항공기 엔진 체계의 신뢰성과 안전성을 분석하는 것은 RAM 분석이라고 한다. RAM은 제작자가 개발한 시스템의 지속가능성 혹은 그 체계의 수명주기비용(Lice Cycle Cost)에 중대한 영향을 줄 수 있는 시스템 설계특성을 의미한다. 또한 RAM은 시스템이 개발될 당시에 의도된 임무를 수행할 수 있는 능력 혹은 임수수행을 성공할 수 있도록 담보하는 중요한 역할을 한다. RAM은 1970년대 이후 미국 군수분야에서는 군수지원성분석(LSA, Logistic Support Analysis) 과 밀접히 연계되어 활용되어 왔으며, RAM과 LSA를 통합하여 종합군수지원체계(ILS, Integrated Logistics Support)라고 부른다. 본 연구에서는 항공기 엔진에 대한 신뢰성 분석에 Weibull 분포를 활용하였다. Weibull 분포는 2개의 변수 적용에서 다음과 같이 정의된다. 변수가 그 계의 어떤 값을 나타내느냐에 따라 분포도 곡선의 특성 의미는 변수에 의존된다. 예를 들어 시험성적, 사회적 특성을 표현하는 인지도, 산업 제품의 고장이나 결함을 나타내는 고장관련 모수(변수) 등에 따라 그 특징을 나타내게 된다. 항공기 엔진의 신뢰성 분석을 통해 항공기 엔진의 수명 판단이 가능해졌으며 임무 불가능 수준의 In-Flight Shut-Down 비율이 현격히 감소됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

The U.S. Army is capable and ready to deploy full-spectrum armed forces anywhere in the world as we have seen in Iraq and Afghanistan. This commitment is within the realm of logistics support that the readiness to support MRE(Meal Ready to Eat), according to the environment where the operation is on going. ROKA(Republic Of Korea Army) proceeds with the program to develop and reserve various MRE under the assumption of distinctive warfare operating environment. This study investigates to determine the amount of MRE consumption within various operating environment and details are as follows. First we ponder the concept of MRE and identified problems of the existing program. Second we also establish feeding rations by the types of MRE that is the base for calculation. Third we introduce MRE consumption algorithm and formula. Fourth and last we have applied our model to the program and analyzed the results. The present state of the estimation didn't reflect various warfare operating environment. Therefore we simulates theater wargame model to determine the consumption under various warfare operating environment. The result of this study is anticipated to contribute largely to the force enhancement as it mirrors of every circumstances of operating environment.

The prediction of the sum of container is very important in the field of container transport. Many influencing factors can affect the prediction results. These factors are usually composed of many variables, whose composition is often very complex. In this paper, we use gray relational analysis to set up a proper forecast index system for the prediction of the sum of containers in foreign trade. To address the issue of the low accuracy of the traditional prediction models and the problem of the difficulty of fully considering all the factors and other issues, this paper puts forward a prediction model which is combined with a back-propagation (BP) neural networks and the support vector machine (SVM). First, it gives the prediction with the data normalized by the BP neural network and generates a preliminary forecast data. Second, it employs SVM for the residual correction calculation for the results based on the preliminary data. The results of practical examples show that the overall relative error of the combined prediction model is no more than 1.5%, which is less than the relative error of the single prediction models. It is hoped that the research can provide a useful reference for the prediction of the sum of container and related studies.

In this study, systems and procedures for improving the research and development and purchasing projects for defense specifications were investigated, and the current situation was analyzed in terms of the disclosure and establishment of defense specifications. I would like to discuss the measures that need to be taken to improve the specification affairs of our defense sector in order to improve the production quality of military supplies. It should be noted that it is necessary to establish specifications and procedures for improving the quality of domestically purchased military supplies. Therefore, it is highly imperative to systematically establish detailed performance, and miscellaneous specifications in order to actively respond to the rapid development of superior private technologies. In addition, the barriers in the entry of the defense industry should be removed through active disclosure of the specification data, and the opportunities for participation should be expanded to promote a smooth follow-up logistics support and to improve the quality of military supplies

The global trade environment is rapidly changing. The spread of COVID-19 promotes digitalization, and online transactions are becoming the new normal. Currently, Korea is actively introducing information and communication technology (ICT) that uses the internet of things (IoT) in relation to agriculture. However, few studies have analyzed the impact of digitalization on trade in the agricultural sector. Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine how the introduction of digital technology can affect the economy and trade of Korea. In this study, we estimate the impact of introducing digital technologies using the computable general equilibrium (CGE) model. The results of this analysis indicate that the GDP could increase by 3.82% to 10.53%. Also, agricultural production and trade according to the model will significantly increase to 8.67% and 5.72%, respectively, through a productivity increase from Blockchain, IoT, and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, despite logistics inefficiencies. Although the effects of digitalization could be significant, farmers are still struggling to introduce digital technologies, stemming from the fact that government support systems are concentrated in only a few sub-sectors. In this regard, support in this area must be expanded and diversified according to the current environment of agriculture in Korea.

Purpose - Franchise industries are significant both socially and economically. However, with increasing interest, there are manifold problems. It is necessary to seek measures for mature operation constantly despite unprepared franchisors, negative perceptions of the media and society toward franchise, and rapid changes in business start-up trends and propensity to consume that make business start-ups difficult. The paper aims to explain the effects of relational commitment and performance on the franchisor's management characteristics and justice in the food service franchise system. Research design, data, and methodology - This is an exploratory survey examining franchising in Korea. Based on a literature synthesis, we extract five constructs: managerial characteristics, support, fairness, trust, and satisfaction. We hypothesize that these factors influence the trust, satisfaction, and performance of franchisees. To examine these hypotheses empirically, we conducted a survey on the database of the Franchising Council of Korea. The study employs data from May to September 2014. In total, 135 completed questionnaires were received, of which 128 were usable. The data was analyzed with SPSS/PC 22.0. First, to test unidimensionality and nomological validity of the measures of each construct, we employed a scale refinement procedure. The result of a reliability test with Cronbach's α and factor analysis warranted unidimensionality of the measures for each construct. In addition, nomological validity of the measures was warranted from the result of the correlation and regression analysis. By analyzing the data, we can confirm most hypotheses. Results - Frist, franchisor characteristics have a positive effect on trust and satisfaction. Second, franchisor fairness has an effect on trust and satisfaction. Third, franchisor support has an effect on satisfaction. Further, the franchisee trust has an effect on satisfaction. Fourth, the satisfaction of a franchisee with a franchisor affects the performance of a franchisee. Finally, there is a possibility that not only franchisee performance but also increasing the credibility and improving the image of the franchisor through communication between franchisor and franchisee can improve franchisees' performance and satisfaction by motivating the franchisee for sustainable growth. Franchisers should endeavor for franchisees to obtain stable revenue with continuous and practical support. They should recognize that they can expand their business by supporting their franchisees. Franchisors should not only instantly respond to franchisees' troubles with interactive communications but also raise the ability of supervisors for better support. Franchisors should share their visions and goals with their franchisees and provide systematic and continuous support based on trust and clear company management. Franchisees should understand franchisors' position as well as participate in establishing the basic franchise system. Contributions - The paper contributes to understanding franchising in Korea. It offers insights and assistance to franchisors hoping to start franchises. This paper explores measurement issues related to franchisee performance by estimating its determinant factors (managerial characteristics, support, fairness, trust, and satisfaction). This study provides franchisors and practitioners planning to extend their franchising business with some practical knowledge.

As the awareness of the importance of Start-up increases, the number of entrepreneurs who decide to start their career is gradually increasing. However, the rate of start-up failure is still high and the qualitative level is very low due to lack of start-up performance. In this study, we analyzed the effect of entrepreneurship capability and start-up support system on start-up performance. To that end, 361 valid data were collected from businesses that were established less than seven years ago in Jeollabuk-do on August 1, 2018 and used for study verification through SPSS 21 and AMOS 21. First, the entrepreneurial competence (entrepreneurial competence, managerial competency) has a positive effect on the start-up support system and the technical competency has no significant effect. Second, entrepreneurial competence (entrepreneurial competence, managerial competency, technical competency) has a significant effect on entrepreneurial performance. However, entrepreneurial competence has a meaningful effect on the start-up performance of entrepreneurs with a negative (-) effect. Third, it was found that the start - up support system had a positive effect on the start - up performance. Finally, the start - up support system proved to have mediating effect between entrepreneurial competence and start - up performance. The implications of this study are as follows. In order to increase the start-up performance of the start-up companies, it is proved that increasing the capacity of the start-ups is an important factor. In addition, empirical studies have proved that the use of start-up support system is an important factor that directly or indirectly has a significant effect on start-up performance, We have made meaningful implications that actively supporting and utilizing entrepreneurship is necessary to enhance start-up performance.

This thesis examines the problems faced in the electronic trade platform for which improvements are necessary, and suggests various ways of overcoming those problems. Practical implications regarding the advancement of Korea's u-TradeHub system are as follows. First, from the technical and legal aspects, to make up for a lack of support systems for spread of users, it is required to promote customized advertising strategies through Ministry of Knowledge Economy and establish a global certification system. Second, document standardization and digitalization should be achieved in advance to make the documents distributed through the e-Trade platform in a seamless manner. Furthermore, an ongoing global network development project should be promoted through the e-Trade platform to achieve standardization. Third, from the operational aspect, it is important to maintain an integrated and systematic relationship with related organizations. Because vertical integration among logistics service providers and GSCM are enabled through the e-Trade platform, it is necessary to standardize global network-based linkage and operating systems.

Wireless Sensor Networks will revolutionize applications such as environmental monitoring, home automation, and logistics. We developed forest fire surveillance system. In this paper, Considering the fact that in Korea, during November to May, forest fires occur very frequently causing catastrophic damages on the valuable environment, Although exists other forest fire surveillance system such as surveillance camera tower, infrared ray sensor system and satellite system. Preexistence surveillance system can't real-time surveillance, monitoring, database and automatic alarm. But, forest fire surveillance system(FFSS) support above. In this paper, we describes a system development approach for a wireless sensor network based FFSS that is to be used to measure temperature and humidity as well as being fitted with a smoke detector. Such a device can be used as an early warning fire detection system and real-time surveillance in the area of a bush fire or endangered public infrastructure. Once the system has being development, a mesh network topology will be implemented with the chosen sensor node with the aim of developing a sophisticated mesh network.
