이 연구는 링크드 데이터로의 이행(移行)이 이미 시작된 상황에서, 우리 도서관목록의 체질 개선과 도서관 서비스의 질적 강화를 위해 링크드 데이터에 어떻게 접근하여 전략적으로 대처하는 것이 바람직한지에 대해 논의하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 (1) 편목의 관점에서 링크드 데이터 모델이 가지는 의미를 살펴보고, (2) 링크드 데이터와 관련한 지금까지의 성과와 이를 실현하기 위한 구미(歐美) 도서관계의 내밀한 경험과 노력을 추적해 가면서 (3) 향후 링크드 데이터 모델로의 체제 전환을 위해 우리가 검토하고 준비해야 할 일이 무엇인지에 대해 구체적으로 논의하였다. 이처럼 이 연구는 링크드 데이터 환경에 대한 정확한 이해를 통해 우리 도서관계에서 이를 보다 효과적으로 활용하고, 나아가 웹 환경에서 도서관이 상생하기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 논의에 필요한 데이터는 문헌연구와 사례조사를 통해 수집하였다.

This study described about preparation of the cross-linked silk fibroin (SF) film by ${\gamma}$-irradiation of the casted SF film, which is fabricated from aqueous solution regenerated via fibers of cocoons and their application as supports for human cell culture. The properties of cross-linked SF film were evaluated by FT-IR spectroscopy, contact angle, solubility to water, thermal analysis, surface area analyzer, and morphology via scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The cross-linked SF films were not dissolved in water and exhibited the rough surface morphology, large surface area, and good thermal properties. The human fibroblast cell (CCD-986sk) and embryo kidney-ft cell were well growed on the surface of cross-linked SF film supports prepared by ${\gamma}$-irradiation. The cross-linked SF film prepared by ${\gamma}$-irradiation can be used as biomaterials for human cell culture.

This study examined how well Korean undergraduate students perceived linked or clear English speech and attempted to find areas of difficulty in their English listening caused by phonological variations. Thirty nine undergraduate students participated in listening sessions. They were divided into high and low groups by their TOEIC listening scores. Samples of linked speech included such phonological processes as linking, palatalization, flapping, and deletion. Results showed that the students had more problem perceiving linked speech than perceiving clear speech. Secondly, both the higher and the lower groups scored low on the linked speech. The lower group had more score difference between linked and clear speech. Thirdly, the students' scores increased from the speech with flapping, through deletion, palatalization, to linking. Finally, there was a strong positive correlation between their TOEIC listening scores and the perception scores. Further studies would be desirable on the level of improvement of TOEIC scores by training the students' listening ability using the linked speech.

Linked Data는 서로 분리돼 있는 데이터를 HTTP와 SPARQL을 이용하여 한 번에 질의하는 것이 가능하다. 많은 공공정보들이 여러가지 형식으로 공개되고 있지만 데이터의 재사용성을 높이고 공개된 다른 데이터들과의 활용도를 높이기 위해 Linked Open Data (LOD)로 발행되고 있다. 국내 LOD 중 국가서지 Linked Data와 RISS Linked Data를 중심으로 발행현황을 살펴보고 LOD 발행 후 외부자원과의 연결을 시도한 활용서비스에 대하여 점검하고 활용방안에 대해 고찰하였다. LOD 발행에 있어 SKOS, FOAF, DC 등과 같은 국제 표준용어집을 사용하여 연계 용이성을 확보하고 LOD 연계에 대한 실질적 활용과 운용경험을 공유할 수 있는 플랫폼의 중요성을 제안하였다. 또한 국내외 LOD 플랫폼을 통해 홍보 및 네트워크를 구성하는 노력과 기술적인 운용에 대한 가이드의 필요성을 제안하였다.

공공데이터베이스는 공무상의 활용뿐만 아니라 민간의 창의성과 결합할 경우 새로운 비즈니스와 일자리를 창출할 수 있는 잠재력을 가지고 있다. 미국과 영국 등 해외 주요국들은 공공정보 재사용의 가치를 깨닫고 공공데이터를 Linked Data화하는 작업을 진행하고 있다. Linked Data는 웹에서 자유롭게 데이터를 개방하여 연계할 수 있도록 하는 네트워크 기술이다. 본 고에서는 국내 공공정보의 개방과 재사용을 지원하기 위한 방안으로 Linked Data 구축을 제안하고, 이를 위해 데이터, 시스템, 서비스의 3가지 측면에서 표준화 방안을 제안하였다. 데이터 표준화 측면에서는 데이터 표현 및 접근에 관한 표준을 준수하고, 표준화된 데이터모델과 데이터구조에 대한 정보와 함께 완전하게 수요자 입장에서 배포해야 한다. 특히 데이터의 상용화나 재가공에 아무런 제약이 없는 완전한 공개를 원칙으로 해야 한다. 시스템 표준화 측면에서 Linked Data 플랫폼은 트리플 스토어, 원데이터의 트리플 변환기, 그리고 추론기로 구성되어야 한다. 서비스 표준화 측면에서는 Linked Data를 이용자에게 다양한 포맷으로 제공할 수 있는 인터페이스가 제공되어야 한다. 무엇보다도 공공정보의 공개와 재사용성을 위한 국가적 차원의 거버넌스와 지원이 마련되어야 공공정보의 Linked Data 플랫폼이 온전히 이루어질 수 있을 것이다.

LinkedIn is one of the most job hunting and career-growing applications in the world. There are a lot of opportunities and jobs available on LinkedIn. According to statistics, LinkedIn has 738M+ members. 14M+ open jobs on LinkedIn and 55M+ Companies listed on this mega-connected application. A lot of vacancies are available daily. LinkedIn data has been used for the research work carried out in this paper. This in turn can significantly tackle the challenges faced by LinkedIn and other job posting applications to improve the levels of jobs available in the industry. This research introduces Text Processing in natural language processing on datasets of LinkedIn which aims to find out the jobs that appear most in a month or/and year. Therefore, the large data became renewed into the required or needful source. This study thus uses Multinomial Naïve Bayes and Linear Support Vector Machine learning algorithms for text classification and developed a trained multilingual dataset. The results indicate the most needed job vacancies in any field. This will help students, job seekers, and entrepreneurs with their career decisions

기관리포지터리와 링크드 데이터는 자원을 공동 활용하자는 정신에 있어 매우 밀접한 관련이 있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 이 개념을 연계시킴으로써 새로운 접근방법에 의한 정보공동생산과 활용이 가능할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 dCollection을 링크드 데이터로 실험적으로 구축하고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 첫째, dCollection의 데이터 구조를 분석하였다. 둘째, dCollection이 구축대상으로 하고 있는 자원유형에 대해서 조사하였다. 셋째, dCollection의 자원유형에 해당하는 자원 중 링크드 데이터로 구축되어 있는 사례를 조사하였다. 그 중에서 가장 많이 구축되어 있는 자원의 사례를 집중 분석하였다. 넷째, dCollection의 메타데이터를 링크드 데이터로 구축하는 방법과 링크드 데이터로 연계될 수 있는 방안을 구체적으로 검토하였다. 마지막으로 링크드 데이터로 갈 경우 발생할 수 있는 문제점 등을 논의하였다.

Equity-linked securities (ELS) provide their customers with the return linked to the underlying equity (or equities). Equity-linked products in Korea have recently gained popularity due to relatively low interest rates. This paper discusses an equity-linked security whose principal is not guaranteed. The payoff of the ELS depends on the returns of two underlying assets. This paper presents numerical prices of the proposed product by using Monte-Carlo simulation method. It assumes that the log-returns of two stocks follow either Brownian motion or variance gamma process. Finally, the comparison of the two approaches is discussed.

Genomics research has two ultimate applied goals: to Isolate and clone genes of economic importance for bio-technology and gene-assisted selection (GAS), and to locate and use markers for marker-assisted selection (MAS) in selective breeding programs. To this end, we have identified linked markers for feed conversion efficiency growth rate, and disease resistance to enteric septicemia of catfish (ESC). Three microsatellite markers Ip266, Ip384, and Ip607 were identified to be linked to feed conversion efficiency. Similarly one marker each was identified to be linked to growth rate (Ip607) and disease resistance to ESC (Ip477). Ip607 marker linked to both growth rate and feed conversion efficiency, indicating that the QTL for both growth rate and feed conversion efficiency may either be the same or located in the same chromosomal region in the catfish genome. On phenotypic evaluation, certain traits such as growth rate can be accurately evaluated by body weight evaluation while other traits such as disease resistance can be quite complex. The linked DNA markers will be highly useful for MAS programs and for directing further efforts of genomic mapping for important quantitative traits.

XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene) which has good electric and physical characteristic is ideal material for Insulating material with force high volumetric resistance arid high dielectric constant. We study abort electric characteristics of XLPE by DCP and TMPTA content ration. DCP (Dicumylperoxide), which was used cross-linked agent contest, was changed from 1.0 to 0.5phr. TMPTA (Trimethyl-olpropane), which was used co cross-linked agent content, was changed from 0.5 to 1.5phr. Thermal analysis by DSC in order to observe tendency of Tg according to DCP and TMPTA content. Specimen 3 that content DCP 2.0phr and TMPTA 0.5phr has the highest value Breakdown strength cf specimen 3 (DCP 2.Ophr, TMPTA 1.0phr) is the highest, value and it increased in specific inductive capacity. This due to difference from cross-linked state by DCP and TMPTA content ratio.
