기 위해서는 센서 스트림 데이터에 대한 우선순위 부여방법이 가장 원천적으로 중요한 사항이 된다. 현재 센서 네트워크상에서의 서비스 품질은 연구되고 있지만 미들웨어 레이어에서의 우선순위 부여 방법에 대한 연구가 미비하다. 센서 스트림은 자체적으로는 우선순위를 가질 수 없으므로 사용자 질의 우선순위와 센서 스트림의 발생 시간등을 고려하여 대용량 센서 스트림에 대한 우선순위를 부여하는 방법을 제안한다.
