Purpose: Evidence-based practice (EBP) has emerged as a marker for healthcare quality and a global issue in nursing care. This study was conducted to identify Korean registered nurses' knowledge, attitudes, and practice about EBP in Korea. Methods: With a cross-sectional design, the EBP questionnaire (EBPQ) was administered to a convenience sample of nurses (N=453) recruited from 44 general hospitals. To increase the response rate, the directors of nursing were individually contacted by the researchers. The final response rate was 95.7%. Results: The majority of participants were females (99.3%), staff nurses (57.8%), and with bachelors degree (40.6%). Most of them (314, 73.4%) had ever heard about EBP. The overall mean score for the EBPQ was $4.72{\pm}0.69$ out of maximum score of 7. The mean score for the knowledge of EBP, attitudes towards EBP, and practice/use of EBP were $4.61{\pm}0.75$, $4.85{\pm}0.94$, and $4.90{\pm}0.88$, respectively. Educational level, age, and exposure to EBP were statistically significant predictors of Korean nurses' EBP perception. Conclusion: The findings showed that nurses with higher education are more likely to use and value the best available evidence for practice. This study suggests needs not only for further exploration but also for developing educational plans provided by each institute to assist nurses with the process of EBP and the associated skills.

Modern Chinese Literature, the so-called 'feminist' is a very modern and the traditional criticism and took an important position in the double action. Because a woman's freedom from the bondage of traditional ethics of restoring the social status equal to men but to women does not give, that compared to men and women just the dimension of the problem of isolation is not just. It is dominated by yugajeok worldview by streamlining the whole Chinese society to build a modern society and the country was a critical task. However, multi-cultural life of Lin, Hui-yin and Ling, Shu-hua in the history of the world's attention to the shrine was worried attention to soils, rather than East-West dualism law by taking a mixture of both women in modern Chinese literature and Western literature from the center of efforts to overcome the traditional point hayeotdaneun feminist literature that may be different. Lin, Hui-yin and Ling, Shu-hua to overcome the Western-oriented culture really the true dream of China's globalization and localization could be regarded. She naesewotdeon the banner of feminist literature in the traditional 'anti feudal', 'free personality' silcheondoen under such slogans as well as women's liberation from traditional, male-oriented perspective away from the women's unique experiences and new understanding of the value of the superiority the concept of a woman, and was to create. In particular, the femininity of these women who traditionally associated with women and the unique culture - the creation of a new consciousness, a re-evaluation of traditional feminine skills and talents was to try to.

It seems that the hottest UAV drone market shows a similar move to that of smartphone. Depart from a communication medium, smartphone incorporates the role of cameras and game players. Likewise, drone will be versatile in the future. For example, drone was developed as war weapons but now it is getting close to our real life as toy or tool for aerial photography. In this paper, we studied how to bring the aging population to drone industry. Previously, controlling skills and taking aerial photography seemed to have nothing to do with citizen seniors. However, we try to show any positive relationship between those, thus creating more job opportunities in this paper.
In the 4th industrial revolution, Artificial Intelligence (AI), big data, Internet of Things (IoT) are already around us, making our society hyper-connected and blurring the lines between the digital and biological spheres. We witness drastic changes not only in the food industry, but also in economy, society and our life as a whole. Technologies bring industrial reorganization and greater changes at the system level and the food industry is not exceptional. Human demand for foods continues to grow and the very nature of the food industry remains unchanged, but its production, distribution and marketing face unprecedent innovations. Passing through the global pandemic, the food industry has been evolved into 'contact-free', as the safety become our top priority. Amid the gradual shift to technology-oriented society, the smarter food safety management skills and tools are being adopted in many countries exerting greater efforts to enhance traceability and to upgrade AI-powered safety management system.

This study was a phenomenological qualitative research that analyzed the experiences of Korean students studying in Korea after the COVID-19 incident. Participants in this study consisted of 22 international students aged 20 to 40 attending the International Exchange Center at C University. The interview period was from September 10, 2020 to October 10, 2020. Giogi qualitative research method was used to analyze vivid experiences of international students. As a result of the analysis, 26 semantic units, 7 subcomponents were derived. The description of the general structure sentence of phenomenology was a description of the meaning of experience from the perspective of participants, and the context and structure descriptions were integrated. The results of this study showed that: The students who came to Korea to study were concerned about Korea in various ways, but they had to adjust to unexpected changes in education methods, anxious about the unexpected COVID-19 disaster. Participants chose to study in Korea based on existing information, so they felt anxiety, regret, fear, and frustration over sudden changes, but taking online classes helped them learn repeatedly and voluntarily became an experience that suited their learning speed. As commuting time has decreased, they were more opportunities to make money in Korea also. Based on the results of this study, the following is suggested: First, the government should establish systematic online infection prevention measures for international students who have poor Korean language skills in preparation for unexpected disasters. Second, non-face-to-face teaching methods should be prepared with the same weight in the face-to-face teaching methods that have been carried out so far in preparation for unexpected disasters.

As a result, the most of recommenders of studying in Malaysia were fathers. And the purposes of studying in Malaysia were the improvement of their children's English learning skills and abilities, and not-good academic achievement in Korea. They made a decision for their children to study in Malaysia in that it was good to study in Malaysia for early 'spec' management for their children. But in the case of Korean mothers, they had a diverse desires internally. For example, they had a desire to escape from the relationships with mother-in law or complicated social relations of their family, kin, and neighbors in Korea. In Malaysia, Koran mothers carried out their roles of children's time management, information network management and 'distinction' strategies to their friends and neighbors for their children to study well and up their achievements' levels. Lately, they had planning to develop for their children's long term life design and their choices of universities in Korea, with special reference to the various connections of school-ties and religion-ties in Malaysia.

The year 2020 was a time when the coronavirus infections-19 (COVID-19) caused various changes in society. In particular, the fields that have been conducted face-to-face have been greatly confused by the transition to an online non-face-to-face method, and this is the case with the field of education. There are two main advantages of offline education. The first is that we can improve our understanding through communication with teachers, and the second is that we can develop social skills through interaction with friends. But as online classes progressed due to corona 19, interaction could not be achieved. As a result, the motivation for learning has been reduced due to difficulties in real-time feedback, and the participation rate has been significantly lowered, especially in lower grades, raising concerns about the learning gap that will occur after corona 19. However, there are some cases in which online classes were conducted as effectively as offline classes by utilizing various contents. What they have in common is the use of content. Teachers generally improved the quality of education by linking interesting sights and videos that enhance learning comprehension. The provided video conveys learning-related content into stories, enabling intuitive observation. Many students were already enjoying these videos through VOD (Video on Demand) such as TV and YouTube, they were able to connect their easy access to content and interest in learning. Appropriate use of video content has rather increased the learning effect and should continue after corona 19. Therefore, it is necessary to study methodologies that apply video content efficiently to education. This study looked at the steps that needed content application through the development of education programs, and observed its meaning. Students were curious about the content, motivated to learn and participated in learning on their own. Intuitive learning, conducted through appreciation, play and content production, provided an opportunity to learn on their own in everyday life.

In the case of long-term hospitalization for young patients, 'Hospital Schools' are operated to pursue school classes and to develop social and emotional abilities for them. However, face-to-face classes at hospital schools have been completely prohibited, and the untact or limited contact environment has been strengthened even for young patients due to the COVID-19 in recent years. Augmented Reality(AR) technology enables the development of experiential content with virtual environments, objects and characters similar to real life. The developed contents should revitalize the imagination of young patients living only in hospitals and allow them to experience, not only acquiring knowledge, but also improving interpersonal skills and sociality. This study is intended to provide diverse adventures and in-depth choice experiences to young patients who are struggling in an environment of untact and limited contact by creating experiential fairy tale contents using AR technology. In addition, long-term hospitalized children will be able to cultivate the will to overcome illness with positive emotions through the augmented reality experience fairy tale content studied and implemented in this study.
