본 연구는 한국교육학술정보원(KERIS)이 운영하는 학술정보통계시스템(rinfo.kr)의 2010-2013년간 대학도서관통계를 대상으로 지속가능성에 기반한 경영자원 확보를 성과요소로 한 탐색적 통계분석을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 선행되는 영향요소 및 후행되는 성과요소를 고려하고 규모 및 사회경제적인 외부변인들을 통제하기 위한 변화율 중심의 변수를 산출하는 전처리 방법을 통계에 적용하였으며, 이를 통한 변수를 대상으로 요인분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 요인분석 결과 13개의 요인을 추출할 수 있었으며, 회귀분석 결과 대학도서관 경영자원 확보에 영향을 미치는 변수를 확인하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 극단값의 문제, 변수 간 낮은 상관성, 그리고 낮은 효과크기를 배경으로 한 새로운 변수의 개발을 논의하였다. 본 연구를 통해 지속가능성에 기반한 대학도서관의 통계체계, 평가, 나아가 경영에 대한 논의가 확산되기를 기대한다.

본 연구는 전문도서관을 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는 개선전략 수립을 위해 전문도서관의 서비스품질에 대한 이용자의 중요도와 성과인식을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 전문도서관의 서비스품질 측정을 위해 경제 인문사회연구회 소속 14개 기관의 이용자를 대상으로 LibQUAL+의 서비스품질 3개 차원 22개 품질요인에 대한 중요도와 성과인식을 조사하였다. 수집된 데이터를 기반으로 서비스품질의 중요도-성과인식에 대한 갭 분석, 중요도-성과분석을 실시하고, 연구모형에 기반하여 수립된 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과를 기반으로 이용자 집단별(경영진, 연구원, 일반직원) 서비스품질 개선방안의 우선순위를 제안하였다.

This paper uses 601 cited papers of Pakistani LIS researchers with the purpose to examine the individual performance of these Library and Information Science (LIS) researchers in terms of their research output and its impact on the LIS (national/international) literature by using various bibliometric indicators. A list of 139 authors was compiled with the help of the Library, Information Science, and Technology Abstracts (LISTA) and some other sources. Data were collected from Google Scholar and SPSS version 20 was utilized in order to identify the relationship between self-citations and various performance indices of the authors. The average citations received per paper vary from 1.80 to 10.08. About half of the papers were single-authored whereas less than one-fifth were by three or more authors. The authors who worked in collaboration produced more papers and received more citations. The h-index, g-index, hI-index, hI-norm, and e-index were used to determine the rank for each author. The intra-group citations grid revealed the volume of self-citations and a small group who cite each other more due to close academic and social relationships. The correlations between self-citations and the impact indices used revealed significant differences. Findings are useful for concerned institutions regarding award, promotions, etc. Further, future research should seriously consider the self-citations and social networking of authors while examining their citations-based research performance.

이 연구의 목적은 국내 도서관경영 연구의 최근 동향을 분석하고 향후 과제를 제시하는 것이다. 이 연구는 2014년에 수행된 선행연구를 이은 후속연구이다. 이를 위해 한국연구재단 등재 4종의 학회지에 2014년부터 2020년까지 게재된 문헌정보학 논문 중 도서관경영 분야 논문 323편을 분석하였다. 연구의 결과, 선행연구에서 도서관경영 논문 편수가 연간 36건으로 나타난 것에 비해, 연간 46건으로 조사되어 양적인 증가를 보였다. 세부영역별 연구동향 분석에서, '경영일반', '인사관리', '측정과 평가' 분야에서 활발한 연구가 이어진 반면, 선행연구에서 조사된 것처럼 '도서관마케팅', '조직관리', '예산관리' 분야 연구가 여전히 저조한 것으로 나타났다.

This study is a preliminary study to develop an evaluation framework necessary for evaluating the DataON platform. The first objective is to examine expert perceptions of the level of DataON platform construction. The second objective is to evaluate the importance, stability, and usability of DataON platform features over OpenAIRE features. The third objective is to derive weights from the evaluation perspective for future DataON platform evaluation. The fourth objective is to examine the preferences of experts in each evaluation perspective and to derive unbiased evaluation criteria. This study used a survey method for potential stakeholders of the DataON platform. The survey included 12 professionals with at least 10 years of experience in the field. The 57 overall functions and services were measured at 3.1 out of 5 for importance. Stability was -0.07 point and usability was measured as -0.05 point. The 42 features and services scored 3.04 points in importance. Stability was -0.58 points and usability was -0.51 points. In particular, the stability and usability scores of the 42 functions and services provided as of 2018 were higher than the total functions were, which is attributed to the stable and user-friendly improvement after development. In terms of the weight of the evaluation point, the collection quality has the highest weight of 27%. Interface usability is then weighted 22%. Subsequently, service quality is weighted 19%, and finally system performance efficiency and user feedback solicitation are equally weighted 16%.

본 연구의 목적은 대전 지역의 U-도서관 적정입지를 제안하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 문헌연구 및 국내의 U-도서관 현황 분석을 통해 적정입지선정을 위한 평가지표를 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 공공도서관의 위치, 제안위치와의 반경, 지하철역별 수송실적, 관공서·교통시설·편의시설, 주요시설의 현황, 지역구별 거주인주수 등을 분석, 적용하였다. 최종적으로 이를 종합하여, 대전 지역의 5개 자치구인 대덕구 2개, 동구 2개, 서구 4개, 유성구 6개, 중구 2개 총 16개의 U-도서관 위치를 제안하였다.

본 연구에서는 유동성이 크고 데이터의 규모도 상당한 도서관에 일반화시켜 적용할 수 있는 지식베이스 및 검색엔진을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 총 세 개의 지식베이스(트리플 구조 온톨로지, 의미거리기반 의미망지식 베이스, 키워드중심의 도치색인파일)를 구축하였고, 이의 성능을 측정하기 위해 각각 세 개의 검색엔진(추론 규칙기반 제나검색엔진, 개념기반 검색엔진, 키워드기반 루씬검색엔진)을 구축하였다. 시스템 성능평가 결과, 종합적으로 개념기반 검색엔진이 가장 높은 성능을 보여주었고, 다음으로 온톨로지기반 제나검색엔진, 다음으로 일반 키워드 검색엔진 순으로 나타났다.

비영리 조직인 도서관에서 정보화가 차지하는 비중이 점차 증대됨에 따라 시스템에 대한 감리와 통제만으로 지식정보자원관리를 조직의 경영목표에 적합하도록 유지하는 것이 어렵게 되었다. 그러므로 조직의 종합적인 경영체제 내에서 전체 경영활동과 통합되고 융화될 수 있도록 정보화 경영시스템의 적용이 필요하다. 도서관에서도 조직의 전략적 측면이나 사회 ·경제적인 요구들을 포함하는 포괄적인 문제를 고려하여 지식정보화 촉진과 경영혁신을 추구해야 한다. 본 연구는 모든 도서관에 적용할 수 있는 표준화된 규격으로 정보화경영시스템의 적용을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 지금가지 다양하게 개발된 도서관 성과지표와 정보화경영시스템의 수준평가표를 비교, 분석 하였으며, 도서관은 정보화경영시스템 도입을 통하여 조직의 효율성과 이용자 만족을 제고하고 나아가 국가경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있게 될 것이다.

Recently, various kinds of daylight system are recognized as an important and useful strategy in energy-efficient building designs. However, a large amount of direct sunlight can make many problems. Therefore, it is necessary to control daylighting through louver systems for high quality visual environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze daylighting performance in the reading room of a library according to different azimuths and louver systems. The results evaluated daylight performance based on the RADIANCE lighting software.

Insulation and condensation performance evaluation (I&CPE) is an important energy analysis. While considerable amount of data are already represented in a Building Information Model (BIM), the lack of interoperability between BIM modeling and I&CPE programs prevents the simulation process from being efficient and accurate. This study proposes a prototype of a BIM-based I&CPE simulation program, in order to enhance the interoperability between BIM modeling and I&CPE programs. This study discusses the information flow process, defines the required information and its level of detail, develops standardized libraries, and finally proposes a prototype that consists of a data extraction module, conversion module, and performance module. The assurance of interoperability between systems might greatly benefit architects and energy professionals.
