The rapid growth of economic transactions generated by live streaming broadcasts ("LSB") has created opportunities for retailers to increase sales. However, little is known about what impact LSB celebrities have on customers and what causes LSB celebrities to become famous. This study aimed to fill this gap by studying the economics of LSBs. This study was conducted through a para-social relationship and attractiveness theory framework. Consequently, social and task attraction were assumed to be the antecedents of the para-social relationship that induced purchase intention. This study examined the impact of relationship rewards, self-disclosure, affective interactivity, informative interactivity, and the amount of information provided on purchase intentions through LSB. Celebrities can use the results of this study to enhance their appeal to fans and promote customers' purchase on e-commerce. This study contributed to the IS field by investigate the impact of para-social relationship on the online shopping context.

이 연구는 모바일 라이브 스트리밍 서비스의 불법 유해방송 근절을 목적으로 모바일 라이브 스트리밍 서비스의 특성과 불법 유해정보의 특성을 분석하고 모바일 라이브 스트리밍 서비스상의 불법 유해방송 실태를 고려한 근절 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 1차로 문헌 연구를 통하여 모바일 라이브 스트리밍 서비스와 불법 유해방송에 대해 고찰하고 2차로 모바일 라이브 스트리밍 서비스의 불법 유해방송 실태와 인식 및 대응방안에 대해 설문조사를 진행하였다. 그 결과 모바일 라이브 스트리밍 서비스의 불법 유해방송 노출 빈도가 높으며 불법 유해방송 노출이 사용자의 자의보다 실시간 방송이라는 특성에서 비롯한 원인이 큰 것임을 확인했다. 모바일 라이브 스트리밍 서비스의 불법 유해 정보를 근절하기 위해서는 서비스의 불법 유해방송 자체의 신고체계 정비도 필요하지만 정부의 규제 방안 마련에 대한 요구사항을 확인했다. 향후 미시적인 관점에서 모바일 라이브 스트리밍 서비스의 불법 유해정보 근절에 관해 연구가 필요할 것이다.

본 논문은 Raspberry Pi 3 임베디드 컴퓨터를 이용한 스트리밍 시스템의 구현 사례를 소개한다. 본 연구에서 구현한 스트리밍은 파일 전송 방식이 아닌 라이브 스트리밍 시스템이다. 오디오 입력 단자로부터 받은 아날로그 신호를 wav 형식으로 변환하여 서버에 접속한 다수의 사용자에게 동시에 방송하는 푸시형 멀티스레드 스트리밍이다. 스트리밍 서버 소프트웨어는 전체 자바 언어로 구현하였기 때문에 Raspberry Pi 3 가 아닌 다른 임베디드 컴퓨터에도 수정 없이 탑재될 수 있다. 계산과 실험을 통해 분석한 결과 최대 65여명을 동시 스트리밍 할 수 있다. 그리고 오디오 소스로부터 청취 단말기의 재생까지의 시간 지연은 40ms 남짓되는 것으로 평가되었다.

As the COVID-19 pandemic confirmed the culture of non-face-to-face consumption. In retail commerce, the 'live commerce' market, where sales are made by communicating with customers in the form of live streaming broadcasts, has grown rapidly. Although previous studies have consistently confirmed the phenomenon of "influencers" in society and culture, there is a lack of research on the "sales expertise" of live commerce broadcasters such as Wang Hong in China. In China, "Wang Hong" is short for "Wang Luo Hong Ren", a combination of "Wang Luo", which means the Internet, and "Hong Ren", which means star, and refers to a person who is popular through social platforms and is gaining popularity from many fans. Therefore, this study focuses on Wang Hong's developing "selling expertise" and examines it from the perspective of a shopping curator. In particular, we applied Harold Jarche(2011)'s "Seek-Sense-Share" model to influencers to verify their influence on trust and purchase intention in live commerce. Furthermore, we analyzed the differences between Korea and China.A survey was conducted among live commerce users in Korea and China, and a total of 228 questionnaires were used in the final analysis. Basic statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS and hypotheses were tested using PLS 3.0. The results of the hypothesis testing showed that influencers' curatorial competence "Seek-Sense-Share" had a significant effect on trust, and trust had a positive effect on purchase intention. In addition, there is a significant difference between Korean and Chinese consumers in this relationship.

최근, 초고속 인터넷망의 발전으로 실시간으로 화상회의 시스템 구축이 가능하게 되었다. 아직도 SD 급의 소프트웨어 코덱을 사용한 화상시스템이 존재하며 모바일 시스템을 이용한 양 방향 시스템이 있지만 대부분 화상시스템으로 영상만 주고받는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 HD 웹-캠을 사용하여 양 방향 실시간 방송교육 시스템을 구축하고 모바일 시스템에서도 동시에 청취 가능한 시스템을 개발했다. 이를 위해 H.264 표준 영상 압축 기술을 이용한 고대역 압축 기술을 적용하였고, 스마트폰 방송을 위한 스트리밍 서버를 개발하여 적용했다. 영상공유, 문서, 웹-공유가 실시간으로 가능하게 되었다. 또한, WiFi 존에서 사용되는 사설 IP를 언제 어디서나 사용 가능하게 공인 IP로 변환 가능한 기술인 IP 터널링 기술을 적용했다.
