요즈음 무선통신기술의 진보된 기술을 이용한 관세 시스템이 연구 되고 있다. 무선통신 기술은 물류관리, 재고관리, 항만관리 분야에서 많이 사용되고 있다. 특별히, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)기술은, 수출입 업무에서 유통물류비 절감을 할 수 있는 기술로 각광받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 물류정보시스템 구성요소의 하나인 RFID 기술을 이용한 지능형 세관 관리 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 본 논문에서는 외국에서 구입한 물품을 스마트폰을 이용해서 언제 어디서나 간단하게 관세율을 산출하는 모의실험을 제안하였다.

최근 GPS(Global Positioning System)와 무선통신 기술을 이용하여 화물의 위치정보를 파악하는 것이 용이해지고 있다. 해운물류산업에서는 글로벌화가 가속화됨에 따라 화물을 실은 선박의 입출항 확인, 물류차량의 물류거점별 진입여부 등 화물의 가시성, 추적성, 실시간 정보제공의 필요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 이러한 위치정보를 무선통신기술을 이용하여 물류주체에게 제공함으로써 공급사슬을 효율적으로 운영하고, 물류비용을 줄일 수 있다. 이전의 논문에서 GPS 데이터를 이용한 소프트웨어적인 방법으로 GPS 기반의 글로벌 위치추적 시스템을 제안한 바 있다. 그러나 이전 시스템에서는 실시간 위치이동 정보를 파악하기에 미흡한 문제점이 있었으며, 경도, 위도 좌표에 따른 글로벌 물류거점 위치를 신속하게 검색 및 조회하는 연구가 미비했었다. 따라서, 이 논문에서는 실시간으로 해운물류 과정의 화물 위치를 파악하고 GPS 좌표에 따른 물류거점을 신속하게 검색할 수 있는 보완된 위치추적 시스템을 제안한다.

Since the 9/11 terror attack, the event which caused supply chain disruption, supply chain security has becomes more important than ever before. Furthermore, such company's logistics strategies conflicting supply chain security as increased global sourcing, JIT manufacturing are increasing supply chain vulnerability. It could burden for global companies to strengthen supply chain security because not only it requires additional investment cost but also changes of companiy's global logistics strategy. However, on the other hand, supply chain visibility and resilience can be improved through supply chain security. In addition, it allows companies to stabilize supply chain structure as well as rapid and flexible response to market demand. The key issue is balancing between efficiency and supply chain security. To do this, identifying risk elements under the supply chain and assessing vulnerability of each supply chain components should be performed before developing efficient supply chain security management system without obstructing supply chain efficiency.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level of SCM activities and the logistics performance by SCM of the three company types in fashion industry· fabric suppliers, apparel manufacturers, and retailers. The level of SCM activities was estimated through the examination of seven factors: commitment and leadership of a top management, flexibility of management, understanding of demand characteristics, integrated management organization, information system, cooperative partnership and communication and exchange of opinion. The logistics performance was measured by improvement in customer service(on time delivery ratio of products, returning rate, treat ratio for A/S, order fill rate, substitute providing capability for being out of stock) and delivery cost reduction. Through questionnaire survey, a total of 214 data for 108 companies of three company types were collected: 46 for 40 fabric suppliers, 123 for 64 apparel manufacturers and 45 for 4 retailers. The analysis of SCM activity levels showed that fabric suppliers had higher degrees in the factor of understanding of demand characteristics, and apparel manufacturers had higher degrees in the factor of information systems. For retailers, the factor of communication and exchange of opinion represented higher degrees. The study on relationship between the SCM activity levels and logistics performance showed that the SCM activity factor of understanding of demand characteristics greatly improved a substitute providing capability for being out of stock in fabric suppliers, and information system improved a substitute providing capability for being out of stock, on time delivery ratio of products and order fill rate in apparel manufacturers. In retailers, the SCM activity factor of understanding of demand characteristics decreased returning rate highly and improved on time delivery ratio of products. The study results showed that SCM activities in fashion industry brought more improvement in customer service levels rather than in delivery cost reduction.

본 논문의 주된 연구목적은 기존연구에서 거의 고려되지 않았던 산업재 구매시장에서의 물류환경특성과 물류자원역량이 관계규범과 물류서비스를 통하여 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 제안한 연구가설들을 검정하기 위하여 H중공업 및 HSD엔진의 구매부, 자재관리부, 수출입관리부, 외주관리부, 수입검사부 등의 물류관련부서에 종사하는 핵심 응답자로부터 272부의 설문지를 수집하여 자료분석에 이용하였다. 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 알아낸 분석 결과를 연구주제별로 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산업재구매에서 환경의 역동성, 이질성 등의 물류환경 불확실성은 기대와는 다르게 가용성, 적시성 등의 물류서비스와 정보교환, 유연성 등의 관계규범에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 물류자원역량은 구성요인의 특성에 따라 효과가 다르게 나타났다. LIS 등의 물류정보화는 직접적으로 물류서비스에 영향을 미치지 못하고 관계규범을 통하여 간접적으로 물류서비스에 유의한 영향을 주었고 반면에 물류 거래특유투자, 수송서비스 능력 등의 물류자원은 관계규범에는 영향을 주지 못하고 직접적으로 물류서비스에 유의한 영향을 미치었다. 셋째, 거래당사자간의 합의된 관계규범은 물류서비스를 유의하게 높이는 것으로 나타났으나 물류비용절감, 배송의 질 등의 물류성과의 제고에는 별다른 효과를 나타내지 못하였다. 넷째, 많은 선행연구들의 결과와 일치하게 장기적 관계를 기반으로 하는 산업재구매자와 자재공급업자의 거래에서 관계규범을 바탕으로 한 우수한 물류서비스는 리드타임 일관성, 배송품질 향상 등의 물류성과에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 마지막으로, 본 논문에서 밝혀진 물류환경, 물류정보화, 물류자원, 관계규범, 물류서비스 및 물류성과 간의 연관관계에 대한 분석결과들은 산업재 구매자들에게 이론에 근거한 전략적 물류관리 실천방안으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

EPC를 탑재한 RFID 형태의 스마트객체를 이용한 물류 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 시스템 구성 요소간의 거래에 필수적인 RFID 객체의 PML 데이터를 표현하고 검색요구에 대응하는 RFID 정보서비스의 설계 및 관리가 매우 중요하다. EPC기반 RPID 정보서비스는 네트워크상의 정보시스템들에 보안과 운영의 이유로 분산되어 있는 RFID 객체 정보들을 검색하여 사용자가 요구하는 결과를 반환하는 역할을 담당한다. 하지만 RFID 객체 정보의 표준화된 표현과 처리, 그리고 분산처리로 인한 통신량과 처리시간 과다의 문제가 존재한다. 이에 대해서 본 연구는 물류시스템의 PML 데이터의 표현 및 사용, 검색패턴을 분석하고, 분석 결과를 기반으로 미들웨어를 이용하는 분산형 RFID 객체 데이터 관리 및 RFID 객체 정보서비스 구조를 설계하고 제시하였다. 단일형 및 통합형 RFID 정보서비스 구조를 제시하였다.

기존에는 제품의 원부자재 조달, 생산, 유통, 판매 등 기업과 고객을 연결하는 공급사슬관리의 대상이 순방향 물류(forward logistics)에 초점을 두어 왔으나, 그 범위가 역방향 물류(reverse logistics)로 확대되고 있다. 그러나 해외 선진기업들에 비해 국내 기업들의 역 공급사슬(reverse supply chain) 관리 능력은 강대적으로 저조한 수준에 머물러 있으며, 구체적으로 이를 수행할 수 있는 체계적인 인프라를 구축하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 순방향 물류에 광범위하게 적용되고 있는 RFID 기술을 적용하여 포장, 보관, 하역, 운송 등 기존의 물류관리에 필요한 필수정보는 물론, 반품, 회수, 폐기, 재활용 등 친환경 공급사슬 관리를 수행하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 서비스 플랫폼을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 역방향 물류에 관한 문헌연구 및 선진사례를 분석하고, 국내외 추진현황을 검토하며 향후 적용되어야 할 역 공급사슬 관리를 위한 서비스 플랫폼을 제안한다.

The mobile communication technology would be one of the most appropriate means for achieving process innovation in the actual business area. This article performs a simulation study to examine the effect of introducing a mobile technology to the after-sales service and its logistics process. The performances of the two different systems, before and after introducing a mobile technology, are examined based on operational cost, operational efficiency, and customer service level using a discrete event simulation. The real-world data, extracted from a leading Korean electronics firm, was collected for this study. The results show that the TO-BE(after) model outperforms the AS-IS(before) model over all the performance indices. And the effects of introducing the mobile technology are more significant on the more tightly controlled inventory policy.

The third party logistics(3PL) is given a definition as logistics activaties providing a comprehensive logistics services, all or partly outsourced by the customer on longer term contract basis, ranging from making logistics strategies to implementing information technology services. The growth of the Third Party Logistics (TPL) business has caused many firms from different industries to enter the field. In this study, it is presented to describe a defintion and development precess of the third party logistics and shown to present strategic issues comparing to third party in foreign and domestic area. and apply some issues of importance when managing the continued TPL business strategy in domestic area.

Recently, due to emerging technologies such as radio frequency identification(RFID), global positioning system(GPS), and wireless mobile communication technologies, it is possible to build up the infrastructure for tracking and tracing product logistics data at any place and at any time. However, for implementing the infrastructure, it is necessary to develop a suitable management method for product logistics data. To this end, this study deals with a resource description framework(RDF) based modeling and application method for product logistics data in the ubiquitous environment. It will give us the capability to control product logistics data, which leads to streamline logistics operations.
