This paper concerned about a imputed color printed material image in camera to decrease noise and distortion by processing median filtering with input image to identical condition. Also this paper proposed the way of compares a normal printed material with an abnormal printed material color tone with trained a learning of the error back-propagation to block classification by extracting five place from identical block(3${\times}$3) of color printed material R, G, B value. As a representative algorithm of multi-layer perceptron the error Back-propagation technique used to solve complex problems. However, the Error Back-propagation is algorithm which basically used a gradient descent method which can be converged to local minimum and the Back Propagation train include problems, and that may converge in a local minimum rather than get a global minimum. The network structure appropriate for a given problem. In this paper, a good result is obtained by improve initial condition and adjust th number of hidden layer to solve the problem of real time process, learning and train.

The concept of "ubiquitous" has become the top issue of the 21st century communications field within the past years. u-City has become the new city paradigm with the convergence of city planning and ubiquitous communication technologies and services. Starting from 2004, KT has collaborated with the Korean government to develop comfortable, convenient, pleasant, safe, and healthy IT technology based u-City focusing on; balanced development, value creation, and improved standard of living within the region. Presently the term, "hazard mitigation services" lacks a clear definition due to its varying applications by different local agencies and has caused confusion. Therefore, this report will clarify and define u-City hazard mitigation services currently proposed to the local agencies as well as services currently in effect. Additionally, the report will introduce hazard mitigation service models feasible by KT.

For the assessment of fracture behaviors of structural components, various fracture mechanics parameters have been applied to date. New approaches to analyze structural fracture performance under elastic-plastic condition have been proposed by the development of testing methods for characterization of material behavior which is defying to the analysis by conventional fracture parameters. In this study, on the assumption that, initiation of crack propagation of a piping materials occurs when the crack tip strain field reaches "the local fracture strain", following two major issues are discussed ; 1) The relationship between the critical value of J-integral($J_{IC}$) and the local fracture strain (${\varepsilon}_c$) in uniaxial tensile test in the region of maximum reduction area was described. 2) To proved the validity of above relations a series of tests were performed under various temperature and on the different piping materials.materials.

In ultrasonic bone densitometry, the positioning of measurement site is decisive in precision and reproducibility. In this study, automatic Region of Interest (ROI) detection algorithm is suggested and adopted the method using the local minimum value by ultrasonic image. The preprocess before the local minimum method extracts out the bone area and calculates the geometrical information of bone. The developed ROI detection algorithm was applied to the clinical test for the subject of 305 female patients in the range of 22-88 years old. As the results, the accuracy of the algorithm was shown to be 98.3％. It was also found that bone density parameter was significantly correlated with age(r=0.85, p<0.0001).

Organized feeding programmes can contribute to the health and well-being of students All such programme must be planned carefully, taking into account the nutritional needs of the group to be fed, available food supplies, facilities for food preparation and distribution, and available funds. In most instances provision must be made for training staff to operate large-scale feeding proframmes. Nutrition education should be an important aspect of all feeding programme, and should provide simple clear information on food and nutrition in relation to health. The early participation of parents and the local community in the programme, particularly through the production of local low-cost foods of high nutritional value will help to insure continuity after external aid has ceased. Programmes should be evaluated in order to measure the benefits obtained in relation to the cost of the operation. Anthropometric data, absenteeism and scholastic achievement may serve as indicators in school feeding programmes.

We propose a content-based image retrieval system that uses a combination of completed local binary pattern (CLBP) and color autocorrelogram. CLBP features are extracted on a multi-resolution multi-direction filtered domain of value component. Color autocorrelogram features are extracted in two dimensions of hue and saturation components. Experiment results revealed that the proposed method yields a lot of improvement when compared with the methods that use partial features employed in the proposed method. It is also superior to the conventional CLBP, the color autocorrelogram using R, G, and B components, and the multichannel decoded local binary pattern which is one of the latest methods.

Experimental tests on cellular beams with sinusoidal openings showed two main failure modes around the openings. They concern the formation of four plastic hinges and the local instability of the sinusoidal part of the opening. In parallel, numerical analysis of the sinusoidal part of the opening revealed the existence of an elastic rotational restraint between the intermediate web-post and the adjacent opening panel. The aim of the present study is to present an approach to quantify this rotational restraint. Through the response surface method, a mathematical model is proposed. It shows a great ability to predict the rotational restraint value as a function of the geometrical parameters of the opening. This model can be used to perform an extensive study with various geometrical configurations of beams with the aim to develop a reliable and realistic analytical model predicting the resistance of the sinusoidal openings.

The heat transfer characteristics for air jet vertically impinging on a flat plate which had a set of hybrid rod were investigated experimentally. The rod had a cross section made with a half of circular cross section and that of rectangular and was installed in front of the plate. The heating surface was given constant heat flux value of 1020 W/$m^2^{\circ]C$ and the problem parameters investigated were jet Reynolds number, nozzle-to-plate spacing and the rod size. The local and local average Nusselt number characteristics were found to be dependent on the rod size because the flow was disturbed by installing the rod. Higher convective heat transfer rate occurred in the whole plate as well as in the stagnation region.

We have investigated the activation magnetic moment, which characterizes the basic magnetic moment acting as a single magnetic particle during magnetization reversal. The activation magnetic moment was measured from each local area on continuous ferromagnetic thin films, by analyzing the magnetic field dependence of magnetization reversal of the corresponding local area, based on a thermally activated relaxation process. It was found that the activation magnetic moment was nonuniform on a submicrometer scale; the fluctuation increased with increasing the number of layers in Co/Pd multilayers. The distribution could be well described by exp($\delta m^{3/2}$), where $\delta$m is the deviation of the activation magnetic moment from the mean value.

Local anesthetics are used to reduce pain. but they are so frequently injected to patients. So we prepared lidocaine solid lipid nanopaticles for long acting subcutaneous injection to decrease the number of times of injection. Solid lipid nanoparticles were prepared by spray drying method. First. drug. lipid. plasticizer and surfactant were dissolved in methylene chloride. and we operated spray dryer using this solution at setting value. (omitted)
