콩 품종에 따른 고형분, 단백질, 색소의 추출 특성의 비교 (Comparison Study of Extraction Properties of Solids, Protein and Color Pigments of Several Soybean Varieties)

  • 우리나라에서 생산되는 장려품종 중 팔달, 단엽, 장백, 백운, 장엽콩과 재래종 중 검정콩, 갈색아주까리콩 등 7품종을 대상으로 형태적 특성과 표피의 색, 고형분 및 단백질의 추출 수율, 콩의 색소용출속도 등을 조사하였다. 그 결과 콩 개체의 무게는 갈색아주까리콩이 가장 높고 단엽, 장백이 가장 낮은 값을 보였다. 표피의 색에서는 'L'값은 장백이 가장 높았으며 팔달, 백운, 장엽, 단엽 등도 비교적 높은 'L'값을 나타내었다. 'a', 'b'값에서는 장엽이 높았고 검정콩과 갈색아주까리콩이 비교적 낮은 'b'값을 보였다. 콩을 마쇄하여 물로 추출할 때 고형분과 단백질의 수율은 3회까지 대부분이 추출되었으며 이때 이들의 수율은 각각 73.2 %, 83.2 %이었다. 콩 표피의 색소의 용출은 추출온도와 시간에 따라 큰 영향을 받았다. 평형에 도달한 흡광도(A)와 추출온도(T)와의 관계는 A=aT+b의 관계로 표시할 수 있었으며, 색소용출 속도와 온도와의 관계는 $60^{\circ}C$를 중심으로 두개의 직선관계가 있었다. 이 관계에서 계산된 활성화에너지는 고온보다 저온이 더 높았고, Local 1과 Local 2가 가장 높은 활성화에너지 값을 보여 주었다.

사회적 가치실현을 위한 정부혁신에 대한 연구: A 지방자치단체를 중심으로 (A Study on Government Innovation for Realizing Social Value: Focused on A Local Government)

  • 본 연구에서는 문재인 정부가 추진하고 있는 정부혁신에서 주요 철학적 토대를 이루고 있는 사회적 가치에 대한 개념을 살펴보고, 특정 지자체에서 추진하였던 정부혁신의 사례를 분석하였다. 연구대상이 된 지방자치단체에 대한 사례를 통해 정부 혁신을 추진하는데 있어서의 시사점을 논의하고자 하였다. 사례 연구의 대상 지방자치단체는 행정안전부의 정부혁신 평가에서 사회적 가치 실현을 위한 정부 혁신을 훌륭하게 수행했다는 평가를 받은 기관이다. 본 연구에서는 해당 지방자치단체, 지역청년들을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행하여 공동체 문제에의 적극적인 참여를 통한 정부혁신의 성공요인들을 살펴보았다. 우선 공동체 구성원들의 참여를 독려하기 위해서는 조례 등의 제도적 지원이 무엇보다 중요하다. 또한 지방자치단체 스스로 변화를 주도하며 공급자적 시각이 아니라 수요자 입장에서 그들의 목소리를 듣는 것 역시 중요함을 알게 되었다. 또한 본 연구결과를 통해 공동체 문제에 참여하는 주체들에게 지속적으로 참여하도록 하는 유인체계가 매우 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 지역공동체 문제에 대해 수요자 입장에서 접근하고 함께 문제를 해결해 나갈 수 있는 지속적인 시스템을 구축할 수 있다고 판단된다.

제주 향토음식 선택속성이 고객행동에 미치는 영향 -제주방문 관광객의 고객만족, 재방문, 구전을 중심으로- (A Study on Impacts of Selection Attribute of Jeju Local Folklore Food on Customers' Behaviors -Focusing on Customer Satisfaction, Re-visit, and Word of Mouth of Jeju Tourists-)

  • 본 연구는 제주를 방문한 관광객들의 제주향토음식의 선택속성 요인이 제주 관광객의 고객행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보기 위한 연구로 통계패키지 SPSS+/WIN 12.0을 이용하여 제주향토음식선택속성의 요인들이 고객만족, 재방문, 구전 의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 제주향토음식선택속성요인이 고객행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 유의수준(p<0.05)에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향력을 가진 요인은 만족도에는 본질적 요인이 회귀계수가 0.476, t값이 5.198로 영향력을 나타내는 것으로 나타났으며, 다음으로는 부수적 요인이 회귀계수 0.232, t값이 2.808, 감각적(오감) 요인이 회귀계수 0.165, t값이 2.013의 순으로 나타났다. 재방문에는 본질적 요인이 회귀계수가 0.413, t값이 3.540으로 영향력을 나타내는 것으로 나타났으며, 다음으로는 메뉴 구성적 요인이 회귀계수 0.228, t값이 3.118, 부수적 요인이 회귀계수 0.218, t값이 2.643의 순으로 나타났다. 긍정적인 구전에는 부수적 요인이 회귀계수가 0.273, t값이 2.555로 영향력을 나타내는 것으로 나타났으며, 다음으로는 감각(오감)적 요인이 회귀계수 0.264, t값이 2.238, 본질적 요인이 회귀계수 0.237, t값이 2.230, 메뉴.구성적 요인이 회귀계수 0.161, t값이 2.167의 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 제주를 방문한 관광객의 제주향토음식에 대한 고객행동(고객만족, 재방문, 긍정적인 구전)에 미치는 영향은 향토 문화성은 고객의 행동에 모두 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났는데 이는 직업이 학생이며 연령대가 $20{\sim}29$세가 주를 이루고 있는 인구통계적 특성에서 오는 것으로 사료되며, 본질적 요인과 부수적 요인은 고객행동인 고객만족, 재방문, 긍정적인 구전에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 음식선택에 대한 본질적 요인은 고객행동에 전반적으로 영향을 크게 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

시군별 이산화황(SO$_2$) 오염도의 현황 진단과 장기 예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on Estimations and Long-term Forecasts of SO$_2$ Pollution in Each City & County of Korea)

  • It is more likely that the degree of air quality degradation that we have faced would be much lessen, if integrated management of air pollution control and assessment had been fully enforced by the local administrations, not by the centralized environmental agency in the first place. As the selfgoverning local administrations have been established since 1995, the need for air quality control by the local administration or local agency is getting the ground. However, in practice, air quality control by the local administration rarely put into effect due to lack of basic data which cover the present trends of air quality in each local city or county and are necessary for decision making. The emissions of SO$_2$ in each city and county of Korea in 1993 were calculated in this study, based on energy consumptions and emission factors. The ambient concentrations of SO$_2$ also were estimated by applying modified Miller-Holtzworth model. Observed and estimated concentrations of SO$_2$ showed that about 17.5 percents of cities and counties in the country were more polluted than the target value, 20ppb/year. The emissions and ambient concentrations of SO$_2$ in each city and county in 2000, 2005, and 2010 were also forecasted, assumed business as usual senario. It was shown that, in 2010, the emissions of SO$_2$ will be 2.8 times more than those of 1993 and much of them are from industrial sector. Also shown that 38.3 percents of cities and counties will be more polluted than the target value and most of them are polluted areas in 1993. The methods and results of this study could be used in developing the efficient reduction strategies in each city and county.

Prognostic Value of Baseline Neutrophil-Lymphocyte and Platelet-Lymphocyte Ratios in Local and Advanced Gastric Cancer Patients

  • Background: We aimed to investigate the prognostic value of baseline neutrophil, lymphocyte, and platelet counts along with the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) in local and advanced gastric cancer patients. Materials and Methods: In this retrospective cross-sectional study, a total of 103 patients with gastric cancer were included. For all, patient characteristics and overall survival (OS) times were evaluated. Data from a complete blood count test including neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, white blood cell (WBC) and platelet (Plt) count, hemoglobin level (Hb) were recorded, and the NLR and PLR were obtained for every patient prior to pathological diagnosis before any treatment was applied. Results: Of the patients, 53 had local disease, underwent surgery and were administered adjuvant chemoradiotherapy where indicated. The remaining 50 had advanced disease and only received chemotherapy. OS time was $71.6{\pm}6$ months in local gastric cancer patients group and $15{\pm}2$ months in the advanced gastric cancer group. Univariate analysis demonstrated that only high platelet count (p=0.013) was associated with better OS in the local gastric cancer patients. In contrast, both low NLR (p=0.029) and low PLR (p=0.012) were associated with better OS in advanced gastric cancer patients. Conclusions: This study demonstrated that NLR and PLR had no effect on prognosis in patients with local gastric cancer who underwent surgery and received adjuvant chemoradiotherapy. In advanced gastric cancer patients, both NLR and PLR had significant effects on prognosis, so they may find application as easily measured prognostic factors for such patients.

어장·어촌과 연계한 지방어항건설사업의 평가분석 (The Evaluation Analysis of the Local Fishing Port Construction Project in Connection with Fishery and Fishing Village)

  • The government has promoted the local fishing port construction project since 1972 for conquest of the crisis of the fishing village by withering of a fishery, the improvement in fishermen's living environment and quality of life, and promotion of fisheries. In order to estimate the local fishing port construction project objective and synthetically, and to grope for the method proposal of system establishment of the project, the monitoring survey was carried out. The monitoring survey was classified into the program and the performance monitoring. The program monitoring was carried out in order to investigate the project fit for the inhabitants of a fishing village. The performance monitoring was carried out in order to investigate the development latent powers, fishery latent powers, tourism latent powers of a fishing village, rural settlement conditions, etc. using various statistical materials. Since investigating the measured value before executing a policy was not completed, the project effect was compared with the measured value of other areas. According to the local fishing port construction project, the development latent powers, fishery latent powers, and tourism latent powers of the fishing village where the project was undertaken improved greatly, and income of the fishing village increased greatly. As a result of comparing project fit in order to evaluate the project, the project fit of the local fishing port construction project area was higher than the non-project area. Desirable method proposal of monitoring survey was established and the method for raising the efficiency of monitoring survey was extracted.

Additional Value of Integrated 18F-FDG PET/MRI for Evaluating Biliary Tract Cancer: Comparison with Contrast-Enhanced CT

  • Objective: To evaluate the value of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose PET/MRI added to contrast-enhanced CT (CECT) in initial staging, assessment of resectability, and postoperative follow-up of biliary tract cancer. Materials and Methods: This retrospective study included 100 patients (initial workup [n = 65] and postoperative follow-up [n = 35]) who had undergone PET/MRI and CECT for bile duct or gallbladder lesions between January 2013 and March 2020. Two radiologists independently reviewed the CECT imaging set and CECT plus PET/MRI set to determine the likelihood of malignancy, local and overall resectability, and distant metastasis in the initial workup group, and local recurrence and distant metastasis in the follow-up group. Diagnostic performances of the two imaging sets were compared using clinical-surgical-pathologic findings as standards of reference. Results: The diagnostic performance of CECT significantly improved after the addition of PET/MRI for liver metastasis (area under the receiver operating characteristic curve [Az]: 0.77 vs. 0.91 [p = 0.027] for reviewer 1; 0.76 vs. 0.92 [p = 0.021] for reviewer 2), lymph node metastasis (0.73 vs. 0.92 [p = 0.004]; 0.81 vs. 0.92 [p = 0.023]), and overall resectability (0.79 vs. 0.92 [p = 0.007]; 0.82 vs. 0.94 [p = 0.021]) in the initial workup group. In the follow-up group, the diagnostic performance of CECT plus PET/MRI was significantly higher than that of CECT imaging for local recurrence (0.81 vs. 1.00 [p = 0.029]; 0.82 vs. 0.94 [p = 0.045]). Conclusion: PET/MRI may add value to CECT in patients with biliary tract cancer both in the initial workup for staging and determination of overall resectability and in follow-up for local recurrence.

비선형모형분석을 위한 탐색적 자료분석

  • 비선형모형분석의 초기 단계에서 초기값(starting value, initial parameter value)를 결정하는 문제는 비선형모형의 모수추정을 위한 반복기법의 수렴속도나 국소값(local minimum)문제에 영향을 주게 된다. 본 논문을 통하여 탐색적 자료분석이 초기값를 결정하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있음을 보이고자 한다.

잡음훼손에 적합한 평가함수와 복원기법을 이용한 유전적 연산자의 개선 (Imrovement of genetic operators using restoration method and evaluation function for noise degradation)

  • For the degradation of severe noise and ill-conditioned blur the optimization function has the solution spaces which have many local optima around global solution. General restoration methods such as inverse filtering or gradient methods are mainly dependent on the properties of degradation model and tend to be isolated into a local optima because their convergences are determined in the convex space. Hence we introduce genetic algorithm as a searching method which will search solutions beyond the convex spaces including local solutins. In this paper we introudce improved evaluation square error) and fitness value for gray scaled images. Finally we also proposed the local fine tunign of window size and visit number for delicate searching mechanism in the vicinity of th global solution. Through the experiental results we verified the effectiveness of the proposed genetic operators and evaluation function on noise reduction over the conventional ones, as well as the improved performance of local fine tuning.
