In order to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage in the expanding maritime transportation market, most shipping companies are making every effort to reduce transportation costs. Likewise, the car shipping companies, which carry more than 80% of total car import and export logistics volume, also do their utmost for transportation cost saving. Until now many researches have been made for efficient maritime transportation, but studies for car shipping companies have rarely been made. For this reason, this study has tried to develop a maritime transportation planning support system which can help to save logistics costs and increase a competitive power of car shipping companies. To this end, instead of manual effort to solve the routing problem of car carrier vessels, this study has used an integer programming model to make an optimal transportation planning at the minimum cost. Also in response to the frequent changes both in the car production schedule and ship's arrival schedule after the completion of transportation planning, this research has developed a decision support system of maritime transportation, so that users can easily modify their existing plans.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 외식 프랜차이즈 시스템에서 가맹점에 대한 가맹본부의 관계품질에 영향을 미치는 변수를 사후 지원서비스로 설정하고, 사후 지원서비스가 가맹점의 관계품질(신뢰, 만족, 몰입)과 경영성과(재무적 성과, 비재무적 성과)에 미치는 영향에 대한 포괄적인 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 제안된 모형을 검증하기 위하여 서울 및 경기 지역의 외식 프랜차이즈 가맹점 경영자 500명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하여, 구조방정식을 통해 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사후 지원서비스 요인 중 제품범주 및 가격 요인과 정보제공 및 문제해결 능력 요인은 가맹점의 만족과 몰입에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 물류지원과 슈퍼바이저 지원 요인은 신뢰와 만족에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 재교육 및 훈련지원 요인은 가맹점의 신뢰와 몰입에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 판매촉진 요인은 신뢰 만족, 그리고 몰입 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 관계품질요인들 간의 관계는 신뢰가 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 몰입에는 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 못하고, 만족을 통해서 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 신뢰는 재무적 성과에만 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 만족과 몰입은 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과 모두에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과요약과 시사점, 그리고 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향이 제시되었다.

제 4차 산업혁명의 초연결 환경에서 발생하는 많은 양의 데이터는 제 4차 산업혁명을 기존의 생산 환경과 구분지어 주는 주요한 요소이다. 이러한 환경은 데이터를 필요로 하는 동시에 데이터를 생산하는 양면적인 특징을 가진다. 때문에 앞으로의 정보 시스템은 기존의 정보시스템보다 양적인 측면에서 더 많은 데이터를 처리해야 하며, 질적인 측면에서는 많은 데이터 중 사용자의 목적에 부합하는 목표 데이터만을 추출하는 능력이 요구된다. 작은 규모의 정보 시스템에서는 사람이 그 시스템을 정확히 이해하고 필요한 정보를 획득하는 것이 가능하지만, 시스템에 대해 정확한 이해가 어려워진 다양하고 복잡한 시스템에서는 원하는 정보를 획득하는 것이 점점 더 어려워진다. 이러한 문제는 데이터를 사람뿐 아니라 컴퓨터가 이해할 수 있는 온톨로지로 표현하여 다양한 정보처리가 가능하도록 하는 시맨틱 웹(Semantic Web) 구축이 해결책이 될 수 있다. 군에서도 현재 대부분의 업무가 정보 시스템을 통해 이루어지고 있는데, 정보의 입력이나 가공 등 단순처리 중심으로 구축된 기존 시스템이 점점 더 많은 양의 데이터를 포함하게 되면서 시스템을 쉽게 활용하기 위한 노력이 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 온톨로지를 통한 지능형 의사결정지원시스템의 예로 온톨로지 기반 군수상황관리체계를 제안하고자 한다. 온톨로지 기반 군수상황관리체계는 기존의 군수정보체계의 복잡한 정보를 직관적으로 보여주기 위해 구축된 군수상황관리체계를 온톨로지를 통해 구축하였으며, 성과기반군수지원 계약관리, 부품사전 등의 유용한 기능을 추가 식별하여 온톨로지에 포함하였다. 또한 구축된 온톨로지가 의사결정지원에 활용할 수 있는지를 확인하기 위해 시맨틱 웹 기술을 통해 기본적인 질의응답은 물론 추론 및 함수를 통한 분석기능을 구현하였다.

Innovations in the procurement logistics now is very popular in Kazakhstan. Nowadays there are a lot of documents of transport infrastructure and Kazakhstan logistic system is developing more and more. Procurement logistic is the direction where you can count, sometimes you can buy some products or transport equipments. Logistic in Kazakhstan is new direction, there are a lot of young people who choose this specialty and will stay demanded. Our president said a lot of words in strategies about development in logistics and so there will be new methods that will be used here. Innovations are new technologies that are used in different spheres so this structure as procurement logistic will develop in Kazakhstan and every citizen of our republic will support it. Transport systems are used for transitions different products so there are a lot new transition roads for example Western China - Western Europe; Astana-Almaty; Astana-Ust-Kamenogorsk; Astana-Aktobe, Atyrau; Almaty - Ust-Kamenogorsk; Karaganda - Zhezkazgan - Kyzylorda; Atyrau-Astrakhan, it helps Kazakhstan to support international links between other countries.

지속적인 유가 상승과 탄소배출 규제 강화는 기업들로 하여금 높은 경쟁력을 가지도록 요구한다. 따라서 고객 서비스 증대와 비용절감을 위해 효율적인 물류시스템을 구축하고 운영하는 것에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며 비용 경쟁력을 가지는 친환경 산업단지의 필요성이 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 부산시에서는 친환경정책을 통해 경쟁우위를 점하고 부족한 산업단지를 충족시키기 위해 서부산권에 '부산신항배후 국제산업물류도시'를 선정하고 개발을 진행하고 있다. 이러한 물류도시를 구축하기 위해서는 적절한 정책과 화물수송 공동화를 통한 물류시스템이 필요하다. 특히, 산업 단지내 물류시스템의 체계구축을 통한 효율적인 운영은 물류도시의 저비용 친환경적인 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 물류체계를 분석하고 분석내용을 바탕으로 물류도시의 물류네트워크 운영모델을 제시함으로서 물류도시의 기반구축 자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

9.11 테러이후 최근 물류보안에 대한 범위가 시간적, 공간적으로 급속히 확대되고 있고 물류보안에 대해 국가와 물류기업의 책임이 강화되고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 물류보안에 대한 대응은 이제 단순히 수출입 분야의 보안책임을 넘어 국가의 물류경쟁력을 감안한 공급사슬망 전체를 대상으로 한 포괄적이고 체계적으로 접근해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 관점에서 현재 국내에 시행되고 있는 글로벌 물류보안제도에 대한 국내 물류기업의 인식 현황을 파악하고 이러한 인식정도가 실제로 자사의 물류경쟁력과 향후 관련분야에 대한 투자의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지 실증적으로 조사 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 향후 정부 및 유관기관들의 물류보안 확대를 위한 홍보 및 교육 지원 등과 관련 정책수립 시 효과적인 추진방향을 도출하였다.

It has been recognized as an important issue to design optimally a firm's logistics network for minimizing logistics cost and maximizing customer service. It is, however, not easy to get an optimal solution by analyzing trade-off of cost factors, dynamic and interdependent characteristics in the logistics network decision making. Although there has been some developments in a system which helps decision making for logistics analysis, it is true that there is no system for enterprise-wise's on-site support and methodical logistics decision. Specially, E-biz process along with information technology has been made dramatic advance in a various industries, there has been much need for practical education closely resembles on-site work. The software developed by this study materializes efficient algorithm suggested by recent studies in key topics of logistics such as location and allocation problem, traveling salesman problem, and vehicle routing problem and transportation and distribution problem. It also supports executing a variety of experimental design and analysis in a way of the most user friendly based on Java. In the near future, we expect that it can be extended to integrated supply chain solution by adding decision making in production in addition to a decision in logistics.

Purpose - This paper has an objective to suggest reasonable criteria in choosing Incoterms 2020 rules for efficient and effective logistics management in that the Incoterms rules affect not only the rights and obligations of the parties to the sales contract but also the control and management of logistics system and transaction costs in the transaction. Design/methodology - An analysis of the various factors is needed to assess the positive or negative impact on global value chain in choosing Incoterms rules from a total logistics view. This study analyzes the impact of which the content of individual incoterms rules can have on the operation of international logistics systems under the global value chain from a strategic perspective to suggest reasonable criteria for selection of Incoterms rules depending on the transaction situation. Findings - Results of this study shows that consideration of various aspects which includes the characteristics of the products, logistics capabilities, infrastructure, transaction volume, operational cost, customs regulations, tax and accounting should be reflected in choosing the appropriate Incoterms rules. Therefore, in order to minimize the total cost and improve logistics performance, it may be helpful to develop a decision support model which allows users to select appropriate Incoterms rules based on various influencing factors. Originality/value - This Study is different from previous research which has mainly focused on the rights and obligations of the parties to the transaction regarding the transfer of risks and costs under the Incoterms. In addition, this study has significance in that it provides implications for export and import companies that can be able to use Incoterms as a strategic tool to efficiently manage the global value chain and improve supply chain performance.

최근 환경보전에 대한 관심과 중요성이 급증하면서 환경은 규제 및 의무사항일 뿐만 아니라 국제 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 필수요소로 자리 잡고 있다. 무역장벽이 허물어지고 소비자의 삶의 질이 높아지면서 다양한 소비자의 요구를 만족시키기 위하여 제품의 수명은 점차 단축되고 있으며 이에 따라 국제적 환경문제에서 주요 이슈로 다루고 있는 온실가스 감축의 문제 이외에도 폐기물의 처리 및 재활용에 관한 문제 또한 중요한 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 이러한 환경흐름에 따라 선진국들은 이미 여러 가지 규제 및 조치를 통하여 환경문제를 해결하기 위한 노력을 강구하고 있으며, 국제적으로 환경은 기업 및 국가의 문제라기보다는 지구촌 전체의 문제로 접근해야 하는 중요한 사안으로 인식하고 있다. 이러한 환경변화는 기업의 물류 전략에도 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 공급사슬에서 역물류의 필요성이 대두되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이론적 고찰을 통하여 역물류의 개념, 분류 및 필요성을 알아보고 자원순환에 대한 국내 발전과정 및 특징을 파악함으로써 역물류의 현황을 정리하였다. 또한 물류선진국의 환경주의 발전과정과 역물류 정책 및 사례와 비교하여 국내에 반영할 수 있는 방안을 탐색해 보았다. 역물류를 위한 공급사슬 전체에서 화주기업과 물류기업의 긴밀한 협력체제 확립, 재정적 지원, 법규의 개정, 친환경 물류 기술 개발 및 보급을 위한 지원, 효율적인 물류 시스템 개발 등에 대한 보다 직접적인 방안을 제시하였으며, 이는 향후 역물류 정책 및 운영에 중요한 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

세계화의 진전으로 기업 간의 경쟁은 날로 치열해지고 있으며 그동안 단순 비용으로만 인식되던 물류분야가 비용과 서비스 제고 측면에서 제3의 이익원으로 인식되고 있다. 이에 물류경로 상에서 공급자와 판매자 및 수송과 보관의 연계를 원활하게 수행하도록 하는 핵심 인프라인 물류센터의 관심이 고조되고 있으며 본 연구에서는 물류센터의 활성화 및 발전을 위한 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 먼저 이론적 고찰을 통하여 선행연구 및 물류센터의 개요 및 역할, 현황 등에 대하여 알아보았으며 물류센터의 문제점 파악과 더불어 물류시설의 수요조사 및 표준화 구축을 위한 가이드 제시, 관련 법령 및 제도 정비, 규제 보완, 불공정 거래 척결을 위한 방안 등의 정책 개선, 공동화, 정보화 등을 통한 효율적 운영을 위한 시스템 구축, 안전관리, 원가산정을 통한 비용개선, 파트너쉽 구축, 재정적 지원, 부처별 협력 등의 발전방안을 제시하였으며, 이러한 방안은 물류센터의 활성화 및 선진화에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.
