The binary clipping PW/CDMA system is considered. This system can be constructed with effective cost. leading to reduce the influence of the non-linear amplifier because of converting multi-level signals into constant envelope signals. In addition, the clipping method which is to clip out signal amplitude at some level when multi-level signals are converted into constant envelope signals is used. The multi-level signals are clipped at 1 and -1 to limit the extension of bandwidth and to maintain the bandwidth after clipping. In this paper, the performance of the binary clipping PW/CDMA system with the non-linear amplifier analyzed by simulation over AWGN and flat fading channels respectively. The binary clipping PW/CDMA system with the non-linear amplifier is 2.2dB and 0.9dB better than conventional DS/CDMA system over the flat fading channels when the number of users are 9 and 17 respectively.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational safety and health management activities on safety and health performance by using the results of safety activity level evaluation of public organizations. To this end, a research model was established by using three fields as independent variables among the four areas of the safety activity level evaluation index: safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level, and the safety and health activity performance field as a dependent variable. Correlation analysis and regression analysis between major variables were performed. As a result of the correlation analysis, the safety and health activity performance had a significant positive (+) correlation with all of the safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level. The safety and health system had a significant positive (+) correlation with the safety and health activity plan and safety and health activity level, and the safety and health activity plan had a significant positive (+) correlation with the safety and health activity level. And as a result of the regression analysis, it was found that the organization's safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level all had a significant positive (+) effect on safety and health activity performance.
It is difficult to establish a mathematical furnace model and automatic-fumace control because of the difficulty in direct measurement of the inner condition of a blast furnace. To solve this problem, we has developed and actually operated a blast furnace operation control system using artificial intelligence tool to be applied to the blast furnace process computer system. Since this system has a function of automatic Treat level control, higher practicality has been proved than the previous guidance-level expert system. This paper introduces an outline of the system and the result of application.
Although a number of studies concerning the performance of information system (hereafter, IS) have been performed, those in governmental organizations have rarely conducted. Moreover, there were not many that the perceptual level of individuals might have influence on the information system performance actually. This study tried to investigate the causal relationship between personal perceptual level on the operation and performance of IS, as a result of project for public innovation which deployed in a governmental organization. The targeted IS is for task management. Our survey's respondents are real users in a governmental organization. As a result of statistical analysis, the affecting factors, the perceptual level of individuals such as task process standardization, training and system education, and the active participation of manager positively affected system performance. The result of study can provide some implications to the governmental organizations who want to improve the system performance and efficiently operate their own IS for achieving the organizational goals.

In this study, we investigated the gas chromatography (GC) and pulsed flame photometric detection (PFPD) system for the analysis of four major reduced S compounds including hydrogen sulfide ($H_2S)$; methyl mercaptan ($CH_3SH$); dimethyl sulfide (DMS); and dimethyl disulfide(DMDS) contained in environmental samples. To analyze these compounds in high concentration range (above ppb level), we developed a high mode analytical setting with the loop-injection system. By contrast, we also established a low mode setting for the analysis of low concentration samples (ppt-level samples from ambient air) by the combination with thermal desorption unit(TDU). Comparative analysis of both settings revealed that relative detection properties of four S compounds are systematic enough. The results of high mode analysis indicated that the patterns were systematic among compounds: H2S exhibited the lowest sensitivity, while DMBS showed the strongest one. The results were also compared in terms of sensitivity reductions for all compounds by dividing slope ratios between low and high mode system. Although low mode system exhibited significant reductions on the order of a few tens times, their detection characteristics were highly consistent as it was shown in the high mode setting. To learn more about absolute and relative relations between two different modes of S analysis, future studies may have to be directed to cover more complicated nature of GC/PFPD performance. Hydrogen sulfide($H_2S$) was over in summer about low level of olfactory sense 410 ppt, Methyl mercaptan(C$H_3SH$) was over in apring and summer about low level of olfactory sense 70, Dimethyl sulfide(DMS) was not over in four season about low level of olfactory sense 2,200 ppt. Carbon disulfide($CS_2$) was not over in four deason about Tow level of olfactory sense 210,000, Dimethyl disulfide(DMDS) was not over in summer about low level of olfactory sense2,000.
The KOMPSAT2 Terminal Polar Station was recently installed at near North Pole, Tromso, and Toulouse. The K2PS consists of one receiving station and two processing sites. The receiving station has been installed at SvalSat ($N78^{\circ}$, $E15^{\circ}$ ), and the two receiving sites have been installed at KSAT (Kongsberg Satellite Service AS), Tromso, Norway ($N69^{\circ}$ ,$E18^{\circ}$ ) and SISA, Toulouse, France ($N43^{\circ}$ ,$E1^{\circ}$ ). The products ofK2PS system can be classified to two categories: Level 1R product and Level 1G product. The Level 1R product is radiometric corrected product with RPC (Rational Polynomial Coefficients) and the Level 1G product is geometric corrected product with POD (Precise Orbit Data) and PAD (Precise Attitude Data) data based on Level 1R product. To meet a SISA (Spot Image SA)'s requirement, K2PS system has high performance product producing capability. This paper describes overall K2PS systems' production generation flow and the mass production test result of K2PS systems.
A standard engineering model that reflects the current organization system and engineering operation process of domestic nuclear power plants was developed based on the Standard Nuclear Performance Model developed by the American Nuclear Energy Association. The level 0 screen, which is the main screen of the engineering model computer system, consisted of an object tree structure, which provided information that is phased down from a higher structure level to a lower structure level (i.e., level 3). The level 1 screen provided information related to the sub-process of the engineering operation, whereas the Level 2 screen provided information related to each engineering operation activity. In addition, the Level 2 screen provided additional functions, such as linking electronic procedures/guidelines, providing electronic performance forms, and connecting legacy computer systems (such as total equipment reliability monitoring system, configuration management systems, technical information systems, risk monitoring systems, regulatory information, and electronic drawing system). This screen level increased the convenience of user's engineering tasks by implementing them. The computerization of an engineering model that connects the entire engineering tasks of an establishment enables the easy understanding of information related to the engineering process before and after the operation, and builds a foundation for the enhancement of the work efficiency and employee capacity. In addition, KHNP developed an online training module, which operates as an e-learning process, on the overview and utilization of a standard engineering model to expand the understanding of standard engineering models by plant employees and to secure competitiveness.
This study was intended to examine whether dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) and dietary fat level or source could modulate glutathione utilizing detoxifying system activity and the cytosolic NADPH generation in rat liver. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed semipurifed diet containing either 2%(w/w) corn oil (low level of corn oil diet: 5 ca% of fat) 15% corn oil (high level of corn oil diet: 31 cal% of fat) or 13% sardine oil plus 2% corn oil(high level of fish oil diet: 31 cal% of fat) for 9 weeks. Half of the rats in each diet group were fed a diet supplemented with 0.2% DHEA (w/w). DHEA administration increased plasma total cholesterol level in low corn oil diet-fed rats. The high fish oil diet significantly decreased plasma total cholesterol level compared to the high corn oil diet. Plasma triglyceride level was not significantly changed by DHEA administration and dietary fat level and source. Fasting plasma glucose level was increased by DHEA administration and fish oil diet. Glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase activity in liver tissue was significantly increased by DHEA administration and high fat diet, especially fish oil diet. Malic enzyme activity in liver tissue was significantly increased by DHEA administration and high fat diet, especially fish oil diet. Malic enzyme activity in liver tissue was significantly increased by DHEA administration. DHEA suppressed the glutathione peroxidase, glutathione-dependent enzymes compared to the low corn oil diet, while fish oil diet elevated the activity of glutathione peroxidase and glutathione reductase compared to corn oil diet. These results suggest that DHEA administration and high level of corn oil diet may suppress the cellular detoxifying system activity through reduction of glutathione utilization, while the fish oil diet did not show these effects.

We is configured the honk changing-status technique that is to meld the square-built blow-shock status of the gleam-differential perception level (BIAL) on the honk perception lineament. The perception level condition by the honk perception lineament system is constituted with the blow-shock system. As to experimentation a ductile-dot of the gleam ductile-dot, we are found of the honk value with ductile-dot by the blow upper shift. The concept of perception level is constituted the reference of gleam-differential level for changing-status signal by the honk shock lineament. Further symbolizing a square-built changing-status of the BIAL, of the average in terms of the blow-shock lineament, and the honk ductile-dot shock that was the honk value of the far changing-status of the Ho-PL-FA-θAVG with 15.41±8.63 units, that was the honk value of the convenient changing-status of the Ho-PL-CO-θAVG with 8.70±3.06 units, that was the honk value of the flank changing-status of the Ho-PL-HO-θAVG with 2.65±1.19 units, that was the honk value of the edge changing-status of the Ho-PL-VI-θAVG with 0.51±0.18 units. The blow shock will be to investigate at the square-built ability of the blow-shock lineament with ductile-dot by the honk perception level on the BIAL, that is denote the gleam-differential lineament by the perception level system. We will be possible to curb of a lineament by the differential signal and to employ the honk data of blow shock level by the blow perception system.

We present a processing system for the Atmospheric Infrared Sounder (AIRS) sounding suite onboard Aqua satellite. With its unprecedented 2378 channels in IR bands, AIRS aims at achieving the sounding accuracy of radiosonde (1 K in 1-km layer for temperature and $10\%$ in 2-km layer for humidity). The core of the processor is the International MODIS/AIRS Processing Package (IMAPP) that performs the geometric and radiometric correction for generation of Level 1 brightness temperature and Level 2 geophysical parameters retrieval. The processor can produce automatically from received raw data to Level 2 geophysical parameters. As we process the direct-broadcast data almost for the first time among the AIRS direct-broadcast community, a special attention is paid to understand and verify the Level 2 products. This processor includes sub-systems, that is, the near real time validation system which made the comparison results with in-situ measurement data, and standard digital information system which carry out the data format conversion into GRIdded Binary II (GRIB II) standard format to promote active data communication between meteorological societies. This processing system is planned to encourage the application of geophysical parameters observed by AIRS to research the aqua cycle in the Korean peninsula.
