3D printing technology supporting the specific patient medical services is actively being implemented in dentistry. The purpose of this study is to introduce the legal and institutional considerations to the medical practitioners in dentistry who must observe when they manufacture medical devices using 3D printers, and to provide a ways to activate and enhance their utilization in the domestic approval point of view for medical devices. Through the public data of government agencies and related organizations, the statutory system and compliance matters related to the manufacture of 3D printing medical devices have been examined and reviewed for the government's improvement efforts. Through the study, the government has been actively improving the system and making policy, but the active interest and participation of medical professionals and related workers are continually required to solve the problems which are scattered. 3D printing technology is expected to be more frequently utilized in the field of dentistry in near future. Therefore, it is essential to establish measures to improve the regulation through continuous cooperation with the related ministries with the long-term point of view enhancing smooth entry to the market for the medical devices by taking data from the continued research.

As mobile traffic is growing, the demand for spectrum is increasing but the deficiency of spectrum becomes serious as the supply is restricted essentially. For resolving the issue, spectrum sharing system is discussed from the technical and regulatory point of view, where multiple radio users occupy same frequency. In this paper, the policies and adoptions of spectrum sharing system in some countries are analyzed with a focus on TV white space and licensed shared access, which are based on unlicensed and licensed spectrum usage respectively. Some legal and regulatory plans to adopt and activate spectrum sharing in the Radio Waves Act system of Korea are proposed as well.

This study is to develop a mathematical analysis model to grasp the behaviors of cartels. Cartels are formed tacitly and cause tremendous damage to consumers in modern society which is composed of advanced industry structure. The government authorities have instituted the leniency programs to respond cartels. However, cartels will continue unless there are legal sanctions against cartels based on an accurate analysis of leniency programs. The proposed cartel equilibrium analysis model is a mathematical behavior model which is based on the existing methods and the prison's dilemma of game theory. Therefore, the model has a form of pay off matrix of two players. We use a iterated polymatrix approximation (IPA) method to deduct a Nash equilibrium point. The model is validated by an empirical analysis as well.

The purpose of this study is to research the investment environment of Vietnam and analyze the actual investment state of Korean enterprises in Vietnam and seek for the points at issue. In general, the investment environment in Vietnam shows both a positive side and negative side. However Vietnamese market is a attractive one as ever for direct investment of Korean enterprises considering their constant economy growth, investment increase of foreign company for Vietnam, China risk. And the point at issue in investment of Korean Enterprises is as follows. That is, inclining to manufacturing, preference of independence investment, small-sized investment by small and medium enterprises, preference of greenfield investment, restricted purpose of investment, insufficiency of infrastructure for logistics, electric power, legal system. The results of the study indicate mainly that the investment of Korean enterprise into Vietnam needs a switchover of the third service trade-tertiary industry, collaboration with Vietnamese enterprise through joint venture investment, a large-scale investment for Vietnam domestic market and neighboring countries' market, practical use of M&A with existing Vietnamese enterprise and diverse purpose for investment.

The article specified in aviation legislation, 'The captain has the final authority and responsibility in flight safety' could be one reason running counter to applying "Vertrauensgrundsatz". In practice, however, captains do not have professional skills in every task and they should distribute duties and responsibilities to flight attendents and other staffs to operate the flight as safely and efficiently as possible. Therefore, in aviation, fair criterion, namely, "Vertrauensgrundsatz" is necessary to balance between efficiency and legal interest for participants. In addition, when it comes to mutual trust of duty which was the starting point of this study, the standard in mutual advice or interference must be based on the duty specified in air law and flight regulations. Also, pervasive trust will not only be attributed to joint responsibility but an act that cannot be trusted.

Authentication is an important service in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) for an unattended environment. Recently, Das proposed a hash-based authentication protocol for WSNs, which provides more security against the masquerade, stolen-verifier, replay, and guessing attacks and avoids the threat which comes with having many logged-in users with the same login-id. In this paper, we point out one security weakness of Das' protocol in mutual authentication for WSN's preservation between users, gateway-node, and sensor nodes. To remedy the problem, this paper provides a secrecy improvement over Das' protocol to ensure that a legal user can exercise a WSN in an insecure environment. Furthermore, by presenting the comparisons of security, computation and communication costs, and performances with the related protocols, the proposed protocol is shown to be suitable for higher security WSNs.

The cases of welders illness by welding fume generated during arc welding are recently reported, which makes the legal regulation in the welding work place. Also, this situation makes the employers and welders be concerned about the welding fume seriously. At this point of time it is necessary that a standard testing method is developed as a fundamental tool for the evaluation of Fume Generation Rate(FGR) required for making progress in the development of low fume electrodes and welding process technology and also constructing the ventilation system in welding area. However, the current standard(KS D 0062) is only applicable to the manual covered electrode arc welding. In this study the evaluation procedure for the FGR is established by developing the fume collection chamber which can be applicable to semiautomatic and automatic arc welding as well as manual arc welding. This evaluation system and procedure can be used as a tool not only to develop the low fume welding electrode and welding process technology but also to construct the equipment controlling the welding workshop atmosphere.

In recent years electronic fund transfers covered by the Electronic Fund Transfer Act 1978 for consumer protection and the Article 4A of Uniform Commercial Code(U.C.C.) 1989 for wholesale electronic payments in United States. Electronic fund transfers carried out by use of a wire transfer network, automated clearing house, or other communication system of a clearing house or other association of banks such as direct deposit, Fedwire, automated teller machine, point-of-sale, and credit card transactions have been increasingly common in consumer transactions and wholesale transactions. Especially, the Article 4A of U.C.C. governs the rights and obligations associated with transactions such as an issue and acceptance of payment order, execution of sender's payment order by receiving bank, and payment. These legal frameworks in connection with electronic fund transfers in United States can play a leading role in establishing model not only within the United States, but also as a basis for developments of electronic commerce law in Korea including other countries.

The argument about enlarging or limiting the function of the Korea Maritime Police. Agency (KMPA) has been and will be repeated. In this paper, the author highlights the internal and external issues facing KMPA, stemming partly from deficiencies of its struggles for advancement of the organization and partly from shortcomings of political support far it. And he urges KMPA to change the organizational culture for maintaining its identity and characteristics as a lead maritime agency by practising a scientific management system for maximizing cost-effectiveness of its administrative resources. In addition, he also suggests that KMPA adopt the Total Quality Management System for quality improvements in services and greater efficiency in its organizational structure to meet the future competition in the changing political and legal environment. he concludes by providing a 6-point vision statement for KMPA from the standpoint of favoring enlarging the function of KMPA.

Even though security monitoring and wiretap seem to be same things from the current legal point of view, these two concepts are different. But because the researches related to the differences between wiretap and security monitoring, there are some confusions about these concepts, so there are some side effects. In this paper, we try to explain the differences between wiretap and security monitoring in the aspects of object, scope, target and application method.
