원통형 LPM의 설계 및 제작기법에 관한 연구 (A development of cylindrical type Linear Pulse Motor)

  • A cylindrical type Linear Pulse Motor (LPM) was designed as a linear motion actuator. In this paper, it is mentioned the mechanical design method of the LPM. It was designed as a prototype to estimate a new linearization control method for the nonlinear thrust force which is caused by the variable reluctance of the LPM. The designed LPM is determined a variable reluctance type to except the term of permanent magnetic force. The concreted figures and the dimensions will be described.

  • In recent years, as the electonic industry has become more advanced, the LPM(Linear Pulse Motor) has appeared in a wide range of applications because of easier control, operation by open-loop control, high positioning accuracy, and retrieval of position or velocity data by the input pulses. In this study, we deal with the development of a position detection device attached to a hybrid LPM in our laboratory. Precise position detection signals could be sensed by the synchronous rectifier method from the LPM stator scale. In addition, we can keep the amplitude constant by using an AGC(Automatic Gain Control) circuit. Experimental results show that the position data is good enough to perform the LPM position control.

  • When the input current wave forms of Linear Pulse Motor(LPM) is excited as three difference type such as the square, the rectangular and the micro sinusoidal wave, this paper is proposed the calculation of thrust on the base of magnetic equivalent circuit of LPM. The thrust is analyzed and compared by the analytical method, the F.E.M. and the experimental values. Also, to decide the input current wave for optimal operation condition, the vibration of LPM is experimented and estimated.

  • LPM is a characterized motor to reciprocate linear motion for the office automation(OA), the factory automation(FA) and the field of information instruments because it can generate direct drive without any mechanical converter. For the design and analysis of permanent magnet type linear, pulse motor, it is therefore necessary to investigate the characteristics of magnetic flux distribution, static and dynamic thrust force, normal force, etc, by analyzing its magnetic circuit. This paper describes various useful methods for improving the characteristics of LPM. And these method is adopted on the PM and flat type, double side 2-phase 8-pole LPM.

  • 리니어 펄스 모터(LPM, Linear Pulse Motor)는 고정자와 가동자 사이의 공극에 미세한 치 피치로 되어 있기 때문에 고정밀의 유연한 선형운동을 필요로 하는 분야에 적합하다. 리니어 펄스모터의 힘과 위치는 치 피치, 공극 영구자석 및 여자전류에 의해서 민감하게 영향을 받는다. 따라서 LPM은 힘 특성을 해석하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문은 공극에서 힘 계산을 위하여 퍼미언스법을 적용하였다. LPM의 공극은 공압베어링에 의해서 발생된 압력으로 부상된다. 간단한 공압과 퍼미언스법은 일정 조건에서 공극을 계산하는 데 사용되었다. 따라서 최대로 이용할 수 있는 힘은 공극의 가변에 대한 자기수반 에너지법으로부터 구하였으며, 또한 수직력과 선형 추력은 미세 변위 1[mm]로부터 얻을 수 있었다.

  • Linear pulse Motors(LPM) are widely used in fields where smooth linear motion is required, and their position accuracy is higher than other motors. Hybrid linear pulse motors(HLPM) are regarded as an excellent solution to positioning problems that require high accuracy, rapid acceleration and high-speed. The LPM has low mechanical complexity, high reliability, precise open-loop operation and low inertia etc. in many application areas such as factory automation speed positioning, computer peripherals and numerically controlled machine tools. This motor drive system is especially suitable for machine tools the high position accuracy and repeatability. This paper describes about that need of the embroider machine, we want to design position-scanning device for the embroidery machine. At first, to be analysed characteristics of the machine and next designed the LPM. we used the field analysis program, The finite element method(FEM) program tool is employed for calculation the force. The reluctance models will be used the magnetic permeance of air gap by static- conditions. The forces between forcer and platen have been calculated using the virtual work method.

  • Usually, the thrust of a Linear Pulse Motor(LPM) is calculated by magnetic equivalent circuit modelling method. Analytical thrust deviation exists to calculating magnetic flux density by using Permeance Modelling Method, Finite Element Method, and Velocity Electric Motive Force Method. For calculating accuracy thrust by using these every method, the thrust is calculated and compared by Lorentz Force Method, Magnetic Coenergy Method, and Maxwell correspondence force Method. And that becomes important factor at the comparison of each capacity and parameter of motor. So this study wants to compare and analyze measurement data and calculating data of the static thrust of LPM. and then we can get more accuracy method, calculating the static thrust of LPM.

  • 저가격형으로 프로토타잎 하이브리드형 리니어 펄스 모터(LPM)가 편측형으로 설계되었다. 모터의 정특성 및 동특성 측정위한 측정기기를 설계 제안하였다. 실험측정결과 프로토타잎 리니어 펄스 모터의 정특성 및 동특성을 구체적인 추력의 값으로 확인하였다. 프로트타잎 리니어 펄스 모터를 구형파와 마이크로스텝 구동으로 구동하여 각각의 경우의 추력의 변화를 확인하였다. 실험결과 마이크로스텝구동방식에서 추력리플이 현저히 줄어든 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • This paper deals with the difference of the static and kinetic thrust characteristics of a linear pulse motor(LPM) without and with feedback control for a total artificial heart(TAH). In general, the kinetic thrust of LPM without feedback control decreases as increasing the mover velocity. The kinetic thrust characteristics of the LPM with feedback control are improved approximately 30% as compared with the LPM without feedback control in the high velocity range.

  • LPM that is used for head driver is problem of miniaturization of construction and cost. This can be achieved by most suitable shape decision. and suitable selection of control system. Specially, in LPM that Full step is mm$\sim$um unit. the large change of thrust receives much effect by tooth number per pole. tooth width and slot width about change of the air gap length. Therefore, this paper presents LPM that use for suitable head driver to reduce of the structure and the cost. to generate maximum thrust of LPM, and finds the proportion of the tooth pitch to tooth width and the slot width about change of the air gap length through FEM analysis. Also, applying different tooth width and slot width that is given as analysis result. this paper presented model that thrust is improved.
