Two flavone glucosides have been isolated from the leaves of Helianthus tuberosus (jerusalem artichoke). Their structures were identified as kaempferol 3-O-glucoside (1) and quercetin 7-O-glucoside (2) by spectroscopic analysis and confirmed by comparison with reported data. These flavonoids were isolated for the first time from this plant part.

A rare case of multiple supratentorial and infratentorial hemangioblastomas in a 50-year old man is presented. There were neither manifestations of visceral tumors nor familial history. The two tumors were totally removed in two sessions and the diagnosis in both tumors were hemangioblastomas.

Safety of railroad is result of reliability which is received from test & evaluation of system. Railroad system is consisted of various sub system such as vehicle, supply of electric power, signal, communication, rail track construction, operation. To secure safety of railroad, evaluation about parts, assembly, sub system, whole system etc.. that compose railroad is essential. In this paper, I wish to describe for results that analyze korean tilting vehicle's derailment coefficient developed by national research achievement. Result that evaluation korean tilting vehicle's running safety, verified that secure even if speed-up 30 km/h than operating speed of present in curved line.

To develop our original technology of concrete slab track, being widely accepted for new track, prefabricated concrete slab track, or precast concrete slab track has been developed. They have two different types according to slab shape and its dimensions, connection of slabs and connecting structure onto substructure. After the system design and successful performance evaluation in the laboratory, the trial installation on revenue line has been carried out. This paper is presenting the result of the trial installation and the performance tests in field. The performance tests have been performed as visual inspection for cracks and damages, measurement of track alignment and elastic behavior of track under passing trains. The performance test results during last 2 years have shown that no remarkable damages and settlements were found, and track alignment and elastic track behavior both exhibits good status.

The anti-oxidant activities of fucosterol isolated from the marine algae Pelvetia siliquosa were investigated. Fucosterol exhibited a significant decrease in serum transaminase activities elevated by hepatic damage induced by $CCl_4$-intoxication in rats. Fucosterol inhibited the sGOT and sGPT activities by 25.57 and 63.16%, respectively. Fucosterol showed the increase in the anti-oxidant enzymes such as hepatic cytosolic superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) activities by 33.89, 21.56 and 39.24%, respectively, in $CCl_4$-intoxicated rats. These results suggest that fucosterol possess not only the anti-oxidant, but also the hepatoprotective activities in rats.

The in vivo anti-tumor activities of decursinol angelate (1) and decursin (2) isolated from the roots of Angelica gigas were investigated. These two compounds, when administered consecutively for 9 days at 50 and 100 mg/kg i.p. in mice, caused a significant increase in the life span and a significant decrease in the tumor weight and volume of mice inoculated with Sarcoma-180 tumor cells. These results suggest that decursinol angelate (1) and decursin (2) from A. gigas have anti-tumor activities.

도시재생종합정보시스템{참고문헌1,2]에서는 도시의 쇠퇴정도를 파악하고 그에 따른 도시재생사업을 수행하는데 있어 의사결정 지원과 관련정보 등을 제공해주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도시재생 사업이나 정책을 진행시키고자 했을 때, 기개발되어진 쇠퇴/잠재력 시스템의 연계/활용을 통해 효율적인 도시재생 사업의 의사결정을 지원해줄 수 있는 우선순위 선정프로세스를 연구하였다. 또한, 시스템간의 연계/진단을 위한 정보 프로세스 및 구현방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 우선순위 선정방안으로 보다 객관적, 직관적인 도시의 현황 및 DB 제공할 수 있으며 이를 통해 도시재생 사업 및 정책의 의사결정을 위한 근거자료로 활용 할 수 있다.

도시재생종합정보시스템에서는 도시의 쇠퇴정도를 파악하고 그에 따른 도시재생사업을 수행하는데 있어 의사결정 지원과 관련정보 등을 제공해주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도시재생 사업을 진행시키고자 했을 때, 쇠퇴 도시가 가지고 있는 도시잠재력을 평가하여 효율적인 도시재생 사업의 의사결정을 지원해줄 수 있는 도시잠재력 지표를 개발하였다. 또한, 도시 잠재력 진단을 위한 정보 프로세스 및 구현방안을 제시하였고 그에 따른 시스템을 구현하여 도시재생종합정보시스템에 연동하였다. 제시된 도시잠재력을 진단을 통하여 효과적인 도시재생에 필요한 사업 우선순위등에 활용을 기대할 수 있다.
