According as marine leisure industry has developed and the demand of leisure culture has increased rapidly, a desire about service which supply marine safety and connect marine information is enlarging. We wish to develop contents of download form that supply geographic information of Electronic Navigational Chart(ENC) in the marine that is digitalized to carrying along terminal of WIPI base and various informations for marine leisure. For this, DB that offer ENC and additional information should be constructed. Also, we need server(CPS; Contents provider Server) that offer required contents. In this paper, we design web retrieval component which store request information to database. When consumer required necessary information through personal mobile device, CPS can inform that. So, we wish to develop web retrieval agent component that parse informations in various World Wide Webs, and store to database.

We conducted a survey related to study methods to identify the factors that have an influence on the academic achievement of university students and analyzed the results of this survey for correlation with students' GPA, which represents academic achievement. Test preparation and effective study habits were found to be the most important factors in overall student achievement. However, when divided by grade, maintaining health and satisfaction with school life are the most important factors for sophomores. Rather, in grades 3 and 4, time spent maintaining health is negatively reflected in improving academic achievement. Divided into gender, male students review or daily academic effort is an important factor in academic achievement, but in the case of female students, there is no difference in relative academic achievement because the amount of review and academic effort are small. For students who have experienced military service, review and test preparation are important to academic achievement, but for students who have not experienced military service, review has no effect on relative academic achievement.

The park program can adeptly cope with the diversification of leisure needs in accordance with the changing times. The program also makes the relationship between the users and the park itself closer. For this reason, the Seoul Metropolitan Government has operated a variety of programs, beginning with the Botanical Class Program at the Namsan Outdoor Botanical Garden in 1997. The government additionally began to organize park programs by establishing the Park and Leisure Department and three Park Greenery Offices. However, research on park programs is mainly focused on park users. Therefore, this study intends to reveal the structure of the programs by studying the program operation. The specific purposes of this study are '1. Review the institutional characteristics that underlie the operation of the Park Program in Seoul by examining the relevant laws, the operation organizations, and the personnel composition, 2. Analyze the operation methods, such as procurement and the execution of the program, operation costs, and public-private cooperation methods, etc. 3. Analyze the composition and contents of the program from 2015 to 2017, and process and identify the relationship between the structure of the program operation and the program itself.' Summarizing the results obtained from the study, as far as the structure of the first program operation, the support laws were not systematic, but the operating organization was working to establish a system. The second characteristic of the operation is that most of the budget was funded by local governments, but the level of citizen involvement was low. Third, when we looked at the characteristics of the program, the number of programs increased, but they were focused on a specific theme and few programs actively used the park facilities. Based on the results, three tasks can be proposed. The first is that the 'Act on Parks and Green Spaces' should include the concepts and support for park programs. Second, there is a need to change from the ideas of the quantitative increase of programs to qualitative improvements. Lastly, it is necessary to reorganize the Green Seoul Bureau of the Seoul Metropolitan Government into a citizen-led and leisure-oriented organization to promote the park leisure culture. This study has significance, as it was conducted with a service provider, not a program user, unlike many previous park program-related studies. The results of this study will be able to contribute not only to the Seoul Metropolitan Government, but also to other local governments to suggest the direction of the management and the operation of the park for the consumer, and consequently, it will help prepare the long-term vision of parks as the closest leisure location for most citizens.
People's leisure activities have increased due to changes in perception of social life. Camping cars are becoming popular due to the development of camping culture and traveling. However, there are not many users compared to the population of the camper due to the difficulty of economy and usability. Making it not easy to purchase or rent a camping car. Therefore, this study researches on camping service by combining shared services. It is aimed to provide a user centered camping shared service considering usage and economic efficiency. This study analyzed the concept, characteristics and current status of shared service and camping car with reference to domestic, overseas literature and internet data to provide basic data of camping car using shared service. In addition, through case study of shared vehicles, it is possible to grasp the current market. Integrate P2P, B2C, renting company and individuals to derive the design of A2P (All to People)service which connects and shares all. The user can have its own space available at the desired place and time. This study is a camping or unique mobile space service design that can be easily experienced in everyday life. It will reduce the strain of maintaining expenses and also process of pick up, return is freely making user-centered service design. This service design will lead to a diverse range of leisure activities and contribute to the upsweep of the camper industry.

The following are the study results. Firstly, although program satisfaction did not affect the life satisfaction of elderly users of senior citizen centers, senior citizen center user satisfaction and service quality had a positive influence on life satisfaction. Secondly, welfare satisfaction and self-worth had a positive influence on life satisfaction. Thirdly, existentiality, certainty and responsiveness had a positive influence on life satisfaction. Online and offline survey were conducted for urban residents who were willing to return to the rural area and those who were already returning to the rural area. In the fields of health care, social welfare, and education, it was found that the satisfaction level of urban-to-rural migrants was relatively higher than those of latent urban-to-rural migrants. In the field of culture, leisure and sports, the level of satisfaction and concern were similar, so it was found that the expectations for the field were relatively high before returning rural area. As for the agreement degree to expand support, the demand for emergency medical facilities and dementia care program was the highest, and the demand for health care was found to be relatively high. The results of the survey on the top priority items indicate that latent urban-to-rural migrants require support of facility and space item and expansion of program item, and urban-to-rural migrants have high demand for expansion of program item in all field except healthcare field. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information for establishing the direction of the rural area development project in connection with the revitalization of policy of people return to rural area.
