Especially, port cities are posed strong threats to the environment due to receiving high pollution from ships and cargo vehicle emissions. So many advanced country (ex. Objective of the study represents experiences of medical utilization of Psychiatric Outpatients. This research draws on information obtained from the 2008 National-wide sampling study of the Korean Healthcare Panel(KHP) conducted. The results of our study suggest the significance of variables such as the gender(p<.001) in the social demographical characteristics, the medical security type(p<.016), medical institution utilization(p<.012) treatment type(p<.004) in the utilization factors. In the case of medical utilization cost, the financial support factor(p<.018) showed a significant relationship. Depending on the particularities of gender, medical security type, financial support, medical institution utilization, treatment type were determined through a multiple logistics regression analysis. Gender showed that, among Psychiatric outpatient age of 30-59 level was 5.358 times and 60 years and older, their the second medical examination level was 4.490 times higher than Psychiatric outpatients under the age of 29. Health insurance type showed for the others medical allowance was 6.712 times higher than job health insurance and the other treatment was 0.395 times lower than drug treatment. Psychiatric outpatients utilization are rooted in the thoughts and factor levels of the Psychiatric patients and must be understood from the Psychiatric outpatients's perspective. The point is not only to gauge the patients research during Psychiatric medical utilization. The important of social community mental healthcare services levels goes beyond the goal of enhancing healthcare.

The Korean restaurant franchise business is continuing to grow along with economic growth. Moreover, there are some Korean restaurant franchise enterprises that have managed to enter overseas markets as well, and which are unfolding a strategy for success by leveraging marketing activities that consider the tastes of the respective localities and their consumers' characteristics. This research conducted a comparative analysis of 'Nolbu'and 'Mister Pizza' both considered successful franchises, to identify the CSF(Critical Success factors) of the Korean restaurant franchise business. The results of the research demonstrate the critical success factors, including: efforts such as effective marketing; effort to return part their profits to the community; structured and scientific restaurant management; an effective logistics and distribution system and differentiation against other brands.

CoP(Community of Practices)란 구성원간 새로운 정보 및 지식의 상호학습 및 문제해결방안을 모색하기 위해 활동하는 공동체를 지칭하는 것으로, 통상 학습공동체 또는 실천공동체 등으로 지칭된다. 연구개발조직은 통상 내부 구성원간의 상호학습은 물론 외부 전문가와의 정보교류 및 상호학습을 촉진하는 CoP 활성화를 토대로 구성원의 역량개발은 물론 해당 조직의 연구개발 성과를 향상시키려고 노력한다. 본 연구는 대전에 소재한 4개 국가연구개발조직의 151명 연구원을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 응답자들이 참여한 CoP 운영특성과 해당 CoP 창출 성과와의 관계를 실증적으로 연구하고 있다. 실증연구 결과, 신규멤버 증대, 외부연계 도전적 풍토, 다양성지향 자율적 풍토와 같은 실질적인 CoP 운영특성이 CoP 성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 비해 참가자수나 모임횟수와 같은 외형적 운영특성의 영향력은 유의성이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이 조사결과는 참여한 구성원의 역량개발은 물론 해당 조직의 성과 향상에 기여하는 CoP를 활성화 하기 위해 CoP의 수, 참가자 규모, 운영횟수와 같은 외형적 특성에만 치중하기보다, CoP의 운영내실화를 기하고, 창의적 조직풍토를 강화하는 노력이 보다 효과적일 수 있음을 시사한다.

Good faith is difficult to define due to the facts that there is not an objective and concrete concept of good faith, and good faith in contracts for the international sale of goods is a principle that parties to the contract must act with sincerity as members of a social community. The Korean Supreme Court shall pay attention to setting the applicable standards that can be universally applied to good faith based on the self-established criteria. Through such effort, it is possible not only to realize the value of concrete validity pursued by the general clause of good faith but also to realize the value of legal stability by assuring the predictability of results when applying good faith. In the modern sense, it can be said that the arbitrary application of general rules rather than the escape and general clauses is a problematic situation in the application of good faith, but this problem can be solved by setting a reasonable standard of good faith. This paper studies good faith in the view of Korean law, international laws, and related cases in contract law. The purpose of this paper is to find the problems and solutions of the practical application of good faith by analyzing the Korean case (2009Da86000), which undermined the legal stability of good faith in Korea.

This paper analyzes and compares the pedestrian characteristics of 5 urban communities with 2012 Seoul floating population survey data. First of all, differences in total pedestrian volumes and time distribution of the volumes are compared across the 5 urban communities and the effects of pedestrian road properties are investigated. Then, we conduct a regression analysis to find factors influencing pedestrian volume according to the type of urban community and day of week. As results, the urban community had the greatest volume and the volume increased significantly at lunch time. Center bus lane, bus stop, and crosswalk lead to more trips in the urban community, while opposite patterns occurred in the other communities. Less slopes and commercial region areas caused more trips in all communities. Regression analysis results showed that a variety of variables including demographic indices, land use type and pedestrian road properties differently affect pedestrian volumes in individual urban communities. The research can be used as basic data to establish polices for pedestrian environment improvement.

With the development of digital technology, the marine environment is expected to change rapidly. In the case of autonomous vessels, technology is being developed in many countries, and the international community has begun to discuss ways to operate it. Changes in ships cause changes in the marine traffic environment and urge changes to aids to navigation. This study aims to analyze the cyber security management awareness of VTS personnel to improve the cyber security system for aids to navigation. To this end, the current status of cyber security management was reviewed with a focus on VTS, and a survey was conducted on VTS personnel. The survey analysis used the IPA methodology, and as a result of the analysis, a clear difference was observed in the perception of cybersecurity between those with experience in security and those without experience. In addition, technical measures related to cyber-attack detection and blocking should be implemented with the highest priority. The results of this study can be used as basic data for improving the cyber security management system for aids to navigation.

Purpose: This research targeted the high school students to analysis the behavior leading to oral health following the level of knowledge of and attitude towards oral health. Going steps further, this research examines the effect of the education on the oral cavity's health on the behavior leading to oral health to provide the need to conduct education on the oral cavity's health. Methods: High school students in the 1st to the 3rd grades in two high schools in Gyeongsangnamdo were targeted to conduct survey on 444 students. Collected data was subjected to the SPSS statistical program to obtain the frequency, percentage and average. Moreover, standard deviation, t-verification, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and logistics regression analysis were conducted. Results: First, average of the high school students' knowledge of and attitude towards oral cavity's health was higher when the education on the oral cavity's health was received compared to when education on the oral cavity's health was not received. Second, knowledge of and attitude towards oral cavity's health were high when there was the willingness to participate in the education on the oral health. In case education on the oral cavity's health was received, average of the knowledge of oral cavity's health was high, which manifested statistically significant difference. Average of the knowledge of oral cavity's health was high as well in case there is a perception that the need for the education on oral cavity exists. Third, the probability of having had their teeth scaled was higher when the total score for the knowledge of oral cavity's health was higher. The probability of having had their teeth scaled was higher when the score on the attitude for preventing periodontal disease was higher. Conculsion: These results demonstrate that the existence of high school students' education on the oral cavity's health, and knowledge of and attitude towards oral cavity's health exert significant influence on the behavior leading to oral cavity's health.

This study is a descriptive research study with the purpose of predicting and comparing factors of depression affecting residents in a metropolitan city by using logistic regression analysis and decision-making tree analysis. The subjects for the study were 462 residents ($20{\leq}aged{\angle}65$) in a metropolitan city. This study collected data between October 7, 2011 and October 21, 2011 and analyzed them with frequency analysis, percentage, the mean and standard deviation, ${\chi}^2$-test, t-test, logistic regression analysis, roc curve, and a decision-making tree by using SPSS 18.0 program. The common predicting variables of depression in community residents were social dysfunction, perceived physical symptom, and family support. The specialty and sensitivity of logistic regression explained 93.8% and 42.5%. The receiver operating characteristic (roc) curve was used to determine an optimal model. The AUC (area under the curve) was .84. Roc curve was found to be statistically significant (p=<.001). The specialty and sensitivity of decision-making tree analysis were 98.3% and 20.8% respectively. As for the whole classification accuracy, the logistic regression explained 82.0% and the decision making tree analysis explained 80.5%. From the results of this study, it is believed that the sensitivity, the classification accuracy, and the logistics regression analysis as shown in a higher degree may be useful materials to establish a depression prediction model for the community residents.

And it presents the improvement program for the provision of product information which is appropriate uses the RFID chip and the provision of control information in the customer who is a core of consuming.
