컴퓨팅 장비가 네트워크에 수용되었을 때 이들이 가지는 서비스의 탐색과 위치 정보를 제공하는 프로토콜인 IETF의 SLP의 기능을 광역화하고, 이동통신을 위한 유무선 네트워크를 수용하며, WIF에서 추진하는 서비스의 분산화 경향을 지원할 수 있도록 개선하기 위하여 Liaison Agent와 Forwarding Agent를 추가하고 이들 사이의 정보 교환을 위한 LAAdvert 메시지를 정의한다. LA 엔티티는 광역망에 존재하는 서비스의 위치를 확인해주며, FA 엔티티는 서비스 정보를 전달해주는 역할을 담당한다. 나머지 메시지 즉, SrvRqst, SrvRply, AttrRqst, AttrRply, DAAdvert, SrvReg, SrvAck, SrvDeReg의 사용은 동일하며 하며, 광역 서비스 망에서도 동일한 방식으로 활용한다. 개선된 프로토콜의 동작을 페트리넷으로 모델링하고, 페트리넷의 실행을 통하여 데드락과 라이브락의 문제가 없음을 확인한다.

Cloud computing evolve as a cost effective business model for IT companies to focus on their core business without perturbing on infrastructure related issues. Hence, major IT firms and Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) are adopting cloud services on rental basis from cloud providers. Cloud Service level agreements (SLA) act as a key liaison between consumers and providers on renting Anything as a Service (AaaS). Design of such an agreement must aim for greater profit to providers as well as assured availability of services to consumers. However in reality, cloud SLA is not satisfying the parties involved because of its inherent complex nature and issues. Also currently most of the agreements are unilateral to favour the provider. This study focuses on comprehensive, 360-degree survey on different aspects of the cloud service agreements. We detailed the life cycle of SLA based on negotiation, different types of SLA, current standards, languages & characteristics, metrics and issues involved in it. This study will help the cloud actors to understand and evaluate the agreements and to make firm decision on negotiation. The need for standardized, bilateral, semantic SLA has also been proposed.

하나의 학문이 독립된 학문 분야로 성장하기 위해서는 그 학문 집단의 구성원들이 공통으로 이해하고 공유하는 가치기준(패러다임 : paradigm)이 있어야 하고 어떤 독자적인 학문체계(정체성 : identity)가 정립되려면 관련학회의 학문연구 활동을 통한 경쟁으로 새로운 패러다임을 구성하고 학문의 정체성이 확립되어야 하므로 정치학, 경제학, 심리학 등 분야에서는 이를 위한 노력이 어느 정도 이루어지고 있으나 소방학 분야에 있어서는 학문의 공동연구를 위한 학회의 활동은 물론, 학자 간 학문의 교류 연구가 미미하여 새로운 학문의 패러다임으로 자리 잡지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제의 근원을 파악하여 한국 실정에 맞는 소방학의 학문적 패러다임 구성과 정체성 확립의 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

이 연구는 원격대학생 집단을 대상으로 디지털도서관의 포털서비스에 대한 인식도를 조사하였다. 원격대학생들의 특성을 파악하고자 인구통계학적 특성과 도서관 이용행태를 조사하였다. 또한 이용자 특성에 따른 도서관 포털서비스 인식도를 다음과 같이 분석하였다. 원격대학생이 가장 필요한 도서관 포털서비스는 간략/상세검색서비스이며, 동시에 가장 높은 사용률을 보였다. 연계서비스에 대한 원격 학생들의 만족도가 가장 높았다. 응답자의 연령, 직업에 따른 일부 도서관 포털서비스 인식도에서 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 발견하였다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 원격대학생들의 도서관 포털에 대한 이용률을 높이기 위한 방안으로 도서관 서비스에 대한 적극적인 홍보, 도서관이용자교육의 강화를 제안하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 대학도서관에서 이용자의 연구를 지원하는 정보서비스를 활성화하기 위하여 이용자 특성과 요구에 기반 한 정보서비스 개발에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하는데 있다. 본 연구는 탐험적인 연구로써 실제 이용자를 대상으로 정보서비스 전 과정을 조사 분석하였다. 이용자와 정보제공자 사이의 면담과정과 정보서비스에 대한 정보제공자의 관점에 의하면, 이용자 정보 및 주제 분석, 효과적인 면담방법, 커뮤니케이션 기술, 정보제공자의 정보서비스에 대한 인식 및 핵심능력이 효과적인 정보서비스의 중요한 요소임을 나타내었다.

The aim of this study was to examine the role of celebrity's traits on food service enterprises' media engagement, advertising effect (AD effect) and purchasing intention. Based on advance research, structural model of relationship between celebrity's traits and media engagement, AD effect and promotion of purchase was developed among the proposed constructs. Few empirical studies have been conducted to test the model. Date collection of study was from June 1st, 2017 to June 30th, distributing total of 300 issues and collecting total of 290 issues. Total of 271 questionnaires were used as the final analysis data as the nineteen questionnaires included missing information. The results can be summarized as follows: Celebrity's Traits significantly affected media engagement, AD effect and purchasing intentions. More specifically, mediating effect among the celebrity's traits and AD effect which came from media engagement was valid only if the subject of advertising effectiveness was on brands attitude. Based on the findings, theoretical and managerial implications were discussed to make one conclusion. As the media engagement was identified as a mediator between celebrity's traits and AD effect, certain brands which tend to enhance their AD effectivity should liaison proper celebrity.

In recent years, public area CCTV has also begun to become more popular in the Korea. 2011, Korea's Ministry of Public Administration and Security has recommended that other local governments set up an integrated CCTV control center in each of their districts. The ministry was planning to make it compulsory for local governments to install an integrated CCTV control center by 2015. More than 570,000 public cameras are managed by public agencies and local government offices. Currently, the integrated CCTV control center is playing a very positive role in fighting crimes in the district particularly through its liaison with the district police. The CCTVs were operated by a several different agencies and departments in the district, resulting in considerable redundancy in public service, inefficiency and delays in response to crimes, and other emergency situations. Therefore, Control Center should be operated lawfully and efficiently. CCTV Control Center will be managed by three ways: (1) IT Governance through cooperation with civil areas (2) by regulated with proper laws and (3) managed by proper guideline and personal training.

In today's knowledge economy, various schemes are being devised in order to attain knowledge and understanding in the most effective ways possible. In an office environment, spatial concepts that encourage 'smart working' is becoming more prevalent; therefore allocating of space according to the types of work being performed, ways to maximise the work efficiency, and furniture arrangement to accelerate liaison among the users are being carefully considered. Especially in a space where its members are encouraged to communicate and collaborate, the furniture within that space need to be attractive and practical for its users, as well as efficient and effective for the firm the service is being provided for. In this study, we aim to offer furniture design service that satisfies such demands of the present time. Thus, instead of merely following a standard design process in which one approaches a project from design planes to an outcome, various aspects of the working environment will be considered such as the relationship between the space and the users, their needs, and the features of work being performed within the space. After attentive research and analysis, the results will be put into production from the user's point of view in mind. This study is intended to propose furniture design that embodies the characteristics of integrated working environment that can facilitate efficient use of the limited working space, productivity among the users, and promoting valuable corporate culture.

본 연구는 도서관 이용자의 요구, 이용목적 등이 점점 다양화되고 있는 현시점에서 도서관이 제공하고 있는 서비스내용과 서비스공간의 연계적인 고찰의 필요성에 주목하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일본 공립도서관을 대상으로 서비스내용과 서비스공간의 연계성을 중심으로, 공립도서관의 유형분류를 실시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 일본 공립도서관의 유형특성을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 향후 한국 공립도서관의 서비스내용과 연계성 있는 서비스공간계획의 실현에 도움이 될 기초적인 데이터를 마련하는 데 궁극적인 목적이 있다. 조사는 일본 공립도서관을 대상으로 제공되고 있는 서비스의 내용과 서비스제공에 사용되고 있는 서비스공간에 관한 실태를 조사 하였으며, 조사된 데이터는 수량화III류 분석, 군집분석 등 다차원데이터분석법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 도서관의 특성분석의 관점 추출을 진행한 결과, "제공하고 있는 정보의 분야, 정보제공의 방법, 서비스의 제공대상"의 관점으로 추출 할 수 있었다. 또한 44개 도서관의 유형은 (1) 집단을 대상으로 취업, 직업 분야의 정보를 제공하는 도서관, (2) 취업, 직업 정보를 대응서비스지원공간을 통해 제공하고 있는 도서관, (3) 개인을 대상으로 교육 분야의 정보를 제공하고 있는 도서관, (4) 집단을 대상으로 교육 분야의 정보를 제공하고 있는 도서관, (5) 대응서비스공간을 중심으로 정보를 제공 하고 있는 도서관, (6) 개인을 대상으로 하는 서비스제공 중심의 도서관의 6가지로 특성 분류되었다.

대학교육에 봉사활동을 접목하려는 노력이 확대되고 있는 가운데 본 연구에서는 봉사학습(SERVICE-LEARNING)의 개념을 사회복지교육에 적용한 효과를 고찰하였다. 가족복지론 교과 수업과 봉사활동을 병행하면서 학생들의 개인적 성장요인으로서 자기효능감, 이타성, 사회적 책임의 변화를 양적연구로 분석하였고, 교과목 학습효과를 파악하기 위하여 질적연구방법으로 봉사활동 일지를 내용분석하였다. 분석결과, 봉사학습을 통해 학생들은 자기효능감, 이타성, 사회적 책임에서 자기효능감과 사회적 책임이 통계적으로 유의미한 수준으로 증가하였다. 또한 질적분석 결과, 가족문제에 대한 개입과정을 실제 적용해 보고, 가족복지이론에 대한 이해증진, 가족복지 전반에 대한 관심 증진, 클라이언트에 대한 인식의 변화 등의 효과가 있었다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 봉사학습은 전공교육에 다양하게 적용해서 학생들의 개인적 성장을 도모하며, 학습효과를 증진하는데 유용한 교육방법이 될 것이다.
