The growth of online market is accelerating due to the development of technology and the era of pandemic. In order to deliver the ordered product to customers courier service should be used. In addition, the courier logistics market is growing with the growth of the online market. With the growth of the logistics market, traffic and environmental problems are emerging as social issues. Logistics technology of urban community logistics courier terminal system utilizing vacant space in the city has been developed as a new alternative to environment and traffic problems by increasing logistics efficiency in the city area. In this study, we propose a concept of a system that performs operational concept definition and scenario analysis by applying model-based perspective analysis to urban community logistics courier terminal system under development. Through this study, we defined the operating concept of the urban community logistics courier terminal, which is the target of development, and defined the scenario for system operation by grasping the structure and function of the system and applied it to system development.

본 논문은 효율적인 항만물류기능을 위한 로지스틱스 기본전략을 설정하고 이를 군산항에 적용하므로서 국내 타 항구에 비해 낙후된 군산항의 경쟁력을 제공 할 수 있는 개선책을 제시하려는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 군산항은 당면과제로서 적정수심의 유지문제, 정기항로 개설문제, 물류체계의 연계성문제 그리고 항만마케팅전략의 부재 등이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 과제들을 해결하기 위해서는 첫째, 항만관련 SOC의 구축 등을 통한 물류환경의 조성 둘째, 물류시장 확보를 위한 항만마케팅 전략수립 셋째, 물동량의 수요와 공급을 예측하여 화물의 적기인도 및 처리를 위한 정보마의 구축 등 로지스틱스 사슬구축 그리고 산 학 관의 협력네트워크를 통한 로지스틱스 커뮤니티의 조성 등의 로지스틱스 전략을 수립 시행하여야 한다. 또한 이와 같은 전략을 효과적으로 수행하기 위하여 그동안 정부에서 추진하고 있는 Two port 집중정책을 재고하고 개별항구의 특성과 기능을 고려한 "다변화 특화정책"으로 전환 할 것을 정책적 대안으로 제언한다.

본 연구의 대상인 새만금 신항은 신설 예정항만으로서 항만현황 및 물동량 처리실적 등 통계적인 자료의 분석에 한계가 있으므로 본 연구에서는 항만물류환경의 거시적 변화와 정부의 새만금 신항만 건설계획 그리고 새만금 신항 개발에 관한 최근의 연구 등을 중심으로 분석함으로서 새만금 신항 개발을 위한 물류인프라 구축방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 새만금 신항 개발을 위한 물류인프라 구축방향으로 첫째, 항만관련 SOC의 구축 등을 통한 유리한 물류환경의 조성, 둘째, 새만금 신항의 국제적인 홍보활동과 물류시장 확보를 위한 항만마케팅 전략 수립, 셋째, 물동량의 수요와 공급을 예측하고 화물의 적기인도 및 처리를 위한 정보망의 구축 등 로지스틱스 사슬의 구축, 그리고 산 학 관의 적극적인 참여와 협력을 통한 로지스틱스 커뮤니티조성 등을 제안하였다.

Northeast Asia logistics hub strategy was undertaken by Korean Government to gain a national competitive advantage in Northeast Asia. Current Government has Northeast Asian Economic Hub Strategy including construction of SOC in Northeast Asia for promoting peace, promotion of formation of Northeast Asia Community, logistics hub, Financial hub and national innovation for R&D Cluster. To realize Northeast Asian logistics hub, the Northeast Asia logistics hub road map has undertaken as follows: expansion of logistics infra in Incheon Airport, Busan Port and Gwangyang Port, systematic improvements such as adjustment of investment distribution, special logistics companies, transparent customs in logistics transactions, logistics manpower, improvement of system supporting global logistics and attraction of international logistics companies to the logistics center, construction of seamless and paperless logistics information network, Northeast Asia railway infra. The purpose of this paper is to study investment priority and improvements in the Northeast Asia Logistics Hub Road Map and to contribute to gain the national competitive advantage as logistics hub in Northeast Asia

The purpose of this study is to consolidate the position of Kunsan Port as a Hub-port in Northeast asian region with the development of Kunsan port's hinterland. To accomplish the purpose, this paper firstly reviews the concept and function of port's hinterland literally. Next, We attempt to grasps the trends of port logistics service in this region, and to cope with this trends, study the previous researches of logistics platform(LP). Based upon the study, We find out the main factors of improving efficiency in port logistics, and build the model of logistics strategy with such factors as (1) Environment (2) Marketing (3) Logistics Chain and (4) Logistics community. And in order to applicate the model, we analyze the current situation of Kunsan port and port's hinterland. Finally, we provide the logistics strategies in Kunsan port's hinterland.

Purpose As consumer awareness grows, the importance of CSR becomes even more important for long-term growth. In response to this current trend, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of CSR activities on business performance for logistics companies. Research design, data, and methodology - Between CSR activities and growth, there was a generally positive(+) relationships between activities such as donation and volunteerism and the growth of the enterprise. In terms of the relationship between environmental factors and growth, negative results were expressed. In case of profitability, improved welfare for workers has had a positive impact on corporate profitability. Results - With respect to stability, a high proportion of equity capital is not considered to be more active in SCR activities. Significant negative results were given between the minimum factors for entry, transportation, and noise generation factors and the ratio of liabilities, which are representative friction factors in the community. Nowadays, to change our country into advanced economy, the factor of growth obstacles was to be eliminated, or it is so important that the logistics base establishment enlarges to improve potential productivity. The best strategy to enforce the competition power is that we should be ready for some condition which can do cooperations and association very well. Also it is necessary for actors, government, firm and logistics field, to part their role. The national effort that firm supported by government and community participates in is reduced to achieve rational logistics system because logistics is complicate action flowing to final consumer. That is, self effort is needed for logistics competition system, adjustable arrangement of logistics field, the establishment of comprehensive informations system, logistics rationalization.

The emergence of ubiquitous autonomic computing and network environment will change the service architecture information system which will be a new application area in SCM/logistics systems. In this study we surveyed the technical trend map of ubiquitous and its application in SCM/logistics support system design. We described the evolutional model of ubiquitous computing community for SCM/logistics system. It is consisted of three view points; self-growing, autonomic, and context-aware, which will allow the decision makers to be benefited from web and mobile technology and are useful for proactive SCM/logistics support system. Finally, we suggested a cooperative research planning for the development ubiquitous system between the government research center, university, and industry research activities.

Within the worse of the environment, Climate change caused by global warming is becoming serious around the world, and green logistics to pursue sustainable development in the logistics sector are receiving more and more attention. Along with the acceleration of the global economy, eco-friendly issues are playing an increasingly important role in the logistics industry, and various policy measures are being pursued to establish the green logistics system. This study aims to analyze research trends in eco-friendly logistics, and the SNA methodology was applied by extracting keywords from 518 domestic and foreign papers from 2013 to August 2022. The period is divided into three stages: 2013-2015, 2016-2019, and 2020-2022, and 'logistics' and 'sustainable development' were derived as top logistics eco-friendly keywords at all stages. Besides, In the first stage(2013-2015), the term 'environmental performance' and 'freight transport' attracted the attention of scholars. In the second stage(2016-2019), keywords such as 'third-party logistics' and 'lean logistics' have attracted the attention of scholars. In the third stage(2020-2022), the 'internet of things' and 'circular economy' received the attention of scholars. In line with the growth of the economy, it was confirmed that research related to eco-friendly logistics is gradually expanding to a sustainable concept. Based on this study, it is possible to grasp the research trends of the academic community to cope with recent environmental changes and provides reference materials to consider future research directions.

The purpose of the study was to investigate state and problems of Seongnam Jungang Market that lost competitiveness under rapidly changing logistics environment, and to give market redevelopment model, project validity and operation management plan considering commercial area and location of the market. The public market at the community that has tradition and culture of the residents provides small merchants with employment chance and to let residents buy daily necessities. The market allows farmers to sell agriculture products by themselves and to increase income. Most of public markets that open every five days help residents meet each other to exchange information. Most of public markets have been placed at local towns and rural areas to lose distribution functions remarkably at less population and quick aging.
