Conflict Analysis of the Nanjing Yuhuan and A.O Smith Joint Venture Case

  • Purpose -This paper is to study the process of the negative effects of Sino-foreign joint ventures, hoping to find out an effective path in which local enterprises can avoid the risks in the utilization of foreign capital, and ultimately achieve independent innovation. Research design, data, and methodology -The outflow of assets, the loss of local brands and the "technology hollowing-out" problem brought by joint ventures is becoming more and more serious. Based on conflict analysis graph model, this paper takes Yuhuan joint venture as an example to identify the conflict problem in Sino-foreign joint ventures. Results -The results of the stability analysis show that establishing joint venture cannot really realize the introduction of technology because the technology is fully controlled by the foreign part. So when introducing foreign capital, local enterprises should participate in R&D and master the initiative. Conclusions - Local enterprises should pay attention to patent containment and technology blockade of multinationals. Domestic enterprises should try to protect state-owned assets and local brands in Sino-foreign joint ventures. Independent innovation is the most effective strategy for the development of enterprises in China.

다중 지역 정렬 알고리즘 구현 및 응용 (Implementation and Application of Multiple Local Alignment)

  • 서열 정렬에 있어서 전체를 비교하여 두 서열 사이의 최대의 유사성 또는 상동성을 찾는 전역 정렬은 넓은 범위를 선호하게 되는 편향성을 갖게 된다. 비일치 부분을 과감히 제거하고 높은 일치도를 갖는 부분 영역을 정렬하게 되면 정렬점수를 높이는 효과를 갖게 된다. 여러 개의 부분 지역 정렬을 탐색하게 하는 다중 지역정렬 방법을 적용하여 다수의 지역정렬을 수행하는 알고리즘을 구현하고 결과를 분석해 본다. 지역 정렬에 일반적으로 사용되는 Smith-Waterman 알고리즘의 제한점 중 하나인 서열이 길어지는 것을 방지하고, sub-optimal sequence를 찾기 위한 방법을 응용하여 다중지역 정렬을 수행한다.

우리 나라 치과기공사의 직업성 질병과 관련요인에 대한 조사연구 (A Study on the Occupational Diseases of the Dental Technicians and the Related Factors in Korea)

  • This study was performed to identify the occupational diseases in the dental technicians working in Korea, and to elucidate the main related affecting factors for the occurrence of the occupational diseases. The research was carried out using a mail questionnaire and data collection was done for two months from April 15, 2000. The questionnaires were delivered to 1000 dental technicians working at 250 dental laboratories which were chosen among the total 1330 dental laboratories in south Korea. And 763 questionnaires were collected, then 739 questionnaires were used for a logistic and a multiple regression analyses. The results obtained in this study are summarized as follows: 1. The occupational diseases in the dental technicians included pneumoconiosis, chronic bronchitis, asthma, pneumonia, hyposmia, allergic dermatitis, eczema, contagious dermatitis, central nervous disorder, dysfunction of finger, vertebral disorder, dysfunction of interphalangeal joint, ophthalmitis, auditory dysfunction, otitismedia, optic trauma, and bum. 2. The main related affecting factors for the occurrence of the occupational diseases in the dental technicians were elucidated as follows: On the ccurrence of chronic bronchitis, vibration of equipment and job career were affected positively. On the ccurrence of asthma, job career and career on current working part were affected positively, but exhaust ventilation, work hour were affected negatively. On the occurrence of eczema, career on current working part and vibration of equipment were affected positively, but personal protective equipment, local exhaust ventilation, isolation of gas source were affected negatively. And eczema was occurred more in methyl methacrylate work than in any other work part. On the occurrence of finger dysfunction, vibration of equipment and noise of work place were affected positively. But personal protective equipment, local exhaust ventilation, isolation of dust and gas source were affected negatively. But finger dysfunction was occurred more in metal polishing than in any other work part. On the occurrence of auditory dysfunction, noise of work place were affected negatively. The results obtained in this study can give a valuable information for a prevention of the occupational diseases in the dental technicians working in Korea, and for keeping them in healthy. This study also can be helpful for a researcher who is aiming at a identification of occupational diseases and a elucidation of related affecting factors in a similar occupation.

FCM기반 퍼지추론 시스템의 구조 설계: WLSE 및 LSE의 비교 연구 (Structural Design of FCM-based Fuzzy Inference System : A Comparative Study of WLSE and LSE)

  • In this study, we introduce a new architecture of fuzzy inference system. In the fuzzy inference system, we use Fuzzy C-Means clustering algorithm to form the premise part of the rules. The membership functions standing in the premise part of fuzzy rules do not assume any explicit functional forms, but for any input the resulting activation levels of such radial basis functions directly depend upon the distance between data points by means of the Fuzzy C-Means clustering. As the consequent part of fuzzy rules of the fuzzy inference system (being the local model representing input output relation in the corresponding sub-space), four types of polynomial are considered, namely constant, linear, quadratic and modified quadratic. This offers a significant level of design flexibility as each rule could come with a different type of the local model in its consequence. Either the Least Square Estimator (LSE) or the weighted Least Square Estimator (WLSE)-based learning is exploited to estimate the coefficients of the consequent polynomial of fuzzy rules. In fuzzy modeling, complexity and interpretability (or simplicity) as well as accuracy of the obtained model are essential design criteria. The performance of the fuzzy inference system is directly affected by some parameters such as e.g., the fuzzification coefficient used in the FCM, the number of rules(clusters) and the order of polynomial in the consequent part of the rules. Accordingly we can obtain preferred model structure through an adjustment of such parameters of the fuzzy inference system. Moreover the comparative experimental study between WLSE and LSE is analyzed according to the change of the number of clusters(rules) as well as polynomial type. The superiority of the proposed model is illustrated and also demonstrated with the use of Automobile Miles per Gallon(MPG), Boston housing called Machine Learning dataset, and Mackey-glass time series dataset.

  • The geometry and the defect of the groove of the part provoke a sudden change of stress in a local region. The objective of this paper is to investigate the effects of the geometry and the imperfection of a small groove on stress distributions in the vicinity of the joined region for the ABS part with a thin wall using a three-dimensional finite element analysis (FEA). Several types of groove are designed to improve joining characteristics in the vicinity joined region. The imperfection model of the small-sized groove is obtained from observation of deposition characteristics of a fused deposition modeling process. Local stress distributions in the vicinity of the joined region are predicted by the FE model with refined meshes. The influence of the angle and the imperfection of the groove on appearance regions of the maximum stress and distributions of the defined principal stress for different loading conditions is examined using the results of FEAs. Finally, a proper design of the groove is proposed to improve joining characteristics between the substrate and the ABS part.

지진활동 매개변수 추정을 위한 기상청 지진목록의 최소규모 분석 (Minimum magnitudes of earthquake catalog of Korea Meteorological Agency for the estimation of seismicity parameters)

  • 기상청 지진목록에 대하여 지진활동 매개변수 추정을 위한 최소규모를 분석하였다. 한반도 남부지역 전체에 대하여, 규모별 발생빈도의 시간적 변화로부터 규모 3.0이 적절한 최소규모로 추정되었다. 최소규모 3.0이상 지진의 발생빈도로부터 추정된 b 값은 1.11로서 이전의 연구결과에 비하여 크게 나타났다. 한반도 남부지역을 $0.1^{\circ}{\times}0.1^{\circ}$ 격자로 나누어 최소규모의 공간적 분포를 분석한 결과 많은 지점에서 최소규모에 대한 통계적 기준을 만족시키지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 통계적 기준을 만족하는 지점은 주로 동부지역에 집중되며, 이 지역에서 최소규모는 $2.4{\sim}3.5$이다. 또한 b 값은 $0.75{\sim}1.73$ 이며, 평균은 1.08로서 한반도 남부지역 전체에 대한 값과 유사하다.

OneNet 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반 실시간 홈 보안 시스템 (OneNet Cloud Computing Based Real-time Home Security System)

  • 본 논문은 스마트폰으로 집 내의 상태를 제어하는 OneNet 클라우드 플랫폼 기반 실시간 홈 보안 시스템을 설계한다. 제안된 시스템은 로컬과 클라우드 지역으로 구분된다. 로컬 지역은 I/O 디바이스, 라우터와 센서 데이터를 수집, 모니터링하고 클라우드로 데이터를 전송하는 라즈베리파이로 구성되며, 라즈베리파이에 플래스크 웹 서버가 구현된다. 사용자가 집에 있을 경우 플래스크 웹 서버를 통하여 직접 데이터에 접근할 수 있다. 클라우드 지역에서 사용되는 플랫폼은 중국 통신회사의 OnetNet이며, 원격 접속 서비스를 제공한다. 스마트폰에서 사용자와 홈보안 시스템 사이의 통신을 위하여 하이브리드 앱이 개발되고, 센서 데이터와 비디오스트림을 전송하기 위하여 EDP와 RTSP 프로토콜을 파이썬 언어로 구현한다. 구현된 시스템에서 사용자는 스마트폰으로 센서 데이터. 비디오스트림과 위험이 발생시에 경고 문자를 받을 수 있고, OneNet 클라우드를 통하여 원격으로 집 내의 상태를 모니터링하고, 제어할 수 있다.

회전반 유체실험에서 국지적 외력의 실험적 모의 (Experimental Simulation of Local External Forcing of the Contained Rotating Flow)

  • 회전반 유체실험을 이용하여 국지적 외력에 의한 순환특성을 모의하는 방법을 고찰하였다. 기존의 실험들은 균일한 외력에 의한 순환특성을 고려하였으나 한국 동해를 고려할 때 바람응력 컬의 남북 방향으로의 분포특성 및 해수면 열 손실의 북부해역에서의 존재를 근거로 공간적인 국지성 및 계절 변화를 염두에 둔 주기성을 복합적으로 모의할 수 있는 방법과 실험을 실시하였다. 바람응력 컬의 국지성은 에크만 층내 압력 경도력을 발생시켜 내부에도 같은 압력 경도력이 전달되어 지형류가 발생되게 하였으며 해수면 냉각을 위해서는 용기의 측면을 국지적으로 냉각시켜 자유표면을 유지할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 남북에 위치한 두 개의 서로 다른 방향을 갖는 폐쇄순환과 서안경계류의 크기 및 이안 위치 변화등을 냉각효과 첨부시 및 응력 컬의 주기성을 갖는 경우를 택하여 실험적으로 관찰하였다.

건강보험 지역가입자의 보험료 역진성 분석 (Regressiveness Analysis of Contribution Rate of National Health Insurance Insured)

  • Background: This study aims to examine the regressiveness of national health insurance (NHI) premium burdens for local subscribers. The government has established a restructuring of health insurance contributions in 2017. Therefore, insurance premium reform began in 2018 and the second national health insurance premium reform will be carried out in 2022. We will analyze local subscribers before and after the policy reform of 2018. Methods: This study used data from 'local premium imposition elements' in the health insurance statistics annual reports (2017-2019) on National Health Insurance Service (NHIS). This study was calculated contribution rates according to levels of income and property for local insured by the method of comparing. Simulations of primary and secondary reforms were conducted in the study to determine regressiveness. Results: Insurance premiums for local subscribers were analyzed separately by income and property insurance premiums. In the income premium analysis, the higher the income, the lower the premium rate, and then the fixed rate was maintained from a certain section. The regressiveness of income insurance premiums has been eased in part. On the other hand, the property insurance premium burden was found to be regressive still by income class. Conclusion: Regressiveness analysis showed that a decrease in income contributions was achieved to local insured in the first phase of reform. But in the second phase of reform, more consideration should be given to reductions of property premium portions of local subscribers. Based on the results, the author suggested policy discussions to reorganizing the new systems of NHI contribution of local Insured.

베체트 병의 구강궤양에 대한 국소인자의 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Local Factors on the Oral Ulcers Observed in Behcet s Disease)

  • Of the many first-occuring major manifestations of Behcet's disease, the oral ulcer is most frequently observed, shows the highest mean recurrence rate, and the longest mean duration period. A study of the relationship between mechanical irritation buy local factors and the recurrence of oral ulcers was carried out to see if there is a correlation. The subjects chosen for the study were 81 patients who were referred to the Department of Oral Diagnosis at Yonsei University Dental Hospital from the Behcet clinic of Severace Hospital after being diagnosed as Behcet's disease patients. 1. By Shimuzu's classification, possible type was the most numerous with 55.55% ; while suspected type was 19.76% ; incomplete type, 17,28% ; and complete type, 7.41% were observed in that order. The male to female ration was 1 to 1.61, and the average age of onset was 17.63 years. 2. Oral ulcers developed most frequently on the tongue (48.28%), and lip(23.15%), buccal mucosa (20.69%), palate\pharynx(4.43%), and gingiva(3.45%) also showed ulceration. 3. 38.27% of the patients were HSV positive : 27.16% were CRP positive ; 12.34% were ASO positive ; 9.87% were RF positive ; and 3.7% were ANA positive. 4. According to the answers to the survey, fatigue(85.18%) was most frequently associated with Behcet's diseage. Trauma by tooth brushing (22.22%), un specified reasons (20.98%), hard food chewing (12.35%), and irritation by dentition and/or prosthesis (13.58%) were observed in association with Behcet's disease. 23.46% had a history of tonsilitis. 5. Oral ulcers on the anterior part of tongue and buccal mucosa were associated with local irritatants. 6. Oral ulcers on the lip and posterior portion of tongue were not associated with local irritants. Local irritation by dentition and oral ulcer on the anterior part of tongue and buccal mucosa was observed to coexit with one another : in other words, lo9cal factors can act to cause of recurrence of an oral ulcer and to delay the healing process in Behcet's disease. Therefore, elimination of local factors along with systemic therapy must be recommended when treating oral ulcers.
