본 논문은 지역의 의사 결정 트리와 클러스터링을 사용하여 장면 전환 검출 방법을 제시한다. 지역 의사 결정 트리는 클러스터 경계 검출 장면과 그 인접 프레임의 사이의 차이 값을 시간 유사 분포를 비교하기 위해 같은 방식으로 검출하고, 그리고 클러스터 단위로 차이 값의 유사성과 그룹 프레임의 끊어지지 않는 시퀀스를 감지한다.

Distortional and local buckling are important factors that influences the bearing capacity of steel-concrete composite box-beam. Through theoretical analysis of distortional buckling forms, a stability analysis calculation model of composite box beam considering rotation of steel beam top flange is presented. The critical bending moment calculation formula of distortional buckling is established. In addition, mechanical behaviors of a steel beam web in the negative moment zone subjected separately to bending stress, shear stress and combined stress are investigated. Elastic buckling factors of steel web under different stress conditions are calculated. On the basis of local buckling analysis results, a limiting value for height-to thickness ratio of a steel web in the elastic stage is proposed. Numerical examples are presented to verify the proposed models.

Domestic production of agricultural machinery has come to be seen as appropriate entry route in the capital goods industry for most African countries, including Ghana, which has purely and strongly agricultural -based economics with a weak industrial infrastructure. Recent studies in Ghana do indicate that in addition to possessing technological capability in the manufacture of handtools, there is evidence of increased production of machinery for the primary food processing sector. Local manufacture of tractors and associated implements is embryonic, with an average domestic production of agricultural machinery in Ghana and analyses the available technologies and economic indicators in the local agricultural machinery industry. Areas for indicators in the local agricultural machinery industry. Areas for future development are identified.

The purpose of this study is to contribute to escalation of a management quality of local public enterprise through integrating local public enterprise evaluation(LPEE) and Malcolm Baldrige Model(MBM). In order to achieve the purpose, I suggested that develop an integration model of LPEE and MBM criteria and use AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) as a technique posting weight value to criteria. Of two suggests, it is the former to date or discuss seriously. Therefore the integration model is redesigned for leadership/strategy category(leadership, strategy), management system category(customer management system, business management system, measurement/knowledge management system), and management result category(business result, customer satisfaction result, human resource management result, financial management result).

본 논문에서는 영상의 경계선 검출을 하는 시스톨릭 어레이를 제안하였다. 영상을 실시간 처리하는 것은 국부적인 연산자의 많은 연산으로 인하여 많은 어려움이 따른다. 경계선 검출을 위한 국부적 연산자는 한 화소의 이웃해 있는 다른 화소를 이용하여 경계선을 검출하는 데에 이용되나 기존의 컴퓨터에서는 빈번한 입출력의 요구로 인하여 실시간 처리에서 요구하는 계산능력을 충분하게 제공하지 못한다. 그래서 이 논문에서는 처리 방법이 규칙적이고, 보통의 대역폭을 가지고 있으면서도 경계선 검출이나 라플라시안 처리에 적합한 시스톨릭 어레이를 제안하였다.

The use of air-supported membrane has considerable attention in recent years. There are, however, a number of problems in the behavior of these structures that have not been fully investigated. For example, the problem of local loafing on such membranes has not been analyzed yet. The paper presents an analysis of internal and external potential energy of a spherical air-supported membrane with vertical longitudinal axis, subjected to local loadings. An internal pressure value of the applied load is established at which tile potential of these structures change positive. During such change the loading portion of the membrane comes into work beyond stable state. The mathematical method is used throughout the paper in obtaining solution. For the mathematical modeling, two assumption are used. One is the theta's elimination and the other is the infinite condition. The paper is illustrating the examples of spherical air membrane dome subjected to local load.

In this paper, we review widely used methods to extract local volatility surfaces (LVSs) from implied volatility surfaces (IVSs) and suggest a model averaging method for constructing implied and local volatility surfaces weighted by trading volumes. It makes use of model averaging method by means of bandwidth priors, and then produces a robust LVS estimation. The method is shown to provide the information about the confidence interval of estimators as well as a rather less variable weighted mean value for the IVS and LVS. To show the merits of our proposed method, we conduct simulations on equity-linked warrants (ELWs) with reasonable and acceptable results.

In this paper, the contrast enhancement method of thermal image is proposed and it is the plateau equalization algorithm using local histogram for the real time display of infrared imagery. Through hardware implementing, its practicality and adequacy are proved. Examinations are executed to verify the effect of contrast enhancement by bright control and contrast control automatic to the plateau value in the manual mode, and that verified the effect of contrast enhancement in the automatic mode and the practicality in the real system. According to the experiment results, the proposed "the application of local histogram and plateau equalization algorithm for contrast enhancement of real time thermal image"in this dissertation is the verified method for the thermal imaging contrast enhancement.

The Mobile robots are increasingly being used to perform tasks in unknown environments. The potential of robots to undertake such tasks lies in their ability to intelligently and efficiently search in an environment. An algorithm has been developed for robots which explore the environment to measure the physical properties (dust in this paper). While the robot is moving, it measures the amount of dust and registers the value in the corresponding grid cell. The robot moves from local maximum to local minimum, then to another local maximum, and repeats. To reach the local maximum or minimum, simple gradient following is used. Robust estimation of the gradient using perturbation/correlation, which is very effective when analytical solution is not available, is described. By introducing the probability of each grid cell, and considering the probability distribution, the robot doesn't have to visit all the grid cells in the environment still providing fast and efficient sensing. The extended algorithm to coordinate multiple robots is presented with simulation results.

This article deals with rural village development project of Namsunghyun 'Gamggot(persimmon flower)' area, based on local tourism resources. For more efficient use of local tourism resources, questionnaire surveys for local residents and visitors were conducted. On the base of the results, the vision and objectives were established. And each items of project by division were also considered by the results of such surveys. Finally, priority scores of each items of project, based on importances and weighted value, were derived for more efficient propulsion of project and to construct sustainable rural community.
