In this study, were prepared after statistical analysis was conducted of assessment items and marks distribution for the selection of executors of the BTL project. When tests of the degree of dispersion and degree of appropriateness for each assessment item were analyzed, it was found that the degree of dispersion among assessment points has the power of discrimination since it is highly marked in the design field and operation management field. In contrast, 'business management plan' and 'investment composition for economic quality assessment' have a low level of the power of discrimination since points given to them have smaller difference between business projects.

Subcontracting business than the contracting business in shipbuilding industry is a lot of hazardous job and highly accident because of highly work intensity. In order to prevent the accidents, there is a need to analyze characteristic. of shipbuilding, to apply measures of risk assessment. In this paper, I suggested an improvement of the risk assessment through the actual condition research in shipbuilding industry. In the research method, I analysed accidents occurred until 2011-2013. Carried out the actual site survey while two weeks in May 2014. As a result, 1) The main pattern were caught-in or between, fall on the high level according to analyzed accidents. 2) To apply the weight show clear of magnitude for risk assessment. 3) Risk estimation of risk assessment is desirable to be quantization by accidents analysis, and to be greater than or equal to 4 steps.

According to separation policy between rail infrastructure and operation, the National Railroad Administration was converted to Korea Railroad Cooperation on Jan, 2005. That makes railway service assessment regarded as essential. About this matter, Section 15 of the Framework Act on Rail Industry Development and section 26 of the Rail Business Act shows that the railway service assessment should be conducted every 2 years. The government can officially announce the result and give orders operation company to improve service level. In the first railway service assessment in 2006, the principal railroad lines and stations were investigated. Rail supply service index and customer satisfaction index are introduced. It includes service items of supply, reliability, convenience, safety and customer satisfaction. This study presents the contents of 2006 rail service assessment. Some points of assessment which should be improved are analyzed as well.

This study analyzed National Assessment of Educational Achievement items surveying to sixth-year student in elementary school utilizing three dimentional scientific assessment framework. Study's findings are as following. Science contents territory of national level study achievements estimation were set a problem energy, substance, life, earth relatively evenly. Action territory was set a problem most 'Comprehension' territory. In the case of science situation area, 'Purity scientific situation' among 5 category appeared the most.

Recently, the Ministry of Labour, published clause 2 of Article 41 (Risk Assessment) of the Act "Industrial Safety and Health" dated 12 June 2013 in connection with continuous increase of accidents at construction sites in order to prevent accidents in industrial safety and health in new construction in accordance with the risk assessment on construction projects are realized after March 13, 2014. In this paper, positive method of calculating risk discussed by performing research the awareness of general contractors and sub-contractors with presenting risky situation is considered. The purpose will be a positive method of calculating risk and would be a sufficient base and give a positive direction in the development of new systems currently working in the construction and risk assessment which consider the characteristics of sufficient risk assessment system for future research.

In this paper, we present the FlappyBird Competition System (FCS) implementation, a competition-based automated assessment system used in an entry-level artificial intelligence (AI) course at a university. The proposed system provides an evaluation method suitable for AI courses while taking advantage of automated assessment methods. Students are to design a neural network structure, train the weights, and tune hyperparameters using the given reinforcement learning code to improve the overall performance of game AI. Students participate using the resulting trained model during the competition, and the system automatically calculates the final score based on the ranking. The user evaluation conducted after the semester ends shows that our competition-based automated assessment system promotes active participation and inspires students to be interested and motivated to learn AI. Using FCS, the instructor significantly reduces the amount of time required for assessment.

Background: The understanding of ecosystem services can be quantified and qualitative to assess the impacts of changes in the ecosystem to support human well-being. In the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sustainable use of ecosystem services has attracted the interest of a range of decision-makers. However, although there is a concern for biodiversity, natural ecosystem, and their services, linking ecosystems with conservation planning remains challenging. Results: This study assessed the first qualitative ecosystem services provided by the Mundok wetland with decision makers of the West/Yellow Sea region. Furthermore, this study applied the Rapid Assessment Wetland Ecosystem method to support natural resources management, improving living conditions. We identified that cultural and supporting services index are highly provided, but preparing a plan to increase the provisioning and regulating services in Mundok wetland is necessary. Conclusions: The assessment results can provide helpful information for ecosystem services assessment, habitat conservation, conservation planning, and decision-making at local level.

The purpose of this study is to improve institution of EIA(Environmenta1 Impact Assessment) in Korea. For this study, institution of EIA in Korea and other countries and copies of EIS prepared in Korea were analyzed. As a result, improvements of EIA should require introducing EIA in projects and planning level, building environmental information system, estimating appropriate costs of EIS preparation.

Purpose: This study was conducted to explore the impact of nurse staffing level and oral care on pneumonia in elderly inpatients in long-term care hospitals (LTCHs). Methods: Data were obtained from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Services (HIRA) including the profiles of LTCHs, monthly patient assessment reports and medical report survey data of pneumonia patients by HIRA in the fourth quarter of 2010. The sample consisted of 37 LTCHs and 6,593 patients. Results: Patient per nurse staff (OR=1.43, CI=1.22~1.68) and no oral care (OR=1.29, CI=1.01~1.64) were significantly related with hospital acquired pneumonia. The difference in percent of oral care by hospital was not significant between high and low group in nurse staffing level. Conclusion: In order to reduce the occurrence of pneumonia in eldery patients, effective nursing interventions are not only required but also nurse staffing levels that enable nurses to provide the intervention.
