  • Logistics creates a boom in accordance with the recent new technique's development along with the recent RFID/USN of ubiquitous computing technique. The wave of 4PL(Fourth Party Logistics) that added the strategic consulting based on new IT techniques to logistics outsourcing through existing 3PL service with is a great issue. Moreover, the customer enterprises which contained manufacturers and distributors need the one stop service, therefore a method for effectively dealing with global logistics' environment changes is needed. Above all, a development of the 4PL system with RFID is very urgent. We developed the RFID u-4PL system progressed more than the present system, in which we applied many international standards. Finally, we constructed the web service based on Web 2.0 because of important condition of 4PL.

IDEF0와 개념적 설계를 이용한 물류 CALS/EC 구축 방안 연구 (An implementation methodology for CALS/EC system using IDEF0 and conceptual design in logistics industry)

  • In this paper, we suggest the system analysis method that links IDEF0 and conceptual analysis. Based on the method, we propose the implementation methodology that can be used to build CALS/EC systems in logistics industry. This paper presents data characteristic derived using ICAM DEFinition(IDEF0) and conceptual data modeling. Modeling methodology has been widely used for analysis and design of an enterprise information system. Further IDEF has been considered appropriate for developing functional and database models for the logistics environment.

중국 C2C 전자상거래 물류서비스 품질이 고객만족도와 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of C2C E-commerce Logistics Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in China)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between C2C logistics service quality(convenience, responsiveness, reliability, information and empathy) customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected 252 survey data from consumers who use C2C platform in China. Then using SPSS 24.0 in order to analyze the data. This study used SPSS 24.0 to perform empirical analysis with 252 people who use C2C platform in China. Findings - First, it was confirmed that the quality of logistics service(convenience, responsiveness, reliability, information and empathy) had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second, logistics service quality(convenience, responsiveness, reliability, information and empathy) positively affects the customer loyalty. Third, there is also a strong relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Research implications or Originality - It is well known that logistics is an important part of e-commerce. Research on the influence of B2B logistics service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is more currently, but research on C2C is relatively less. Our study contributes the related research area by doing empirical analysis of the relationship between the logistics service quality and customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to provide development suggestions for C2C sellers.

  • The development of logistics technology due to the 4th Industrial Revolution and logistics 4.0 has changed the logistics environment from offline to online, and the growth of the online market has accelerated due to the recent increase in non-face-to-face delivery due to COVID-19. Such growth in the online market has expanded the logistics market for delivery, and contributes to creating an advanced logistics ecosystem as last mile services and logistics technologies begin to grow together. As traffic and environmental problems arise as a result, interest in transportation means of cargo increases, and changes to cargo electric vehicles and delivery cycles are being considered. However, since mass transportation of transportation focused on terminal delivery such as cargo electric vehicles and delivery cycles is limited in handling large quantities in urban areas, methods for efficiently transporting cargo while considering the environment are being devised. In order to solve such environmental problems and increase the efficiency of logistics delivery in urban areas, technologies using underground spaces based on existing urban railroads are being developed. In this study, a study was conducted on the establishment of evaluation criteria for selecting a test bed, which is a space for applying the system.

A Study on Determining Trade Terms for Logistics Efficiency in the Era of Logistics 4.0: Moderated Mediating Effect of Added Value of Traded Goods

  • Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to study how flexibility and mutuality in determining trade terms impact logistics efficiency in the context of relational theory. Additionally, the effect of relational contracts on logistical efficiency relative to the value of the goods being traded is investigated. Design/methodology - According to the relational contract theory, we developed 17 factors utilizing a 7-point Likert scale to measure variables related to flexibility, mutuality, logistics efficiency, and the added value of goods. The survey occurred over four months, and was distributed directly, and via email, phone, and online Google surveys. A total of 403 surveys were collected out of 1,800 distributed, and 380 were analyzed. The principal respondents were import/export companies and members of the Korea International Trade Association and the Korea Small and Medium Business Export-Import Association. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and correlation analysis using SPSS ver. 26.0 statistical software, and hypothesis test results were derived using Process Macro ver. 3.5. Findings - This study provides evidence that negotiation flexibility for trade terms affects the efficiency of the logistics process, and the mutuality of such arrangements is shown to be associated with the flexibility and efficiency of logistics processes. Additionally, it has been established that companies whose trade goods possess a low degree of added value may experience increased efficiency in logistics operations if they agree to trade terms that are both flexible and mutually beneficial with their counterparts. Originality/value - This study suggests that in an environment of rapidly shifting global logistics and unpredictable related costs, trade companies may be able to improve logistics efficiency by establishing flexible, mutually beneficial trade terms when entering into contracts. Furthermore, it is suggested that companies dealing in low-value-added products may improve the logistical performance of approaching trade from a perspective of relational contracts.

물류기업의 RFID 도입 요인과 물류성과의 관계 연구 (A Study on RFID Adoption and Logistics Performance in Logistics Company)

  • 물류분야에서 RFID 기술의 응용이 확산되면서 RFID 도입 요인과 물류성과와의 관계를 분석할 필요가 있다. 기존 여러 분야의 선행연구를 통하여 RFID 도입이나 채택에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고, 물류기업을 대상으로 이러한 요인이 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고, 그에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 관련 선행연구에서 물류기업이 RFID를 도입하는데 있어 CEO 지원, 기술 우위성, 거래 파트너, 상호 양립성 및 상대적 이익과 같은 요인이 물류성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. SCM, 물류 및 유통, 제조분야를 대상으로 한 선행연구를 기초로 연구모형 및 가설을 설정하고, 물류기업 종사자를 대상으로 RFID 도입 요인이 물류성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰성 분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 구조방정식모형 분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, CEO 지원과 거래 파트너의 RFID 도입 요인은 물류성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 상호 양립성과 상대적 이익은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 기술 우위성은 물류성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났으나 p=0.052라는 것을 고려할 때, 물류성과에 유의한 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것으로 사료되며, 유의수준 0.1에서는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

콜드 체인 역량이 물류 서비스 품질과 고객 만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Cold Chain Capability on Logistics Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction)

  • 최근 콜드 체인 제품에 대한 고객의 수요가 증가하면서 콜드 체인 기업은 고객 만족을 향상시키기 위해 물류 서비스 품질을 개선하고 새로운 경쟁우위를 찾기 위한 노력이 지속적으로 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 콜드 체인 물류에서 고객 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 이들 요인 간의 관계를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구 고찰을 통해 연구 모델을 수립하였다. 콜드 체인 물류 서비스 이용 경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 유효한 165부의 설문 응답을 AMOS 26.0을 활용하여 구조방정식모델링 분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 자원, 물류 인프라, 파트너십을 포함한 콜드 체인 역량은 물류 서비스 품질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 물류 서비스 품질이 향상될수록 고객 만족은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 파트너십을 제외한 자원과 물류 인프라는 고객 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 콜드 체인 기업은 물류 서비스 품질을 높이기 위해 다양한 유형의 자원과 기술 수준 그리고 인프라 등을 확보해야 하며, 이를 통해 고객의 기대와 요구를 충족할 수 있다.

  • With the advent of the 4.0 era of logistics due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, infrastructures have been built to receive the same services online and offline. Logistics services affected by logistics 4.0 and IT technology are rapidly changing. Logistics services are developing using technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of things, and augmented reality. The convergence of logistics services and various IT new technologies is accelerating, and the development of data management solution technology has led to the emergence of electronic cargo waybill to replace paper cargo waybill. The electronic waybill was developed to supplement paper waybill that lack economical and safety. However, the electronic waybill that appeared to complement the paper waybill are also in need of complementation in terms of efficiency and reliability. New research is needed to ensure that electronic cargo waybill gain the trust of users and are actively utilized. To solve this problem, electronic cargo waybill that combine blockchain technology are being developed. This study aims to improve the reliability, operational efficiency and safety of blockchain electronic cargo waybill. The purpose of this study is to analyze the blockchain-based electronic cargo waybill system and to derive evaluation indicators for system supplementation.

SNA를 활용한 부산항 연구동향 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Research Trend in Field of Busan Port by Social Network Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 SNA(Social Network Analysis) 분석을 사용하여 부산항 연구동향을 파악하는 것을 목표로 했다. 연구분석 결과, Degree 중심성 측면에서는 Busan port(0.223)가 가장 높은 중심성을 가지고 있는 키워드로 나타났으며, DEA(0.060), AHP(0.056), Container terminal 그리고 Port competitiveness(0.049)순으로 나타났다. Betweenness 중심성 분석결과에서도 Busan port(0.245)가 가장 높은 키워드로 나타났으며, DEA(0.048), Container terminal(0.044), AHP(0.039), Busan new port(0.032)순으로 나타났다. 동향분석에서는 부산항이 세계 항만과 경쟁에서 우위를 점하기 위한 효율성 분석(DEA), 전략선택 및 경쟁분석(AHP) 등이 상위 중심성을 가진다는 시사점을 도출하였다. 하지만 현재 중요한 이슈로 부각중인 4차 산업과 관련된 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 향후 연구에서는 매스컴, SNS 등의 사회데이터를 병행 활용한 연구가 필요하다.
