The purpose of this study is to practical use with increase safety, usablility and economical. In this study, the property of fatigue behavior was tested by comparing reinforced concrete and steel fiber reinforced concrete. The basic test, the static test and fatigue test were used as the research methods. Basic on the test, the material compressive strength test and split tensile strength test ware conducted 7 days and 28 days after the concrete was poured. In the static test, there ware four types of experimental variables of the steel fiber mixing ratio : 0.00%, 0.75%, 1.00%, and 1.25%. The ultimate load initial diagonal tension crack, and initial load of flexural cracking were all observed by static test. A methodology for the probabilistic assement of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC) which takes into account material variability, confinement model uncertainty and the uncertainty in local and globa failure criteria is applied for the derivation of vulnerability curves for the serviceability and ultimate limit states, the reliability of SFRC using the proposed practical linear limit state model is evaluated by using the AFOSM(Advanced First Order Second Moment) method and MCS(monte-Calrosimulation) method.

A deadweight force standard machine is a mechanical structure that generates force by subjecting deadweights to the local gravitational field. The Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS) developed and installed a 100 kN deadweight force standard machine for national force standards. It can generate forces from 2 kN to 110 kN in increments of 1 kN. The uncertainty of the force machine was estimated and declared as $2\times10^{-5}$. This 100 kN deadweight force machine was compared with the 500 kN deadweight force standard machine at KRISS and the 20 kN and 50 kN deadweight force standard machines at the National Metrology Institute of Japan (NMIJ). The measurement results showed good agreement between the deadweight force machines, and the accuracy level of the 100 kN deadweight force machine was verified.
Geographic information system (GIS) sewer network data are a fundamental input material for urban inundation modeling, which is important to reduce the increasing damages from urban inundation due to climate change. However, the essential attributes of the data built by a local government are often missing because the purpose of building the data is the maintenance of the sewer system. Inconsistent simplification and supplementation of the sewer network data made by individual researchers may increase the uncertainty of flood simulations and influence the inundation analysis results. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a basic algorithm to convert the GIS-based sewage network data into input data that can be used for inundation simulations in consistent way. In this study, the format of GIS-based sewer network data for a watershed near the Sadang Station in Seoul and the Oncheon River Basin in Busan was investigated, and a missing data supplementing algorithm was developed. The missing data such as diameter, location, elevation of pipes and manholes were assumed following a consistent rule, which was developed referring to government documents, previous studies, and average data. The developed algorithm will contribute to minimizing the uncertainty of sewer network data in an urban inundation analysis by excluding the subjective judgment of individual researchers.
This study was carried out for improving the effectiveness of water resources development project through local resident opinions in the environmental impact assessment(EIA). The EIA reports of seven dams were examined. Four dams -Youngju Dam, Seongduck Dam, Buhang Dam and Hantangang Dam- which included many local opinions including 470 opinions of 341 local residents were selected to be analyzed. Local residents submitted their opinions in the six fields which are meteorological phenomena, water quality, land use, fauna and flora, noise and vibration, and residence, and the major opinions of those opinions came from the atmosphere environment field which is 32% of total opinions and social and economic field which is 38% of total opinions, respectively. In submerged area, opinions of the measure for migration and compensation were 91% and in non-submerged area, opinions of the measure for meteorological phenomena was 86%. Those percentages were maximum in each area. Opinions concerned meteorological phenomena were 86% and 53% in Youngju Dam and Seongduck Dam where area is surrounded by existing dam, but there was only 9% and 0% of opinions in Buhang Dam and Hantangang Dam where area is without existing dam nearby. The reformation methods which reflected the resident's opinions were suggested on EIA in dam development projects. First of all, reliability and objectivity of the field of meteorological phenoma should be enhanced by scientific prediction of the phenomenon days. Secondly, techniques reducing uncertainty of various water quality prediction models ought to be developed and effectiveness of the reduction strategies in environmental impact should be quantified. Finally, the draft of EIA report should involve the detailed plans of migration and compensation's procedures, criteria and measures to support.
Input uncertainty is one of the major sources of uncertainty in hydrologic modeling. In this paper, first, three alternate rainfall inputs generated by different interpolation schemes were used to see the impact on a distributed watershed model. Later, the residuals of precipitation interpolations were tested as a source of ensemble streamflow generation in two river basins in the U.S. Using the Monte Carlo parameter search, the relationship between input and parameter uncertainty was also categorized to see sensitivity of the parameters to input differences. This analysis is useful not only to find the parameters that need more attention but also to transfer parameters calibrated for station measurement to the simulation using different inputs such as downscaled data from weather generator outputs. Input ensembles that preserves local statistical characteristics are used to generate streamflow ensembles hindcast, and showed that the ensemble sets are capturing the observed steamflow properly. This procedure is especially important to consider input uncertainties in the simulation of streamflow forecast.

Leakage would happen because of the damage of high temperature and high-pressure valve in nuclear power plant. condition based prevention maintenance is essential by using the suitable method based on local condition. Energy loss prevention can prevent from an accurate test, Local actually and ability. The methods of test for high energy fluid leakage at present are analysis of ${\Delta}$T, AE(Acoustic Emission) analysis, and thermal image. The result for test of AC (Main steam) system in YNG 2 Unit reveals that the AE occurred clearly in leakage situation, but thermal image didn't occur. It is identified that leakage is occurred when the orifice located front and back of valve operates. It shows that making a impatient judgment by using the single method if it is leakage is containing uncertainty. So I think that using the Multi-Measuring method is more sound judgment than Single-Measuring method.

Cooperative spectrum sensing (CSS) with decision fusion is considered as a key technology for tackling the challenges caused by fading/shadowing effects and noise uncertainty in spectrum sensing in cognitive radio. However, most existing solutions assume an error-free decision transmission, which is obviously not the case in realistic scenarios. This paper extends the general decision-fusion-based CSS scheme by considering the fading/shadowing effects and noise corruption in the common control channels. With this more practical model, the fusion centre first estimates the local decisions using a binary minimum error probability detector, and then combines them to get the final result. Theoretical analysis and simulation of this CSS scheme are performed over typical channels, which suggest some performance deterioration compared with the pure case that assumes an error-free decision transmission. Furthermore, the fusion strategy optimization in the proposed cooperation model is also investigated using the Bayesian criteria. The numerical results show that the total error rate of noisy CSS is higher than that of the pure case, and the optimal values of fusion parameter in the counting rule under both cases decrease as the local detection threshold increases.
This paper presents the lateral control of an autonomous vehicle by using a look-ahead sensing system. In look-ahead sensing by an absolute positioning system, a reference lane, constructed by straight lanes or circular lanes, was switched by a segment switching algorithm. To cope with sensor noise and modeling uncertainty, a robust LMI-based $H_{\infty}$ lateral controller was designed by the feedback of lateral offset and yaw angle error at the vehicle look-ahead. In order to verify the safety and the performance of lateral control, a scaled-down vehicle was developed and the location of the vehicle was detected by using an ultrasonic local positioning system. In the mechatronic scaled-down vehicle, the lateral model and parameters are verified and estimated by a J-turn test. For the lane change and reference lane tracking, the lateral controllers are used experimentally. The experimental results show that the $H_{\infty}$ controller is robust and has better performance compared with look-down sensing.

Energy loss prevention can prevent from an accurate test, Local actually and ability. The methods of test for high energy fluid leak at present are analysis of ${\Delta}T$, AE(Acoustic Emission) analysis, and thermal image. The result for test of secondary system in nuclear power plant Unit reveals that the AE occurred clearly in leakage situation, but thermal image didn't occur. It is identified that leak is occurred when the orifice located front and back of valve operates. It shows that making a impatient judgment by using the single method if it is leakage is containing uncertainty. Calibration capability was evaluated using the reference-grade platinum resistance thermometer (PRT) in the temperature range of $-50^{\circ}C$ to $250^{\circ}C$ for the national calibration centers. The reference-grade PRT was calibrated at the several fixed points, which was composed by the freezing points of Sn, In, the melting point of Ga and the triple point of water and Hg, before and after the round-robin test (RRT) experiments. The temperature scale of reference-grade PRT was compared to the local standard PRT's using the system of the national calibration centers. $E_{n}$ values was calculated by the temperature difference between the reference-grade PRT and the local standard PRT, and the best measurement capability. Finally, the capability of the national calibration centers was evaluated by the $E_{n}$ values.
