Investigation and Analysis of Hazards for Cultivation Environment to Establish the Good Agricultural Practices(GAP) of Soybean (콩 GAP 모델 확립을 위한 재배환경의 위해요소 조사 및 분석)

  • Soybean farms in Changnyeong were selected for hazard analysis to establish the Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) model of soybean, and physical, chemical(heavy metal) and biological(sanitary indications, foodborne pathogens) hazard analysis for cultivation environment (soil, water) was carried out. First, bow which is able to be mixed in soil and water was confirmed as physical hazard. Levels (Cd:0.01~0.103, Cu:0.001~6.036, As:0.006~3.045, Hg:ND~0.041, Pb:0.003~3.952, $Cr^{+6}$:0.007~0.496, Zn:0.001~66.500, Ni:0.003~18.010) of heavy metals in soil and water were appropriate for GAP criteria. In biological hazard, APC and coliform in soil were detected at the levels of $6.0{\pm}0.3$ and $3.6{\pm}1.6$ log CFU/g, and levels of water were $3.5{\pm}0.7$ and $1.9{\pm}0.7$ log CFU/mL, while E. coli wasn't detected in all sample. However, coliform in water wasn't appropriate for criteria, and E. coli O157 was detected about 22% in some farms, so it needs ways to prevent contamination by human and animals excrements. In conclusion, it needs proper management to prevent cross-contamination of hazards although physical and chemical hazard level were appropriate for GAP criteria while biological hazard wasn't.

  • The paper's suggestion is Web based Tele-Medicine System will be open to public, low-budget featuring high quality of extensive medical services. It will keep a log of personal medical history to allow doctors to share information on patients and their families. This will result in the reduction of erroneous diagnosis and ensure successful e-business. On top of this, the new system will provide a solution for membership (client) management. It will combine online and offline medical services and be available 24 hours a day to anywhere users have Internet access, setting itself apart from the existing distance medical services system. Specially, The paper's suggestion is sharing medical treatment information between family members is suggested. This approach makes possible understanding physical constitution and environment between family members, and can result in bringing a faster treatment effect if some family member suffers from a similar disease.

Risk Estimation Study on Railway Track Worker Hit by Train (철도 운행선로 작업자와 열차 접촉사고 위험도 평가에 관한 연구)

  • The accident fatality rate has decreased by more than 90% compared to 2006, due to the safety management and safety investment based on the Rail Safety Act. Most railway safety indicators, including fatality rates, have improved significantly from 60% to 80%, reaching the level of developed countries in terms of most railway safety indicators. However, the only staff fatality rate at work is not improved, and it is 3 to 5 times higher than that of developed countries. Most of the fatality occurred during employee's work recently occurred due to accidents hit by train while track work. In principle, when operating track need to check or maintenance, the operation of the train should be stopped and the work carried out. However, in Korea, due to the highest passenger density and train operating density in the world, it is caused by a structural problem that requires workers to enter the track while the train is running and perform various tasks such as maintenance and inspection. In this study, we analyzed the risk of accidents caused by hit by trains on the track, which is the biggest cause of staff fatality, using the main statistics of the last 10 years. In detail, the scenarios of the main causes of hit by trains and workers were formed to suggest the effectiveness of the current preventive measures and supplementary.

  • Decision problem called an optimal release policies, after testing a software system in development phase and transfer it to the user, is studied. The infinite failure non-homogeneous Poisson process models presented and propose an optimal release policies of the life distribution applied extreme distribution which used to find the minimum (or the maximum) of a number of samples of various distributions. In this paper, discuss optimal software release policies which minimize a total average software cost of development and maintenance under the constraint of satisfying a software reliability requirement. In a numerical example, extreme value distribution as another alternative of existing the Poisson execution time model and the log power model can be verified using inter-failure time data.

  • The valve device is installed in hazardous areas, such as a chemical plant explosion has been sealed with fire protection device to prevent the risk of explosion. In this paper, due to the explosion-proof devices using external power the device can not be used in infrared sensors and Zigbee sensor valve device by measuring the open degree of valve opening and closing of the danger zone to check whether. Valve opening and closing operation log screen time, we propose a low-power operation monitoring system administrators to manage and control the plant. Develop power control relay board apply an improved algorithm to apply the asynchronous LPL power management. The plant monitoring system and explosion-proof valve opening and closing the valve system with the intelligent device designed and implemented and tested it.

  • As the development of an information technique, gradually, mobile device is going to be miniaturized and operates at high speed. By such the requirements, the devices using a flash memory as a storage media are increasing. The flash memory consumes low power, is a small size, and has a fast access time like the main memory. But the flash memory must erase for recording and the erase cycle is limited. JFFS is a representative filesystem which reflects the characteristics of the flash memory. JFFS to be consisted of LSF structure, writes new data to the flash memory in sequential, which is not related to a file size. Mounting a filesystem or an error recovery is achieved through the sequential approach. Therefore, the mounting delay time is happened according to the file system size. This paper proposes a MJFFS to use a multi-checkpoint information to manage a mass flash file system efficiently. A MJFFS, which improves JFFS, divides a flash memory into the block for suitable to the block device, and stores file information of a checkpoint structure at fixed interval. Therefore mounting and error recovery processing reduce efficiently a number of filesystem access by collecting a smaller checkpoint information than capacity of actual files. A MJFFS will be suitable to a mobile device owing to accomplish fast mounting and error recovery using advantage of log foundation filesystem and overcoming defect of JFFS.

  • In ubiquitous environments, clients move between domains freely and its activities in the other domains are growth. Like this environment, the service provider makes access or activity records what they are provided to clients. This record can make a privacy problem to recognize a person or trace some works. So this record must be kept and managed by user instead of the service provider. In this paper, we propose a system that can gather those records from the service provider to home domain server which client's managing by themselves. In addition, if remote domain manager requests that record by the legal process, system can transfer only a range of information which allowed by client to keep personal privacy.

Determining the target strength bambood wrasse (Pseudolabrus japonicus) using Kirchhoff-ray mode

  • Although ex situ target strength (TS) measurements using dual- and split-beam systems have become the primary approach of estimating fish abundance, theoretical model estimation is a powerful tool for verifying the measurements, as well as for providing values when making direct measurements is difficult. TS values for 20 samples of live bambooleaf wrasse (Pseudolabrus japonicus) whose target length (TL) ranged between 13.7 and 21.3 cm were estimated theoretically using the Kirchhoff-ray mode model, and the TS values for 18 live fish samples were additionally measured at ${\sim}0^{\circ}$ tilt angle to the swimming aspect using a tethered method at a frequency of 120 kHz to verify the theoretical values. The digitizing intervals used to extract the fish body and swim bladder morphology in the X-ray photographs significantly affected the calculated TS patterns, but variations based on the speed of sound and density ratio values for the general range of fish flesh were relatively small (within 1 dB). Close agreement was observed between the measured and theoretical TS values, and the correlation between the average TS and body length of the fish could be calculated accurately as <$TS_{120kHz}$>= 20logTL (cm) -71.6 using the theoretical method.

  • This study suggests a general methodology which is designed for assessing RDOC behavior at the catchment scale by coupling properly a series of steam flow and water quality simulation models and actual monitoring data set. The modified TANK model in which a river routing function is incorporated to the conventional one is applied to simulate the long-term daily stream flow data, and the simulated stream flow data is combined with the 7-parameter log-linear model coupled to the minimum variance unbiased estimator to simulate the long-term daily water quality (BOD, COD and TOC) loads. Finally, the regression analysis between the usually monitored water quality data (BOD, COD and TOC) and RDOC is combined with the simulated water quality data to manifest the spatio-temporal variability of RDOC flux behavior at the Korean TMDL catchment scale.

  • The study was applied to context window sizes and weighting method to obtain the best performance of word sense disambiguation using support vector machine. The context window sizes were used to a 3-word, sentence, 50-bytes, and document window around the targeted word. The weighting methods were used to Binary, Term Frequency(TF), TF ${\times}$ Inverse Document Frequency(IDF), and Log TF ${\times}$ IDF. As a result, the performance of 50-bytes in the context window size was best. The Binary weighting method showed the best performance.
