The program for the development of linkage system was made and the scissors-type linkage system was designed. The piston temperature distribution under steady state was measured by the linkage system and thermocouple. The effects of engine speed, coolant outlet temperature, and torque on the piston temperature were investigated.

본 논문은 과학기술 학술정보 서비스와 연계되는 외부 웹 사이트 페이지들을 자동 연결하고 관리하는 과학기술 학술정보 서비스 연계 관리 시스템에 대한 것이다. 본 시스템은 연계될 외부 웹 사이트를 결정한 후, 직접 연결될 웹 페이지의 연계 규칙을 작성하고 검증하는 외부 웹 페이지 연계 설정 서버와 외부 웹 페이지의 연계를 실험하고 그 결과를 저장하는 외부 웹 페이지 연계 관리 서버로 구성된다. 이것은 연계 결과가 저장된 연계 대상 페이지의 하이퍼링크를 제거하는 기능, 연계 실패 비율이 급격하게 증가하는 사이트를 감지하는 기능을 가지고 있으며 네트워크 관리자가 원하는 모든 분야의 웹 페이지를 쉽고 빠르게 연계할 수 있도록 지원해준다. 과학기술 학술정보 연계 서비스를 제공할 때 본 시스템을 이용하면, 네트워크 관리자가 원하는 모든 분야의 외부 웹 서비스 페이지를 효율적으로 연계 가능하다. 대용량의 데이터에 대한 연계가 필요할 경우 네트워크 관리자의 수작업을 최소화시킬 수 있으며 과학기술 학술정보 서비스 페이지와 외부 웹 사이트간의 연계 정확도를 향상시켜 다양한 외부 웹 사이트를 이용하는 사용자가 하나의 웹 사이트에서 외부 여러 웹 사이트의 검색 결과로 직접 접근할 수 있어서 사용자 편의성을 증가시켜준다. 그리고 자동 검증 기능을 통해 연결된 웹 페이지의 출력 오류를 방지하여 사용자의 신뢰도와 호감도를 증가시킬 수 있는 장점을 가진다.

This paper proposes some alternatives fur the power system linkage between South and North Korea, under the current situation. Since little information and data on the North-Korean power system are available so far, many efforts have been made to collect the required data for the North system as much as possible if available, and suppose, estimate and/or conjecture many things otherwise. Using these collected or assumed data, the characteristics of bus voltage and power flow are being studied to estimate the feasibility of the proposed linkage alternatives. To this end, many case studies have been made to examine the performance of acceptable interconnection alternatives.

본 연구는 공공도서관의 홍보에 대한 개념을 고찰하고 재조명하기 위하여 공공도서관의 홍보에 대한 이론적 배경을 살펴본 후, Grunig & Hunt의 연계시스템(linkage system)을 활용해 공공도서관의 홍보를 체계화하고자 하였다. 일반적인 홍보에 있어서 조직과 환경과의 의사전달과 소통의 중요성을 강조하며 Grunig & Hunt는 조직의 연계시스템(linkage system)을 도식화하였는데, 공공도서관을 이러한 조직의 연계시스템의 적용함으로써 홍보의 주체와 홍보대상에 대한 설명을 개념화하고, 공공도서관 홍보의 방향과 내용, 그리고 홍보방법에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통하여 본 연구의 목적을 이루고자 하였다.

Drug approval-patent linkage is the practice of linking drug marketing approval to the patent status of the originator's product and not allowing the grant of marketing approval to any third party prior to the expiration of the patent term unless by consent of the patent owner. Article 18.9.5 of Korea-US Free Trade Agreement requires that Korea introduce the linkage system in drug marketing approval. However, Korea is unfamiliar with the linkage system. In addition, there have been lots of arguments over the impacts of this system on Korean pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical market in the future. This report investigated the linkage systems of the US and Canada. The US and Canada have implemented drug approval-patent linkage system since 1984 and 1993, respectively. Both countries have patent lists for drug approvalpatent linkage on which originators are required to list patents on substance, product, and use of their drugs. Generic or follow-on drug applicants must contain a certification regarding each patent listed that relates to the referenced drug. If the patent holder files suit for patent infringement within 45 days of notice of application, drug approval is not allowed for several months - 30 months in the US and 24 months in Canada. Both countries have amended their systems after having experienced unexpected results such as listing improper and additional patents, multiple patent litigations and delayed generic entries. After reviewing the US and Canada's experiences, we suggested three principles needed in implementing the system: protecting patent holder's right; promoting generic drug development and marketing; monitoring the process and the effect of the system.

4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래로 데이터 중심의 융합 연구가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 연구는 정보의 식별 및 연계의 중요성을 증가시키고 있어, 이를 지원하기 위한 학술정보의 효과적인 관리 및 유통을 위한 방안 모색이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 국내외 주요 학술정보서비스 12개의 식별체계 현황과 연계 가능한 정보를 분석하여 학술정보를 식별하고 연계할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 현황 분석은 2차에 걸쳐 진행되었으며, 각 서비스가 제공하고 있는 학술정보의 유형과 검색 가능한 항목, 연계 정보 유형, 사용 중인 식별체계 등을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 국내외 주요 학술정보서비스들은 영구 식별자와 더불어 자체 식별자를 중심으로 평균 3~4개의 정보를 직·간접적으로 연계하고 있다. 또한, 기계학습 방법론을 기반으로 하여 동일 학술정보를 반자동으로 식별하고, 해당 데이터를 수집, 구축하고 있다. 상기 분석 결과를 바탕으로 실무적인 측면에서 영구 식별자 중심의 학술정보 연계 방안과 사회적인 측면에서 기관 협력 네트워크 기반의 연계 방안을 제안하였다.

최근 항만시설물의 효율적인 관리·운영을 위하여 전 생애주기에 걸친 통합관리 플랫폼 및 성능기반의 유지관리 의사결정체계 개발에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 시설물을 성능의 관점에서 관리·운영하여 시설물의 장수명화와 효율적인 예산집행을 추구하는데 있다. 이를 위해서는 통합 플랫폼과 의사결정체계에서 분석할 충분한 양의 기초 데이터의 확보가 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구는 통합플랫폼 및 의사결정체계 개발의 기초데이터로 필요한 항만시설물 설계 및 유지관리 정보를 확보하기 위하여 현재 해양수산부에서 운영 중인 항만시설물 유지관리시스템(POMS; Port Facility Management System)과의 데이터 연계방안을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 POMS의 데이터베이스를 분석하였으며 이 중 통합플랫폼과 의사결정체계를 운영하는데 필요한 데이터 항목을 선정하고 이를 관계 전문가의 요구사항과 함께 종합적으로 검토하여 3개 분야의 연계대상을 선정하였다. 연계대상 데이터는 크게 항만과 항만시설물 데이터, 유지관리 데이터, 사용자 데이터로 분류할 수 있다. 각 세부 연계 데이터별로 API 인터페이스 설계서를 작성하였고, POMS의 연계 데이터와 통합플랫폼의 데이터 연계 프레임워크를 정의하였다. POMS와 통합 플랫폼의 데이터 연계는 플랫폼 개발 이후, 운영단계에서 실효성 있는 데이터를 실시간으로 수시 제공받아 통합 플랫폼 운영의 효율성을 향상시킬 것으로 기대된다.

It is very important to correctly set control surface linkage. But a lot of bad setting case has been seen in especially remote controled airplanes and middle size UAVs. In this paper, a three dimensional linkage from control surface to deflection sensor was analyzed kinematically and a position analysis was simulated using algebraic algorithm in terms of nonlinear error of deflection angle. Three correct settings of the linkage came out of this research. One is two-dimensional motion, another is link ratio of 1 and the other is that effective lever of the control surface should be perpendicular to a pushrod in their neutral position.

In a vacuum circuit breaker mechanism, a spring-actuated linkage system is used to satisfy the desired opening and closing characteristics of electric contacts. Because the opening dynamics of electric contacts is determined by such a linkage system, the stiffness, free length and attachment points of a spring become the important design parameters. In this paper, based on the energy conservation that the total system energy is constant throughout the operating range of a mechanism, a systematic design procedure of determining the spring design parameters is presented. The proposed procedure is applied to the design of an opening spring for satisfying the specified opening characteristics.

This study aims to explore improvement measures for the linkage system between the police and social welfare agencies in responding to domestic violence and child abuse issues in South Korea by comparing and analyzing the current systems in South Korea, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Despite the legal and institutional foundations for victim protection and perpetrator correction in each country, the effectiveness of actual cooperation faces several limitations. In South Korea, the level of cooperation is insufficient due to the lack of information sharing, role conflicts, and ambiguity of cooperation procedures. The United States and the United Kingdom operate more systematic cooperation programs, showing notable achievements in mental health crisis intervention and domestic violence response. To improve the linkage system in South Korea, this study proposes the following measures: (1) developing a clear cooperation protocol, (2) conducting regular education and training programs, (3) establishing an integrated information system, and (4) strengthening the victim-centered approach. Implementing these measures will contribute to more effective responses to domestic violence and child abuse issues, ultimately leading to a healthier and safer society by reducing social costs through victim protection and perpetrator correction.
