국방물류전략의 성과요인 분석 (Analysis of Performance Factors of Defense Logistics Strategy)

  • This study reconstructed the military logistics improvement project currently being implemented by ROK military as a defense logistics strategy. In addition the factors affecting the performance of the defense logistics strategy are analyzed using PLS. The significance of this study is as follows. First, the defense logistics improvement project was structured as a defense logistics strategy according to function. Second, PLS is used for performance factor analysis. Most of the existing defense researches utilized the ML structural equation. However, this study used the PLS structural equation in view of the fact that each detail project is the formation of defense logistics strategy. Third, we identified projects that have a substantial impact on defense logistics performance and those that do not. We found that inventory, process, and information strategy influenced logistics performance among defense logistics strategies. On the other hand, it was confirmed that the facility/equipment strategy had no significant effect on defense logistics performance.

요인비교법을 통한 물류시설 수요조사에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Demand Research for Facilities of Logistics from Factor Comparison)

  • To build a most efficient and competitive warehouse, need to reflect tenants various opinions in advance such as location, rentable size, leasing terms, rental, configuration of the building, building structure, traffic flow and amenities. Thus a survey for major tenants which are logistics, retailers and manufactures should be done to figure out potential demand and marketing strategy to lead to be a competitive warehouse. However above survey is time consuming work and requires high cost involvement thus to avoid such an inefficient process and to facilitate investors prompt and right decision making, there should be a tool which helps to make a decision process easier with simple key factors. In other word, we have used above mentioned 'Demand Approach' so far but here I am introducing 'Factors Comparison' which reflects location factors and facility factors. I derived Kwang-myung logistics park's proper rental rate through 'Demand Approach' which analyzed Seoul Metropolitan area's rental warehouse status and rents, and also defined a size of potential demand area and rental. And this report compared the result with an outcome of 'Factors Comparison' then compared each methods and drew a conclusion of 'Factors Comparion's better convenience and efficiency.

PWR 사용후핵연료 운반 물량 분석 프로그램 개발 (Development of a Computer Program for the Analysis Logistics of PWR Spent Fuels)

  • 국내 원자력발전소의 사용후핵연료 저장용량의 포화가 10년 이내에 예상되고 있으며, 소외중간저장방식을 관리 방안으로서 선정할 경우, 상당한 양의 사용후핵연료 운반이 해상 혹은 육로를 통해 매년 이루어져야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 4곳의 원자력발전소부지에 분산 저장되어 있는 사용후핵연료를 해안에 위치한 가상의 중간저장시설과 영구처분시설을 대상으로 사용후핵연료 운반물량을 효과적으로 분석할 수 있는 체계를 구축하였다. 각 발전소 부지, 중간저장시설, 영구처분시설의 저장고를 중심으로 사용후핵연료 물질 수지식을 세우고, 이에 대한 해를 VISUAL BASIC으로 구하여 운반 물량 분석이 용이하게 수행할 수 있는 컴퓨터 프로그램(CASK)을 개발하였다. 개발된 물량 분석 프로그램을 활용하여 4개 원자력 발전소 부지로부터 사용후핵연료 운반 물량을 분석하고, 운반물량 파라미터 분석을 통하여 본 프로그램의 활용도를 보였다. 개발된 사용후핵연료 운반 물량 분석 체계는 향후 운반비용 분석에도 유용하게 활용될 것이다.

GIS기반의 실시간 통합화물운송시스템 계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on a Real Time Freight Delivery Planning for Supply Center based on GIS)

  • According to the fast-paced environment of information technology and improving customer services, the design activities of logistics systems improve customer centric services and delivery performance implementing e-logistics system. The fundamental design issues that arise in the delivery system planning are optimizing the system with minimum cost and maximum throughput and service level. This study is concerned with the integrated model development of delivery system with customer responsive service level for DCM, Demand Chain Management. We used a two-step approach for this study. First, we formulated the supply. center facility planning using stochastic set-covering problem and assigned the customers to the supply center using clustering algorithm. Second, we developed vehicle delivery planning for a supply center based on GIS, GIS-VRP. Also we developed a GUI-type computer program for proposed method for supply center problem using GIS and Geo-DataBase of Busan area. The computational results showed that the proposed method was very effective on a set of test problems.

DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR AN ANALYSIS OF THE LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS OF THE PWR SPENT FUELS IN KOREA

  • It is expected that a substantial amount of spent fuels will be transported from the four nuclear power plant (NPP) sites in Korea to a hypothetical centralized interim storage facility or a final repository in the near future. The cost for the transportation is proportional to the amount of spent fuels. In this paper, a cost estimation program is developed based on the conceptual design of a transportation system and a logistics analysis. Using the developed computer program, named as CASK, the minimum capacity of a centralized interim storage facility (CISF) and the transportation cost for PWR spent fuels are calculated. The PWR spent fuels are transported from 4 NPP sites to a final repository (FR) via the CISF. Since NPP sites and the CISF are located along the coast, a sea-transportation is considered and a road-transportation is considered between the CISF and the FR. The result shows that the minimum capacity of the interim storage facility is 15,000 MTU.

인천항 물류애로요인 분석에 관한 연구;컨테이너 화물을 중심으로 (A Study on Analyzing Bottlenecks of Logistics in Incheon Port;Focused on Container Freight)

  • As the current trend to the main index of the port competitiveness evaluation, the competitiveness index of the port service comes to more important than the part of expense, location and facility. To reform the bottleneck of port has an effect on improving port service competitiveness. Therefore, this study shows the importance of analyzing bottlenecks on logistics to improve port competitiveness. It collected recent questionnaire data which are the subject as the Custom Service, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Trade Association about bottlenecks of port logistics for working out bottlenecks of domestic port logistics and it produced the order of priorities of bottlenecks by multiplying each output priorities and weights of each process in user of Incheon inner-outer port which is focused on container freight by analysis of priority and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Unlike existing studies, this study has important values. It presents the priority evaluation only focused on the container freight was produced by port users who are categorized into shipping company, terminal operation company and forwarder, car-ferry in Incheon inner-outer port and making a application of logistics process. It means internal and external competitiveness improvement plan can be presented more concretely and detailed than past competitiveness attributes such as location, facility, service and expense. If the analysis of port logistics bottlenecks which was focused on container freight is extended to the part of general cargo and sundries such as haul grain, car, scrap iron, those studies will be able to provide Incheon port users with useful information and a model of analyzing overall bottleneck of logistics in Incheon port.

군 정비시설 운용 최적화를 위한 시뮬레이션 분석 연구 (Simulation Analysis to Optimize the Management of Military Maintenance Facility)

  • 최근 국가의 향후 국방 계획이 첨단 무기체계로 향하는 만큼, 이를 위한 군 정비시설도 점점 중요해지고 있다. 하지만 현재 군 정비시설은 관리자의 경험적인 방법과 단순 수리적 계산으로 운용되고 있다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 좀 더 과학적이고 논리적인 방법을 이용하여 군 정비시설 운용 최적화 방법을 제시한다. 연구는 다음과 같은 절차를 따른다. 첫째, 군 정비시설 운용을 분석하여 시뮬레이션을 설계한다. 둘째, 최적화를 위해 독립변수와 종속변수를 정의한다. 독립변수는 군 정비시설 운용 세부사항으로 볼 수 있는 정비장비, 운반장비, 그리고 작업자 수이고, 종속변수는 독립변수에 영향을 받는 총 정비시간으로 결정한다. 셋째, 설계된 시뮬레이션 모델을 기준으로 Warmup 기간을 얻기 위해 Warmup 분석 한다. 넷째, 군 정비시설 운용 최적화를 위해 독립변수의 최적 조합을 메타휴리스틱인 진화전략을 이용하여 산출한다. 이 최적 조합을 통해 군 정비시설 운용은 제한된 비용 내 최대 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 향후 복수의 무기체계 장비를 정비하는 군 정비시설의 다목적 분석 연구를 할 것이다.

인천항의 물류네트워크 경쟁력 분석에 관한 연구 (A study on Competitiveness Analysis of Incheon Port Logistics Network)

  • 본 연구는 선행연구와 전문가 인터뷰를 통하여 항만물류네트워크가 제공하는 서비스 경쟁력의 주요속성들을 추출하고, 이 속성들을 토대로 인천항의 경쟁력 변화에 따른 파급효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 항만물류네트워크가 제공하는 서비스는 시설편의, 접근편의, 결정편의로 구분됨을 확인하였고, 항만간 물류네트워크 경쟁력 통합평가치의 결과에서는 부산항>청도항>천진항>대련항>인천항 순으로 경쟁력 차이를 보였다. 특히 시나리오 분석 결과 인천항의 물류네트워크 경쟁력은 대련항에도 크게 못 미치는 결과를 보여 전반적인 물류네트워크 서비스 증대가 불가피한 것으로 나타났다. 퍼지역평가를 통해 분석한 결과 인천항은 물류네트워크가 제공하는 서비스 수준을 시설편의 25%, 접근편의 8%, 결정편의 1%를 상승시킴으로써 대련항과 대등한 경쟁력 수준을 유지할 수 있었다.

Operation of Smart Refrigeration Logistics Center based on Cold Chain System

  • This paper focuses on the frozen storage warehouse located in Busan area, and it is because Busan is the most dense area in Korea. Busan is a port city, and almost all of the frozen refrigerated cargo imported from abroad is concentrated. By taking advantage of its strength as a fishery industry as well as importing, Busan is building the largest international fishery logistics base in Northeast Asia and plays an important role in the export of refrigerated cargo is. Therefore, although the freezing and chilling facilities seem to be developed with the latest technology, the reality is not so. Most of them are functioning as a warehouse, that is, a storage function, and a considerable number of refrigerated warehouses are in a state of aging. Therefore, in this paper, the facility and function restructuring of the freezing storage warehouse have been set as a solution task, and the introduction of the cold chain system containing the latest smart technology has been proposed as a solution.

군 통합 물류센터의 최적 위치 결정 (Military Logistics Consolidation Center Location Problem : Modeling and Analysis)

  • In Korea military (KM), various military supplies are distributed to individual military units via three different multi-tier supply networks owned and operated by army, navy, and air force, respectively. Under the current supply networks, the chances for the occurrence of delayed supply, undersupply, and oversupply increase, and supply redundancy also can become a problem. Thus, KM is now trying to improve its current multi-tier supply networks by constructing logistics consolidation centers. Private companies operate logistics consolidation centers to effectively manage various types of inventories before delivering them to final customers. In this paper, we newly propose a mathematical model for building the optimized military supply network considering adopting the military logistics consolidation centers. Based on the real situation of KM, the proposed model was validated in terms of its feasibility, and it seems that the outcome (the location of the military logistics consolidation centers) of the proposed model can be one of the good alternatives for KM.
