연료전지 차량용 TYPE3 복합재 고압용기 개발 (Development of Hydrogen Type3 composite cylinder for Fuel Cell vehicle)

  • The objective of this study is to demonstrate and commercialized for on-board fuel storage system for the hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. Type3 composite cylinder is consisting of the full wrapped composites on a seamless aluminum liner. Especially, the seamless aluminum liner has been commercialized with development of fabrication through this study. The key technologies, including design, analysis and the optimized filament winding process for 350bar composite cylinder, were established and verified with design qualification test in accordance with international standard. And the facilities for fabrication and design qualification test have been constructed.

Review of Theoretical Aspects on the Studies of Port Selection Criteria

  • The circumstances surrounding world ports have changed rapidly and port competition to attract cargoes has been increasing fiercely. Specifically, deploying large container vessels resulted fewer port visits and strategic alliance among liner shipping companies. Recently, many studies have worked for improving port competitiveness. However, these studies were limited to evaluation of only port competitiveness and few studies suggested strategies for reinforcing port competitiveness. Although implications of these previous studies are practically available to build policies for port, there have been very few academic studies such as identifying port competitiveness and port selection with related attributes for reasonable evaluation and analysis. Therefore, this study aims to classify the existing studies, which dealt with port selection problem, based on basic structure that was suggested by Murphy (1992). Furthermore, the conceptual definition will be carried out by comparison analysis in terms of time of study, type of data and methodology and decision factor of each study.

등가 물성 평가를 이용한 골판지의 물성치 (The Mechanical Properties of Corrugated Cardboard using Equivalent Evaluation)

  • The usage of corrugated cardboard for packing material is increasing in these days because it is light and easy to manufacture packing boxes. However, the structure analysis of packing boxes, made of cardboard, is not well carried. The reason can be deduced that its mechanical properties for structure analysis are not well known. The cardboards are made different shapes with various types of raw materials that are paper-based compound. In addition, the cardboards are considered to be orthotropic material. This research finds mechanical properties of triple layered cardboard which is composed of outer liner and inner liner. The moduli of elasticity and of shear for liners are found from tension test and T-Peel test. The mechanical properties of the cardboard are calculated using the super position method and equivalent evaluation method.

  • 본 논문에서는 파워스펙과 Bispectrum의 차이를 이론적으로 비교 검토하고 파워스펙트럼에서는 알 수 없었던 주파수 성분간의 간섭 및 시스템의 비선형성 등을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 Bispectrum 해석법의 물리적인 의미와 그 타당성을 규명하고자 한다. 시뮬레이션에 사용한 데이터는 주파수에서 Harmonic Order를 갖는 회전기기의 특성을 기준으로 한다.

개별요소법을 사용한 매립지 사면 차수 시스템의 안정성 평가 (Evaluation of Stability of Lining Systems of Landfill Using Discrete Element Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 매립지의 복합 차수 및 덮개 시스템의 안정성 평가를 위하여 개별요소법이 적용되었다. 이 방법은 차수재들의 접촉면에서 유발되는 전단응력과 차수재에 발생하는 인장력을 예측할 수 있어 각각의 차수재에 대한 전단 및 인장파괴에 대한 안전율을 산정할 수 있다. 해석에서 덮개나 차수재료로 사용된 흙의 경우 절편으로 나눈 다음 각 측면들에 탄소성 Winkler 스프링으로 연결되는 것으로 가정하였으며, 지오맴브레인과 같은 차수재들의 경우 절편으로 나뉘어져 인장스프링으로 연결되었다고 가정하여 거동을 모델링하였다. 제안된 방법을 사용한 사례연구와 함께 예제해석에 대한 한계평형법에 근거한 기존 해석방법들과 비교를 통하여 제안된 방법의 적용성을 검토하였다.

상아질 접착제의 상아세관 밀봉지속효과에 관한 연구 (A STUDY OF THE DURABILITY OF DENTINAL TUBULE SEALING EFFECTS OF DENTIN BONDING AGENTS)

  • The purpose of this study was to observe the sealing ability and durability of All-Bond 2, Gluma Bonding System, Scotch bond 2 and Superbond D-liner which are dentin bonding agents used as desensitizing agents. The durability of the sealing ability of the materials were compared after 0, 140, 420, 840 tooth brushing strokes. 120 extracted teeth were divided into 5 groups and the agents were applied to the exposed dentin. No agents was applied on group I, the control group. Each specimen went through thermocycling from $5^{\circ}$ to $55^{\circ}C$, 200 times. Each group was devide into 4 subgroups and artificial tooth brushing strokes were done for 0, 140, 420, 840 times. Finally the specimens were stored in 0.5 % methylene blue solution for 24 hours in a incubator set at $37^{\circ}C$. The tooth were sectioned perpendicular to the long axis and the dye penetration ratio to the pulp was measured. The following results were obtained. 1. All four dentin bonding agents initially showed excellent sealing ability. 2. All-bond 2, Gluma Bonding System and Superbond D-liner showed durability of dentinal tubule sealing effect after 840 strokes(6-week) artificial tooth brushing. 3. Scotchbond 2 showed a significant decrease in sealing ability after 420 strokes(3-week) artificial tooth brushing. (P<0.05).

원자력발전소 격납건물 철재면 에폭시 도장시편의 물리화학적 특성 평가 (A Study on Physicochemical Properties of Epoxy Coatings for Liner Plate in Nuclear Power Plant)

  • 본 논문에서는 원자력 발전소 격납건물 철재면에 적용되는 에폭시 코팅 시스템의 열적 특성에 관하여 방사선 조사 및 설계기준사고(DBA) 시험을 통하여 고찰하였으며, 동일 시스템의 접착강도에 대한 수중침적처리의 영향에 관해서도 알아보았다. ET-5290/carbon steel A 32 에폭시 도장 시스템의 유리전이온도($T_g$)와 열안정성은 DSC와 TGA를 가지고 각각 측정하였으며, 표면에너지적 특성에 대한 수중침적처리의 영향은 접촉각 측정을 통하여 알아보았다. 또한, 카본 철재면과 에폭시 수지간의 계면접착강도를 평가하기 위하여 부착력 시험을 행하였다. 결과로서, 방사선 조사 처리는 경화된 에폭시 도장 시스템에 내부 가교구조를 향상시켜 에폭시 도장 시스템의 $T_g$ 증가 및 열안정성을 향상시켰으며, 또한 경화 시스템의 수중침적처리시 후경화 효과로 인한 기계적 맞물림의 증가로 인하여 전체적으로 시스템의 접착강도의 증가를 가져왔다.
