Purpose: This study sought to explore the effects of sport enjoyment on leisure commitment. Research design, data, and methodology: Subjects of this study are members of MTB participation in Seoul and Gyeonggi area and were selected by purposive sampling out of non-probability sampling. 295 questionnaires were collected and 288 questionnaires were used for the study. To analyze data, frequency analysis, factorial analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis were employed. Results: First, as for leisure satisfaction and leisure commitment pursuant, there was significant difference in gender, age, the number of participation in weekly leisure, and hours of participation in weekly leisure. Second, regarding MTB participants' amusement and leisure satisfaction competence had significant influence on all the sub-factors of leisure satisfaction and that both achievement and competence had impacts on social leisure satisfaction. Third, regarding effects on leisure commitment, competence of amusement had impacts on cognitive and behavioral leisure commitment. Fourth, regarding relationships between leisure satisfaction and leisure commitment, satisfaction of mental leisure, social leisure, relaxation leisure, physiological leisure and leisure satisfaction had significant influence on cognitive commitment. Conclusions: Summary of above results showed that MTB participants' amusement factor had significant influence on leisure satisfaction and leisure commitment. Implications were discussed. The study aims at investigating the causal relationships among leisure expenditures, leisure activity participation and leisure satisfaction of adult consumers. Data were collected from 415 adult consumers in Ulsan. ANOVA, multiple regression, and path analysis were used for the statistical analysis. The results indicated that marital status, household income and subject's attitude toward leisure had significant impacts on leisure expenditures, while their satisfaction with financial status, household income, leisure plan, their attitudes toward leisure and personal acquaintanceship significantly affected leisure activity participation. To leisure satisfaction, their satisfaction with financial status, the attitudes toward leisure, leisure expenditures and leisure activity participation were positively related, and leisure plan was negatively related. The results of path analysis showed that marital status, household income, the satisfaction with financial status, their attitude toward leisure, leisure plan, personal acquaintanceship, leisure expenditures, and leisure activity participation had direct or indirect effects on leisure satisfaction.

The study aims to investigate factors affecting subjective well-being of the pre-elderly. The factors considered were 'leisure activities', 'leisure activities', 'leisure satisfaction' and some 'background variables'. The subjects were 251 pre-elderly persons ($50{\sim}60$ years old) who completed the questionnaire assessing the variables for the study. The results include: 'Life satisfaction' of the pre-elderly is affected with the variables of 'health', 'financial situation', 'leisure activities without their partner', 'leisure activities with family', 'local community leisure activities', 'social satisfaction' and 'psychological satisfaction in leisure activities'. Their emotion is positively influenced by the variables of 'health', 'financial situation', 'leisure activities without a partner', 'leisure activities with family', 'social satisfaction in leisure activities'. and negatively influenced by the variables of 'age', 'health', 'financial situation', 'leisure activities without a partner', 'social satisfaction in leisure activities'. In conclusion, leisure satisfaction and a partner for leisure activities are more important determinants than frequency of leisure activities in pre-elders' subjective well-being.

Based on Rural living indicator -2005 survey data, in RDA this study attempted to investigate Rural Residents' real life satisfaction or identity model by the types of leisure consumption depending on each generation and explored the relationship between leisure consumption and the enhancement of self-identity/ interpersonal relationship, and that between leisure consumption satisfaction and real life satisfaction. Based on systematic random sampling with constructed questionnaires, 1,870 data were collected and analyzed. Overall, the results of this study showed that there are statistically significant differences between generation in leisure consumption. In detail, the findings of this study are as follows. The types of Rural Residents' leisure consumption can be divided into three styles including Semi-leisure type, Passive leisure type and Total leisure type consumption. The preferred types of leisure consumption of Rural Residents' were Semi-leisure type, Passive leisure type and Total leisure type in order. Except for times-pending leisure culture consumption, Semi-leisure type and Passive leisure type influenced on the enhancement of self-identity and interpersonal relationship, then the enhancement of self-identity and interpersonal relationship influenced on leisure consumption-satisfaction, and finally leisure consumption satisfaction influenced on real life satisfaction.

The purposes of this study were to analyze the types of leisure activities and level of leisure satisfaction with practice of a five-day workweek, and examined the relationship between leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction. The data were based on the questionnaire with 264 working employee residing in Seoul. The results indicated that the most frequently participating activities were sports, use of media, loaming activities in order. And there were no significant differences in types of leisure activities between 5 day working employees and 6 day working employees. Secondly, general level of leisure satisfaction was the highest when participating religious activities. Thirdly, it was found that only social satisfaction was positively related to job satisfaction, and social satisfaction influenced job satisfaction. Further discussions and implications were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate couple's leisure time leisure cost and leisure satisfaction and the relations among these variables. Data for 214 couples were gathered from the structured questionnaire and time diary. The major findings of this study were as follows": (1) The amount of leisure time was very different between husbands and wives. And couples' leisure time was different according to wives' employement status,. (2) The amount of leisure cost was very different between couples and between employed wife and non-employed wife (3) Couple's leisure satisfaction was also different between couples and between employed wife and non-employed wife (4) In husbands' model leisure time had significant effect on their leisure satisfaction. On the other hand in wives' regression model different according to employment On the other hand in wives' regression model was different according to employment status. Employed wives' leisure satisfaction was significnatly rela ed to the leisure time and cost while non-employed wives' leisure satisfaction was related to leisure cost and age.

The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting leisure activities participation in the elderly. The factors considered were leisure opportunities, leisure motivation, leisure satisfaction and some background variables. Subjects were 291 elderly persons who completed the questionnaire assessing the variables in the study. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Leisure activities participation of the elderly was affected by leisure opportunities, leisure motivation, leisure satisfaction, gender, and education. 2) Leisure satisfaction influenced by leisure opportunities, motivation, health, and financial condition. 3) Leisure opportunities and motivation had effects on leisure activities participation indirectly via leisure satisfaction. 4) Also, status of health and financial condition of the elderly had an indirect effect on leisure activities participation via leisure motivation.

The purpose of this study was to verify a Structural Equation Model that constructed the causations among the leisure resources, health perception, leisure attitude, leisure satisfaction and the quality of life in the elderly. For the purpose, 208 elderly who were over sixty years old and inhabited in Seoul were given questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed by means of a 1:1 personal interview method. A Measurement model and a structural equation model estimates by Maximum Likelihood method(ML method) utilizing LISREL 8.51 ver. The major results are summarized as follows: 1) A Goodness of fit is good of structural equation model presented in the study. 2) The higher their leisure resource is, the higher health perception is, the higher leisure attitude is the more leisure satisfaction. 3) The important valuable factor which affected the quality of life in the elderly was the leisure satisfaction. It showed powerfully if the elderly participate enjoyment, self-development and positive leisure activity, their leisure satisfaction would increase, consequently the Quality of life would be improved.

The purpose of this study is to investigate some related factors which influence the well-being of the family life among the rural housewives, based on the satisfaction of the leisure. Questionnaires were distributed to the 200 housewives residing in Anseong. The 187 data obtained were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, F-test, Duncan’s multiple range test and correlation. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows. (1) There were significant differences on the satisfaction of sports leisure, culture center leisure and music and play leisure among the rural housewives according to the social demographic variables. (2) There were significant differences on the family life well-being among the rural housewives according to the satisfaction of sports leisure, the satisfaction of music and play leisure, the satisfaction of culture center leisure, the occupation of premarriage and the number of family members. Based on the above findings, it has been found that the satisfaction of leisure remains important factors to guide according to the radical changes. If greater attentions should be directed to the satisfaction of leisure activities, the quality of family life could be improved and stabilized.

Purpose - In the airline industry, an airport plays an important role. There are a lot of employees who work at an airport, and most of the workers experience restraints regarding leisure activities. Thus, there is a need for studying the internal marketing in the airport to better serve the worker. Although there is a lack of well-structured research regarding the restrictions and satisfaction factors experienced by the airport employees for their leisure activities, this research studies how the restrictions and satisfaction factors influence each other in relation to the internal marketing in the airport. The purpose of this research is to provide a detailed, real time research method for studying the restrictions and satisfaction factors in relation to the internal marketing that are experienced by the airport employees regarding their leisure activities. Research design, data, and methodology - This survey was conducted for airport employees working in two shifts. The questionnaire is 152 copies. The analysis method was used as SPSS statistical package 21.0 and Netminer 4.0 program. Social networks were analyzed for leisure satisfaction and leisure restrictions. Results - As a result of analyzing the linkage between variables for leisure satisfaction, most of the variables of leisure satisfaction are satisfied with "psychological factor" and "social factor". However, "educational factor" and "environmental factor" are not satisfied. In order to improve the leisure satisfaction of airport workers in the future, it is necessary to have an environment where leisure activities can be performed and related education. As a result of analyzing the linkage between variables of leisure restrictions, most of the variables in leisure restrictions are "personal factors" and "temporal factors". However, there are few restrictions on "cost-efficient" and "environment-friendly". Conclusions - In the future, in order to reduce the leisure restrictions of airport workers, they need to reduce work stress, psychological time and leisure allowance for leisure activities. However, it is difficult to solve these problems due to realistic problems including the specificity of working at the airport. This research presents an interdisciplinary analysis of how the restrictions and satisfaction factors influence each other in order to further advance the understanding of the constraints and satisfaction that are experienced by the airport employees.
