The study on the satisfaction of leisure sports and the leisure sports. The subjects of the study were selected and recruited 250 members belonging to each community association as the population of the sports club members. The data sampling method was a simple random sampling method based on the self-administration method and was collected after the questionnaire was prepared. A total of 200 questionnaires were analyzed, except for 50 cases in which the reliability of the questionnaire was doubtful. Factor analysis, ${\chi}^2$, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and one - way ANOVA were used for the data analysis. First, there was a significant difference in leisure satisfaction among the participants in the age group. Second, there was a statistically significant difference in leisure satisfaction among the different education levels of participants. Third, there was no significant difference in leisure satisfaction according to monthly average salary.

Purpose: Recently, various accidents and incidents occurred in our school environment, making it necessary to enhance teachers' competency in school safety management. To this end, this study was conducted to analyze the needs of teachers related to school safety management competency development. Methods: For this purpose, the existing teacher's task analysis related to school safety management was revised and surveys were conducted to measure teachers' present level, expectative level and importance of the items based on the task analysis. To analyze the data, Borich Needs Assessment and The Locus for Focus Model were used. Results: In the t-test between the teachers' present level and expectative level about school safety management, all 39 tasks were related (p<.001). The priorities in developing teachers' competency in school safety management were found to be the 6 tasks listed below: 'To deal with each type of accident,' 'To implement CPR and defibrillator,' 'To use fire extinguishers and fire hydrants,' 'To use descending life lines,' 'To give first aid,' and 'To cope with elevator accidents.' Conclusion: By utilizing the results of the teacher's competency and need assesment as components, teachers' training programs can be made more applicable to the school setting. In addition, more experience-based programs should be considered when designing teachers' training programs in order to apply the priority found from the teacher's need assessment.

We have been analyzed by research on the characteristics of professional consciousness, professional preparation, employment, and career life aimed at Chinese students. There is a tendency that overall trend is almost the same, even though there might be a small difference according to the characteristics of Chinese students' gender and scholastic year. Especially, a drift to the economic aspect of professional consciousness is a reflection of increasing hardship on our society. In spite of now is the era of disappearing permanent job and being changed to the concept of lifelong career, there is exceedingly rare places for getting education of professional consciousness or related information. It is needed to inform upright professional consciousness and to educate the Chinese students.

This study examines the meanings of participants, the role of participants & volunteer, characteristic of community media, enlargement of residence, problems and activation of community media also conducted in-depth interviews of participants. According to the results of the analysis, the first it will be enforced administrative supporting & policies aids on Maeul Community Media. Secondly, suggests supporting of a municipal ordinance of Council. Thirdly, facilitate the education of program contents and management of community media. Finally, Supports of production costs.

The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of undergraduates' self-directed learning on the school life satisfaction and interpersonal relation ability. For this purpose, 341 undergraduates were targeted and analyzed. The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing school life satisfaction, a sub-factor of self-directed learning, all of gender, grade, and age affected. In addition, sub-factors such as study confidence, study passion, study responsibility seemed to affect positively significantly in order. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect on interpersonal relation skills of self-directed study, there was no significant relation in gender, grade, and age. Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that school life satisfaction and interpersonal relation abilities are closely related to self-directed learning. This is significant in that to revitalize institutions such as educational service, study support for students, self-directed learning programs development in education field at the university, etc. are required.

In rapidly changing educational technology and trends, services providing educational digital contents have been focused on offering new contents customized on the state-of-the-art technology and trends, rather than re-evaluating or eliminating the contents on service based on the changed topics and video quality. This study explores domestic cases about educational digital contents in order to draw implications on proper life-cycle models and effective re-evaluation periods for the quality assurance of the contents. To achieve this objective, representative services in primary-secondary, higher, and lifelong education sectors were selected, and experts in the services were participated in focused group interview. Based on the interview results, the re-evaluation process and life-cycle issues in the management of contents were analyzed according to the educational levels and the implications on the life-cycle models were drawn. This study contributes to establishing a basis for the systematic life-cycle policy of the services in order to make more sustainable management of the digital contents.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the experiences and meanings of university student entrepreneurs' start-up activities. For this purpose, the study had an in-depth interview with five university students that started a business in university in September~November, 2021 and analyzed their data. The findings were as follows: University student entrepreneurs had several experiences with start-up activities including having an encounter with a start-up in university, suffering difficulties as university student entrepreneurs that studied as students and also ran business as beginning entrepreneurs, fighting alone in their relations with various people, and having an intense sense of achievement as entrepreneurs for their business results and social recognition. Their start-up activities had different meanings such as finding a new career path, becoming a true leader, making progress in interpersonal relations, and growing to be more robust. These findings will serve as basic data to develop policies that will promote start-up education and supports in university.

This research was carried out to investigate seed germination and growth of the perennial plant Apocynum lancifolium under different NaCl concentrations, with a view for future cultivation on reclaimed land. Initial characterization revealed that the average length and weight of A. lancifolium seed pods was 133.6 mm and 0.23 g, respectively, and the thousand-grain weight was 0.59 g. Upon examining the effects of light on seed germination, we found germination to be 1.7% higher under light conditions (90%) than under dark conditions (88.3%). In terms of the response to salt stress, we found that 90% of seeds germinated in the 0.00%, 0.25%, and 0.50% salt treatment groups. Although salt treatment up to a concentration of 0.5% was found to have little effect on seed germination, the rate of germination decreased at higher concentrations and was completely inhibited in the 2% treatment. We also established that germination rates were higher in seeds sown in horticultural topsoil than in the coarse sandy soil found in the plant's natural habitats. Although the growth of A. lancifolium tends to decrease with an increase in salt concentration, we found that the stem thickness, fresh weight, and dry weight of A. lancifolium seedlings subjected to 0.25%-1.0% salt were comparable to those of the control seedling that were not exposed to salt. Furthermore, in contrast to those plants subjected to 2.0% salt, these plants continued to grow and remained viable.

The purpose of this study is to understand the changes in human information behavior brought about by the pandemic situation. This study also examines the social context of data literacy as lifelong education. In addition, it was attempted to understand the changed environment and propose library services in the post-pandemic era based on predicted trends. In order to do this, two phenomena that are currently striking our society, datafication and the pandemic, were reviewed in general, and studies related to library information services in response to the pandemic were examined. Based on this, the social meaning of data literacy in the pandemic era was reconfirmed and the environmental changes faced by libraries were examined based on 20 trends suggested by IFLA. Through this process, the study was concluded by suggesting the implementation of data literacy and the direction of library services.

This study is conducted to provide an empirical review on how schools play a pivotal role in the regional communities. For this, the use of closed schools, activities to revive small-scale schools, and activities related to nearby schools outside the village were analyzed for villages that have participated and have been awarded in the Contest for Making Happy Rural Communities by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. The results of this are as follows. Out of 204 villages that won the contest, there were 19 cases of school closures. Of these 19 cases, there are 17 cases in which the closed school facilities still exist. For the two remaining cases, there are no buildings and only the site remains. To summarize the use of these schools, the functions are being combined and are determined within the range that local residents can operate. The impact or success factors on the region can be summarized into five main categories through the revival of schools in the crisis of closure. First, it was an opportunity to lay an organizational foundation for village projects in the future by reorganizing the village's organization, such as the formation of a village promotion committee to revive the schools. Second, it did not just introduce outsiders to increase the population, but supported housing and jobs for them to successfully settle down. Third, a cultural community was created with senior and junior residents, and finally, the residents became teachers or formed a village education communities such as lifelong education. In the relationship with schools existing outside the village, activities with members of the surrounding schools and linked activities are being carried out in the sense of "school".
