대형 포털사이트들이 매스미디어 매체들의 기능을 대체하기 시작하면서 새로운 위험요소가 제기되기 시작하였다. 시간이 지나도 무한대로 삭제되지 않고 남아있는 인터넷에 기록된 데이터들로 심각한 사생활 침해문제가 발생하게 되었다. 과거에 기록된 개인데이터를 기반으로 민감한 정보를 유추해 내기도 하고, 개인정보 자체가 유출당하기도 한다. 개인의 신상 털기를 통한 마녀사냥은 피해 당사자가 정상적인 생활이 불가능할 정도의 문제점으로 중대한 사회문제로 부각되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내외 사례분석을 통하여 온라인상의 자신과 관련된 정보를 삭제할 수 있는 '잊혀질 권리'의 필요성과 활성화 방안 및 적용에 관한 연구와 동시에 암호화 관리, 소유권 상속, 블라인드 처리 등의 개선방안을 제시한다.

The increase of female employees tends to change the traditional division of the roles of members in the family, and as a result it changes the idea of family relation and the extent of how housewives with job feel happy toward their marriage. Therefore, it may be very significant to study what attitude woman job holders as housewives have toward their family, especially parents-in-law. In this paper the writer has sampled as an exemplary group woman teachers who teach home economics in high schools in Seoul, and investigated what opinion they have toward the problem of living together under the same roof with their parents-in-laws and otherwise of financing them in an older age. This analysis is based upon 130 questionnaires collected as proper data out of 138. The conclusion made from the analysis is as follows : (1) as regards the living together under the same roof if necessary in the future, one-fifth of the group approves in affirmative terms ; (2) but when parents-in-law become older, about half of the teachers wish to live with them in the same home and except the indefinite few, one-third of them taken the negative position ; (3) finally, the great majority (84%) regard as their duty the financial support in any case when parents-in-law become older, and only five per cent answer in negative. This analysis leads to the further conclusion that the idea of family relations cherished by high school teachers of home economics is not yet far off the traditional relationship with the intention of gradual improvement, but on the other it still sticks to the traditional line without too much impairing it.

The information security industry market is sluggish despite high expectation for its growth, and thus policies are required to define the causes and to address these issues. The policy formulation requires various historical market and human resource data for analyzing the industry, which cannot be guaranteed secured. This study executed face-to-face in-depth interviews with the frontline businesses in order to gather live opinions and to analyze industry's value chain, problems, and difficulties with a view to defining policy tasks for the development of the industry. The findings of the study revealed the current technical level of the information security industry, the frontline difficulty, and industrial ecosystem status. Based on these findings, the industry revitalization policy was devised and proposed. Objectives of the policy included the fostering of capacity to conceptualize, plan, and design industrial strategies based on the analysis of the industry's value chain and ecosystem, the expansion of the industry's value-added through the enhanced securing and management of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and the nurturing of the security Human Resources (HR) in line with the industrial demand.

Bridges are ones of fundamental facilities for roads which become social overhead capital facilities and they are designed to get safety in their life cycles. However as time passes, bridge can be damaged by changes of external force and traffic environments. Therefore, a bridge should be repaired and maintained for extending its life cycle. The working load on a bridge is one of the most important factors for safety, it should be calculated accurately. The most important load among working loads is live load by a vehicle. Thus, the travel characteristics and weight of vehicle can be useful for bridge maintenance if they were estimated with high reliability. In this study, a B-WIM system in which the bridge is used for a scale have been developed for measuring the vehicle loads without the vehicle stop. The vehicle loads can be estimated by the developed B-WIM system with the reaction responses from the supporting points. The algorithm of developed B-WIM system have been verified by numerical analysis.

In this study, an immunoactivity of panaxtriol ginsenosides Re and Rg1 against infection due to Candida albicans was investigated. The ginsenosides were extracted from Red Ginseng with 85% ethanol and heat-treatment and were analyzed by HPLC on water-acetonitrile as a mobile phase. The HPLC analysis revealed that the extract contained ginsenosides Re and Rg1, which were eluted as a combined peak. By agar diffusion susceptibility, the mixture of Re and Rg1 had no growth-inhibitory activity on C. albicans yeast cells. However, in animal tests BALB/c mice given the mixture of Re and Rg1 intraperitoneally (Lp.) before intravenous (Lv.) infection with live C. albicans yeast cells had longer mean survival times (MST) than MST of control mice groups that received only buffer solution instead of Re and Rg1. In experiments 60% of the ginsenosides-treated mice survived the entire duration of the 50-day observation. The Re and Rg1 mixture induced production of nitric oxide when interacted with RAW 264.7 macrophage cell line. In addition, the mixture caused morphological change of the macrophages. These data indicate that immunostimulation by the Re and Rg1 may be responsible for the protection of mice against disseminated candidiasis.

In the Republic of Korea, there's been a culture called 'Hyo' since Koryo Dynasty and this word represents the meaning of paying utmost respects to one's own parents and ancestors whether they are alive or have passed. However, nowadays, most of people live away from their family gravesites so that they do not and cannot take care of them except on the special holidays. For this reason, people could not respond promptly to the incidents occurred at the sites as they receive notifications much later dates most of the time. Thus, in this paper, we propose a low-cost gravesite monitoring system which the users can immediately respond to the disastrous events after being informed of current situations through PLC without delay. For the performance evaluation, the lab and test bed experiments were performed on an actual ship using 200Mbps and 500Mbps products instead of performing an on-site experiment after the system has actually been constructed. The Mountain Region PLC was installed on the power lines and the result showed successful 36.14Mbps communication. Therefore, we expect that this study will contribute in time and cost reduction while constructing the internet infrastructures in mountain regions or building the Smart-graves, tumulus, and charnel houses.

Carchesium polypinum and Vorticella campanula were collected in freshwater ponds and reservoirs on Jindo Island and other places in Korea. These two vorticellids are newly recorded in Korea. The two species are described using live and silver impregnated cell observations, morphometry, line drawings, and microphotographs. Characterizations were based on the following diagnostic features: Carchesium polypinum was observed mainly as a funnel to fanshaped colony, basically dichotomous branching pattern, discontinuous spasmoneme, subconical shaped zooid, J shaped macronucleus, ventrally positioned single contractile vacuole, and pellicular striation with 61-80 rows between the peristomial lip and aboral ciliary wreath, and 18-30 rows between the aboral ciliary wreath and scopula. Vorticella campanula was conspicuously characterized by the broadly bulged peristomial lip, wide conical shaped zooid, J or S shaped macronucleus, ventrally positioned single contractile vacuole and pellicular striation with 64-75 rows between the peristomial lip and aboral ciliary wreath, and 27-41 rows between the aboral ciliary wreath and scopula. We provide redescriptions of two well-known vorticellids with detailed drawings and descriptions of oral ciliatures from Jindo Island and other places on the Korean peninsula.

전력선 통신을 이용한 기존의 원격검침 시스템은 설치가 복잡하고 비용이 많이 든다. 현대 국내의 대부분의 아파트 및 다세대주택에 인터넷사업자에 의하여 이미 상용화된 인터넷망이 구축되어 있음에 따라 전력회사의 독자적인 네트워크장비가 아닌 인터넷 사업자에 의하여 펼쳐진 인터넷망을 이용하여 저속 전력선통신 모뎀과 웹서버와의 연결로서 저가이고 구조가 간단하여 시스템의 구성이 간편한 원격검침 및 원격제어 시스템 구성을 목적으로 총 2가지의 하드웨어와 2가지의 소프트웨어를 설계 및 제작하였다.

가늘고 유연한 선배열을 해상에서 운용할 때 비선형 형상이 유도되므로 음원에 대한 정확한 탐지를 위하여 배열형상 추정이 필요하다. 방위센서를 이용한 배열형상 추정을 위하여 배열의 휜 정도가 작은 경우에만 적용 가능한 다항 근사화 방법의 제한점을 극복하기 위하여 반복법을 제안하고, 수치 시뮬레이션을 통하여 반복회수에 따른 배열형상 추정결과를 분석하였으며, 제안한 방법의 실제 시스템에 대한 적용성을 검토하였다.

As art of lamination by plywood got to be generally used, it became a suitable material for expressing live curves that were not able to be expressed on wood furniture made of plank and timber, as well as, openwork deep in curved space, heavy quality of material, and changing contour line-looking wave lines with different process angles. As an alternative, it would be good to build a full scale model, since it would provide practice in form-building and it would also provide a chance to correct the form. Less material can be used and reduce the cutting process by Properly trimming models made of soft formal structure such as Styrofoam Iso-pink and adhesive Styrofoam, and separating the layers and using them on shape cutting of plywood with the same thickness. And by attaching the model veneer that was used in shape cutting of the model and using it as a cutting guide, we can reduce the error of work and successively build the planned form. Since this study is about the need of a full scale model for a laminated wood model and an efficient process, this study concentrates more on process.
