이중링크 형식 수평인입 집 크레인의 정적·동적 해석 (Static and Dynamic Analysis for a Double Link Type Level Luffing Jib Crane)

  • 본 논문은 링크구성 설계를 통하여 결정된 하나의 이중링크 형식 수평인입 집 크레인에 대하여 작업위치에 따라 각 링크의 변위, 속도, 가속도 해석을 하고, 인입 가감속에 의한 관성력, 바람에 의한 풍하중, 크레인 자중 및 정격 권상하중 등이 크레인에 작용할 때 인입장치에 요구되는 정적 힘을 계산하였다. 모든 해석과정은 전산 프로그램으로 작성되었고, 프로그램의 신뢰성은 관련 범용 소프트웨어들의 해석 결과와 비교하여 검증하였다. 따라서, 본 논문에서 개발한 전산 프로그램은 이중링크 형식 수평인입 집 크레인의 설계 실무에 있어서 이동하중에 대한 인입궤적의 진폭 및 작업위치에 따라 인입장치에 요구되는 힘의 해석을 신속, 정확하게 처리할 수 있어 설계의 생산성 및 신뢰성 제고뿐만 아니라 기본설계 기술력의 확보 측면에서 그 의의가 있다.

A Novel Modulation Scheme and a DC-Link Voltage Balancing Control Strategy for T-Type H-Bridge Cascaded Multilevel Converters

  • The cascaded multilevel converter is widely adopted to medium/high voltage and high power electronic applications due to the small harmonic components of the output voltage and the facilitation of modularity. In this paper, the operation principle of a T-type H-bridge topology is investigated in detail, and a carrier phase shifted pulse width modulation (CPS-PWM) based control method is proposed for this topology. Taking a virtual five-level waveform achieved by a unipolar double frequency CPS-PWM as the output object, PWM signals of the T-type H-bridge can be obtained by reverse derivation according to its switching modes. In addition, a control method for the T-type H-bridge based cascaded multilevel converter is introduced. Then a single-phase T-type H-bridge cascaded multilevel static var generator (SVG) prototype is built, and a repetitive controller based compound current control strategy is designed with the DC-link voltage balancing control scheme analyzed. Finally, simulation and experimental results validate the correctness and feasibility of the proposed modulation method and control strategy for T-type H-bridge based cascaded multilevel converters.

  • Due to the complicated character of the hemming process for automobile panels, it is very difficult to set up a consistent and reliable die design guide rule that does not require subtle decision of experienced experts during design stage and multiple trials during hemming die making. In this paper an automatic die design system of hemming units is pursued by presenting some algorithms, in which geometric data and constraints of the hemming units were converted to formula. two kinds of hemming units, 2-link type and 4-link type, were selected as examples and the geometries and kinematics of all parts were analyzed to build the design algorithm.

  • In this paper, kinematic analysis of a double-action link-type die set for the enclosed die forging is carried out. Operational principle of the die set in the enclosed die forging is introduced in detail. A closed form solution of the relative velocity of the middle plate with respect to the upper plate is given. The effect of link lengths on both strokes and velocities is investigated.

In this paper an automatic die design system of hemming units is pursued by presenting some algorithms, in which geometric data and constraints of the hemming units were converted to formula. The geometries and kinematics of all part for two kinds of hemming units, 2-link type and 4-link type were analysed kinematically to build the design algorithm. The algorithms were verified by automatic drawing used AutoCAD VBA program in example for the hemming unit design of a bonnet.

  • This paper presents a novel prototype of the resonant AC link snubber circuit for the three-phase sinwave soft-switching PWM inverter. In principle, its operating principle is described, and the performance evaluations of the specific instantaneous space voltage modulated three-phase sinewave soft switching PWM inverter incorporating a resonant AC link snubber is illustrated, and evaluated, introducing the specific space voltage vector modulation implementation. It is conferred that the validity of three-phase soft-switching inverter treated here in setup experiment.

  • Thus, this study aimed to develop a gear-type vane damper in order to replace the link-type vane damper. To achieve this goal, the torque generated in a gear-type vane damper was analyzed, and a structural analysis was conducted. In addition, the fluid flow was analyzed according to the changes in the vane's angle, and experimental tests such as a dry-heat test and cold test were conducted considering the operating conditions of the vessels. Moreover, an appropriate actuator was selected for the developed gear-type vane damper, and studies on the reduction in the backlash due to the facing-pressure adjustment length and flow rate and leakage test due to the vane's angle were conducted.

  • Rehabilitation of finger patients requires that the patients exercise their hands and fingers for proper functioning to return. A thumb rehabilitation robot, equipped with a two-axis force sensor, can prevent injury to the thumb by monitoring the applied pulling force. In this paper, we describe a link-type thumb rehabilitation robot designed for patients' thumb rehabilitation exercise. Tests of the manufactured link-type thumb rehabilitation robot were performed on normal male patients. Our results show that the robot can be used for flexibility and muscle-strength rehabilitation exercises for a patient's thumb.

  • 본 논문에서는 전기자동차용 단상 양방향 온보드 충전기를 위한 Cycloconverter-type high frequency link 컨버터에 Si-IGBT와 SiC-FET을 적용하여 전력반도체의 전력 손실을 예측하고 비교하고 분석한다. 와이드밴드갭 전력반도체 중 하나인 SiC-FET은 기존 Si기반의 IGBT를 대신하여 사용될 전력반도체로써 각광 받고 있다. 또한, 낮은 온-저항으로 인해 적은 전력손실과 고주파 스위칭을 통한 직류단 필터의 크기감소를 통해 높은 전력밀도를 달성할 수 있다. 이에 Si-IGBT와 SiC-FET을 Cycloconverter-type high frequency link 컨버터에 적용하여 전력손실을 PSIM thermal module을 통해 시뮬레이션하고 비교 분석한다.
