지방자치제도의 실시에 따라 관광개발은 초기의 하드웨어 중심에서 소프트웨어 중심의 개발형태로 변화되었다. 최근 들어 각 지방자치단체는 지역의 고유한 문화와 환경을 대변할 수 있는 관광자원를 발굴하여 콘텐츠화 함으로써 도시브랜드로 활용하여 지역홍보에 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 도시지역인 청주시를 중심으로 관광콘텐츠를 활용한 도시브랜드를 도출하고, 도출된 브랜드를 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다.

디지털 정보환경 하에서는 이용자가 정보를 찾아오기 기다리기 보다는 이용자를 찾아가 수요를 창출하고, 이용자의 취향에 맞춘 정보제공이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 연구장비정보의 효율적인 정보제공을 위해 푸시(push)와 풀(pull) 서비스를 통합한 맞춤정보 서비스 모델을 제시하고, RSS(Really Simple Syndication) 2.0과 Dublin Core Metadata Element Set 1.1을 참고하여 연구장비정보의 RSS-XML 메타데이터를 설계한 후, 풀(pull) 형태의 선택적 정보제공(SDI)시스템을 구현하여 이를 적용하였다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to review the principal of Sacred tortoise method (Younggupalbub) and to investigate the usefulness of it. Methods : The authors reviewed several literatures related with the Sacred tortoise method (Younggupalbub). We investigated the clinical usefulness as well found some problems in utilizing it. Results and Conclusions : Sacred tortoise method (Younggupalbub) is an acupuncture treatment used according to the time and it may cause many problems for the patients and oriental medical doctors in the clinical use.

The Web log has caught much attraction for tracing of customer activity. So many researches have been carried on it. As a result, Web log analysis solutions has been developed and launched lately. It has been in the spotlight to the website administrators and people in practical marketing business. In this paper, we made an analysis on the various behavior patterns of customers in cooperation with SAS/AF and SCL modules, based on development of GUI from SAS package for disposal of statistical data.

Objective : To investigate the effect of Samilshinkihwan(SISKW) on white rats with deteriorated immunity caused by methotrexate. Methods : The test articles were dosed once a day for 14 days by gastric gavage at a dosage 1000, 500 and 250mg/kg/10ml of SISKW from 2 days after last MTX-dosing, and changes in body weight, spleen weight, total blood leukocyte numbers, total lymphocyte numbers, B and T lymphocyte ratio, CD3+CD4+, CD3+/CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ T lymphocyte ratio in the blood and spleen were measured. In addition, the serum interleukin (IL)-2 levels and the productivity of IL-2 of splenic cells were also demonstrated in this study. Results : The changes on body weight increased significantly in the 1000mg/kgof SISKW group. The changes on the spleen weight, the total blood leukocytenumbers, the total lymphocyte numbers in the blood and spleen, the ratio of T-cell in the blood and spleen and the ratio of CD3+CD4+ T-cell in spleen increased significantly in all SISKW groups as compared with the control group. The ratio of CD4+/CD8+ T-cells in blood increased significantly. The serum IL-2 levels and productivity of IL-2 of splenic cells increased significantly in 1000 and 500mg/kg SISKW groups as compared with the control group. Conclusions : Samilshinkihwanhas an effect of increasing immune responses, especially on cellular immune responses, in white rats with deteriorated immunity caused by methotrexate.

Objectives : Three-dimensional computed tomographic angiography(3D-CTA) is recently developed diagnostic imaging modality. We have studied this noninvasive method for possible role in replacing conventional angiography( CA) in the detection of aneurysms of the circle of Willis in patients with subarachnoid hemorrahge(SAH). Methods : We studied retrospectively, the 100 patients with SAH or unruptured aneurysms admitted to our hospital from October 1997 to December 1998. Among there, 85 patients underwent CTA, 82 patients underwent CA and 67 patients underwent both of CTA and CA. 3D-CTA was obtained using maximum intensity projection(MIP) and shaded-surface display(SSD) reconstruction. Results : Total 107 aneurysms were detected in 92 patients, and 64 aneurysms were detected in 67 patients underwent both CTA and CA. In five cases of those 67 cases, aneurysms were detected by CA but not by 3D-CTA. The detection rate of aneurysms(91.8%) and the detection rate of parent artery in cases of anterior communicating artery aneurysms(86.9%) with total 3D-CTA were relatively compatible with that of CA. But 3D-CTA was not enough in detection of posterior communicating artery aneurysms, internal carotid artery aneurysms as well as small sized aneurysm(<3mm). Conclusion : We consider CTA is valuable in as a screening test for cerebral aneurysm and follow-up test. And it is also valuable in early surgery for patients with aneurysmal rebleeding because of simple, quick, non-invasive method.
