The space for production, such as studios and control rooms, is a space for TV program production, which is the main function of broadcast. A block planning for such space should be carefully designed, because it can significantly affect the efficiency of production, as well as future productivity and the development and expandability of production. From the results of comparative analysis of 7 local terrestrial broadcasters built since the late 1990s, this study will. propose an ideal block planning for the future construction of local terrestrial broadcasters. Also, the results can be used a basic data when constructing new buildings for local broadcasters.

The problems of agriculture and food production in Korea are serious. These problems were brought about by the global food system. In this system, farmers and consumers are disconnected. The distance between food production on the farm to the consumer's table is too long. Farmers can not survive as their food dollar is steadily decreasing. Consumers have to eat old, unclean, and poor-quality foods because the foods do not come from nearby farms. They do not know where their food has come from or by whom their food was grown. In order to solve these problems, the transition from the global food system to a local food system is imperative. In a local food system, farmers and consumers are connected and they can help each other. This study identifies the consumers' role in the local food system. They are the purchasers of local food. They are active participants both in producing and distributing local food, and in taking part in the local food movement. Above all, they are the teachers of the younger generation consumers. While consumers in the global food system are passive, those in the local food system are active. We call the former "food illiterates" and the latter "food citizens." In order to revitalize the local food system, consumers must be food citizens, and therefore, consumer education is necessary. There are several interdependent media forms available for consumer education such as field trips, farm experiences, education for returning to the farm, and food education.

Korea's public institutions produce mandatory production records under the "Public Records Management Act" and submit statistics on production status to the National Archives of Korea every year. However, there is a difference between the actual status of compulsory records produced by local governments and the status statistics submitted to the Archives. Based on this, an improvement plan was proposed after identifying problems with the production management system of the production obligation records. In particular, the scope of the production obligation records is ambiguous, and the person in charge lacks an understanding of the specific scope. In addition, only certain work-oriented records are being produced. As such, the improvement plan shall clearly determine the target of the local government's production obligation records, and the person in charge of the affairs shall understand it and implement an ordinance on the production and management of the local government's production obligation records.

It is urgent and of great importance for us to integrate and systemize the agricultural Information system available in Korea. In order to modernize the new Korean agricultural information system, which is enable to enhance compatability of domestic agricultural production system to those of abroad, and to be ready for the era of information and communication, every individual effort and progress is to be evaluated and systemized based on an integrated network system. In this study a comprehensive review for the present status of the Korean agricultural information system was made, and to prohibit the progress and development of this sector were the barriers identified. A survey was carried out to assess specific agricultural information demanded by local farmers. For the efficient utilization of the local agricultural information, the role of agricultural colleges was emphasized.

This study aims to identify the process by which local farmers are integrated into the transnational agri-food system. To that end, this study investigated the purpose and reality of the contract farming for Gold Kiwifruit between Zespri International, a transnational fruit producer based in New Zealand, and farmers in Seogwipo-si, Jeju Island. Through this contract farming, Jeju farmers were contributing to Zespri's global distribution strategy and helping the corporation meet local demand. In the process, local farmers were being integrated into the transnational agri-food system led by Zespri. In the cooperation between these two parties, the company took a limited role in providing production resources, and it consulted local producers in applying production technologies to local sites. Thanks to such practices, the company's influence on local farming was limited, and local farmers were able to function proactively in production. Therefore, the company and the farmers maintained a horizontal relationship.

This paper introduces a new concept of automation for bio-production with tele-operative system. The proposed system showed practical and feasible way of automation for the volatile bio-production process. Based on the proposition, recognition of the job environment with object identification was performed using computer vision system. A man-machine interactive hybrid decision-making, which utilized a concept of tele-operation was proposed to overcome limitations of the capability of computer in image processing and feature extraction from the complex environment image. Identifying watermelons from the outdoor scene of the cultivation field was selected to realize the proposed concept. Identifying watermelon from the camera image of the outdoor cultivation field is very difficult because of the ambiguity among stems, leaves, shades, and especially fruits covered partly by leaves or stems. The analog signal of the outdoor image was captured and transmitted wireless to the host computer by R.F module. The localized window was formed from the outdoor image by pointing to the touch screen. And then a sequence of algorithms to identify the location and size of the watermelon was performed with the local window image. The effect of the light reflectance of fruits, stems, ground, and leaves were also investigated.

Over the past few years Korea has achieved rapid economic growth, while the deepening polarization of income has negatively affected Korea economy and society. It can be the reason of this negative effect on economy that the increased income by the economic growth has not been distributed socially, but overly focused on one part of social class. One of the important and powerful solution of social polarization could be the strengthening of the income distribution. In these circumstances, the social interest and discussion on the universal welfare system and on the basic income as the means of income redistribution have been increasing. In this study, a system dynamic analysis was conducted to find how an universal cash payment as basic income providing cash benefits impacts on the promotion of consumption in private sector, of local jobs and of local economic organizations. Recently, the poor energy consumption ability of energy poverty became one of the social problems. Also it was analysed how an energy payment-in-kind as basic income influences on the energy consumption of the region, the energy production capacity, the promotion of local energy. The universal cash payment and energy payment-in-kind as the basic income policy showed similar and positive effects on the local economy system and on the local energy system respectively.

By successful establishment of Supply Chain Management System they should make the supply chains speedy and combine production information system with the outcome system and thus they reinforce the competition of the production system of local enterprises in accordance with the rapid decision making. Supply chain coordination improves if all supplier of chain take actions that together increase total supply chain profits. To design of Modularity by the grouping supplier, the proposed method is to develop the most appropriate production system models through the reflection of JIT system in the Supply Chain Management which is necessity of the times and its importance. The objects of this study is to develop the most appropriate production system Model and optimal profit model in the process line and to provide the enterprises with the models which are based on the Supply Chain Management.

This study aims to analyze the government accounting system of South Korea on the institutional complex and institutional congruence of new institutional theory and suggests policy reform for the system. I researched the literatures on the national and local accounting system and compiled research materials from the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, the Ministry of Interior and Safety, the Board of Audit and Inspection, and Government Accounting and Finance Statistics Center websites. Analysis showed that the government accounting system consists of various elements in institutional complex and the congruence level of national and local accounting system of South Korea is low in production, disclosure, and application of information. The suggestions of this study include: introducing accounting position recruitment, adopting government audit system, and improving cooperation between national accounting organizations and local accounting organizations for reliable information production; disclosing real time information and revealing information linking national and local accounting for transparent information disclosure; educating information user, providing accurate cost and available financial analysis indicators, introducing chief financial officer, and expanding range of consolidated national financial statements for information application.
