고지혈증 랫트를 이용한 황금, 황련, 대황의 항고지혈 효과 (Antihyperlipidemic Activity of Scutellaris baicalensis Georg., Coptidis japonica Makino and Rhei koreanum Nakai on Experimental Hyperlipidemia in Rats)

  • Active component was sought among three herb medicines, which are used in combination as a traditional medicine prescribed for patients with hyperlipidemia related diseases. Antihyperlipidemic effect of this remedy has previously been shown model by the authors on the animal model. Hyperlipidemia was induced on male Wistar rats by keeping them on high lipid diet for one week, as previously described by the authors. Blood lipid profile was verified on these rats by measuring total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL). Then, the diet was changed to normal. At the same time, methanol extracts of Scutellaris baicalensis Georg.(radix), Coptidis japonica Makino(rhizoma) or Rhei koreanum Nakai(rhizoma) were given on daily basis, and changes in the blood lipid profile were monitored for 4 weeks. Methanol extract of Scutellaris baicalensis Georg. significantly reduced the TC value, implying the in vivo antihyperlipidemic effect.

장애인의 직장차별 변화유형에 따른 생활만족도에 대한 영향 연구 (A Study on the Influence on the Life Satisfaction according to the Type of Change Job Discrimination of the Disabled)

  • 본 연구는 시간에 따른 장애인의 직장차별 변화정도를 유형화하고, 각 유형별로 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 장애인고용패널 3~8차년도 자료를 활용하였고, 1,227명의 데이터를 활용하였다. 잠재프로파일성장분석을 통해 장애인의 직장차별의 종단적 변화유형을 구분하였고, 이후 집단별로 이항로지스틱회귀분석을 통해 영향요인을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 장애인의 직장차별 변화유형은 감소집단과 증가집단으로 나타났고, 직장차별에 영향을 미치는 요인은 장애정도, 만성질병 유무, 총소득, 생활만족도이었다. 둘째, 장애인의 직장차별 유형별 삶의 만족도를 예측하는 요인을 살펴보면, 직장차별과 감소집단과 증가집단은 공통적으로 자아존중감과 사회경제적지위가 높을수록 삶의 만족도가 높았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 장애인 직장차별에 대응하기 위해 본 연구가 갖는 함의를 제시하였다.

  • Full scale durability test in the laboratory is an essential of any fatigue life evaluation of components or structures of the automotive vehicle. Component testing is particularly important in today's highly competitive industries where the design to reduce weight and production costs must be balanced with the necessity to avoid expensive service failure. Generally, Hydraulic road simulator is used to carry out the fatigue test and the vibration test. In this paper, the algorithm and software to realize the real road profile are developed. The operation software for simultaneously controlled multi-axial simulator is developed and the input and output data are displayed window based PC controller in real time. The software to generate the real road profile are developed. This paper developed a road profile reappearance software and simultaneously apply 3-axial actuator to white noise, so we verified the propriety of reappearance software through accomplishes an real test.

CMP 패드 두께 프로파일 측정 장치 및 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on CMP Pad Thickness Profile Measuring Device and Method)

  • The chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) is a process of physically and chemically polishing the semiconductor substrate. The planarization quality of a substrate can be evaluated by the within wafer non-uniformity (WIWNU). In order to improve WIWNU, it is important to manage the pad profile. In this study, a device capable of non-contact measurement of the pad thickness profile was developed. From the measured pad profile, the profile of the pad surface and the groove was extracted using the envelope function, and the pad thickness profile was derived using the difference between each profile. Thickness profiles of various CMP pads were measured using the developed PMS and envelope function. In the case of IC series pads, regardless of the pad wear amount, the envelopes closely follow the pad surface and grooves, making it easy to calculate the pad thickness profile. In the case of the H80 series pad, the pad thickness profile was easy to derive because the pad with a small wear amount did not reveal deep pores on the pad surface. However, the pad with a large wear amount make errors in the lower envelope profile, because there are pores deeper than the grooves. By removing these deep pores through filtering, the pad flatness could be clearly confirmed. Through the developed PMS and the pad thickness profile calculation method using the envelope function, the pad life, the amount of wear and the pad flatness can be easily derived and used for various pad analysis.

경계윤활에서 표면의 스페이싱에 따른 마찰 및 마멸 특성 (The Friction and Wear of Boundary Lubricated Sliding Surfaces Using Three Different Surface Profile Spacing)

  • In this paper the ball-on-disk type sliding tests with boundary lubricated steels were carried out to verify the relation between surface profiles and wear as well as scuffing. Three kinds of surface roughness and asperity radius were produced on AISI 1045 steels using the different processes of grinding and polishing. Frictional forces and time to scuffing were measured. Also, the shape and amount of wear particles were analyzed to compare with original profiles. From the tests, it was confirmed that the size of wear particles are very related to original surface profile. The time to failures and wear amounts were sensitive to the surface spacing. The large surface spacing shows much longer sliding life and smaller wear amount than the others. Time to scuffing was increased with increasing surface profile spacing. The sire of wear particles was increased and the amount was decreased with increasing surface profile spacing. Wear volume and wear rate K were decreased with increasing surface profile spacing. And after sliding tests, surface cracks of inner parts of the wear track occurred scuffing were observed and compared the differences about each specimen having the different surface profile spacing.
