훈춘지역은 지린성의 대외 개방 문호 및 창-지-투 지역의 유일한 개발개방선도구로 지역 물류의 발전에 중요한 거점 지역으로써 훈춘지역의 물류경쟁력을 촉진시키는 것은 동북지역 경제발전을 촉진시키는데는 중요한 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 SWOT분석을 적용하여 훈춘지역의 물류경쟁력 활성화 요인을 도출하고, 중국과 한국물류전문가를 대상으로 AHP 설문조사를 통해 훈춘지역 물류경쟁력 활성화 요인의 우선순위를 도출함으로써 정책결정자에게 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 분석결과, 기회요인, 강점요인 순으로 가중치가 높게 나타났으며, 일대일로 정책 촉진 및 확대, 국가정책을 통한 적극적 지원, 국제물류센터도시의 건설, 물류중심지 건설, 대량화물 공급지 등의 요인 순으로 우선순위가 높게 제시되었다. 마지막으로, 종합적 관점에서 본 연구는 훈춘지역의 물류경쟁력 강화전략을 위해 훈춘지역이 가진 강점을 중심으로 한 SO전략(강점-기회전략)과 ST전략(강점-위협전략) 등 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서 우리나라 물류기업들은 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous)환경을 고려한 물류정보시스템 활용의 각 주요변수들(기업환경, 기업전략, 기업정책, 물류정보시스템)이 기업성과에 기여할 것으로 가설을 설정하고 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 각 변수간의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다 각 주요변수간의 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 유비쿼터스 환경을 고려한 각 주요 변수 중 기업환경은 기업성과에 밀접한 영향을 미치며, 둘째 주요 각 변수인 기업환경, 기업전략, 기업정책들은 각 변수 서로 간에 유의한 반면 물류정보시스템은 유의하지 않았다. 그러나 기업성과는 기업환경과 기업정책만이 유의함을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 기업성과는 기업전략, 기업정책, 물류시스템의 주요변수들 각각에 의해서 얻어지는 결과가 아니라 기업전략, 기업정책, 물류정보시스템의 여건을 아우르는 기업환경에 의해서만이 기업성과에 영향을 미친다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다.

South and North Korea have many questions pending .Inter-Korea trade is the best actual problem among question pending. The biggest problem of inter-Korea trade in logistics cost. The logistics cost of inter-Korea is the highest position in the middle of foreign trade. We present that the cost reduction is possible by inter-Korea logistics standardization. This paper also shows logistics standardization strategy of South and North Korea.

21세기 들어와서 물류기업간의 경쟁이 날로 격화되고 있다. 이에 따라 물류비 절감, 고객 서비스의 향상, 정보통신기술의 활용 등 여러 요인에서 상대적인 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 노력을 경주하고 있다. 중국은 WTO 가입 후 물류산업분야에도 많은 발전이 있었지만, 아직도 다른 나라에 비해 GDP 대비 물류비의 비중이 높아 중국 경제에 부담으로 작용하고 있는 실정이다. 제4자 물류기업은 한정된 경영자원을 핵심역량에 투입하고 비 핵심활동인 물류활동은 전문물류업체에 아웃소싱을 하게 되었으며 물류 아웃소싱이 확대되면서 물류의 중요성이 대두되게 되었고 그에 따라 물류의 수요 또한 증대되게 되었다. 따라서 중국에서 제4자 물류는 많은 장점에도 불구하고 정부와 기업들의 문제로 본질적인 한계점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문의 연구 목적은 중국 제4자 물류에 대해 중국정부와 중국물류산업의 문제점을 제시하고 중국에서 제4자 물류를 도입하기 위한 기업 및 중국정부 차원의 해결방안을 제시함으로써 중국에서 제4자 물류의 발전에 기여하고 한국 제4자 물류기업의 중국진출을 촉진시키는 것이다.

본 논문의 목적은 동북아시아에서 변화하는 물류환경에 우기나라가 능동적으로 대처하여 명실상부한 물류중신 국가가 되기 위한 전략의 적합성을 탐색하는데 있다. 전략은 동북아 물류환경에 대한 SWOT 분석에 의거하여 균형성과모형(BSC)의 재무적 관점에서 도출하였다. 이러한 재무적 관점의 전략의 적합성을 검정한 결과, 우리나라가 2l세기에 동북아 물류중심국가가 되기 위해서는 보다 효과적인 물류성과를 창출할 수 있도록 예산의 선택과 집중전략을 극대화하는 물류정책을 수행하여야 하는 것으로 나타나고 있다.

The logistics industry is based on personnel, and without talented individuals, corporate success in impossible. Therefore, we should fully understand and research China's future in logistics along with the status of related personnel in the country, and seek to establish valid measures concerning our country's logistics personnel. In order for Korea's logistics industry to develop, we should also consider professional training of personnel and the establishment of training facilities. The training of logistics personnel can promote national competitiveness, and can contributetowards the national economy. Also, the production of competitive personnel can secure the healthy and secure development of the Chinese logistics industry. In conclusion, our companies should continue professional training for current and new employees, and through internal training and certifications, improve workers' capabilities and productivity, promoting the healthy development of the logistics industry.

Recently leading edge companies use the Supply Chain Management as a competitive weapon to secure and maintain customer loyalty. As a consequency they are concentrating resources on the company’s core business and employing strategic alliances with third-party providers to ensure the company provides its customers’desired logistics service levels at acceptable costs. Under this circumstances this paper surveys the third party logistics as a leading edge logistics industry coping with the progress of the supply chain management. The status and the type of the TPL including the Forwarder are analyzed in the view point of global logistics. Also the development strategy of third party logistics in the future is suggested.

Although logistics service quality is considered an essential strategy for success and survival in today's internet environment, there are still a lot of question: what variables determine the extent of logistics service effect, how difficultly do the determinants affecting logistics service effect and how accomplish the decision making in the implementation of inter-organization information system. The purpose of this study is to examine a model to utilize the application and effect of logistics service through e-marketplaces. The results of empirical analysis are mentioned as follows; First, among the interorganization information system factors, four variables(top management support in organization characters, competitive degree in environment characters, relative advantage and information efficiency in innovation characters) have been shown to be primary determinant of the effect of logistics service quality. Second, the type of independent variable used results in a significant difference in the effect of logistics service quality. Third, Korean firms have to pursue the corporate strategy focused on logistics service quality.

China's logistics industry is an growing one at a very higher rate, owing to the rapid expansion of the country's industrial base and the rise of domestic consumer markets. Essential to the development of china's economy, policy makers have paid constant attention to the logistics sector which is attracting growing volumes of both foreign and domestic investment. The inefficiencies are exacerbated by a number of factors such as transportation bottlenecks, regulatory constraints and local barriers to entry. Foreign and foreign-invested logistics companies have typically cornered the express delivery (for example DHL, FedEX), sea freight forwarding and specialized logistics services (for example Hanjin Shipping). The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the activation of Korean companies' entry into China's logistics market by studying the strategies and types for Korean companies enter into China's logistics Market.
