본 논문에서는 상황인식(CR: Cognitive Radio) 시스템에서 CR 시스템이 우선사용자와 spectrum leasing 관계에 있을 때 간섭을 많이 주는 사용자를 선택하고 이들에게 선택적으로 부분공간 간섭정렬방식을 적용해 우선사용자와 CR 사용자에게 모두 데이터 전송을 가능케 하는 방식을 제안하였다. 각 기지국들은 사용자의 간섭 신호량을 가지고 자신의 기지국에서 요구하는 복호 가능한 SINR(signal-to-interference ratio)를 넘지 않도록 주변 셀의 간섭신호가 큰 사용자들을 순환적으로 선택하고 이들에게 선택적으로 부분공간 간섭정렬방식을 적용하는 방법이다. 제안된 방법으로 모든 사용자들은 다른 간섭에 대한 제약 없이 통신이 가능하게 된다. 전산모의실험으로 제안한 방법은 선택적 간섭정렬을 적용 안 하는 방법보다 합 용량에서 약 350% ~400% 증가함을 보였다.

본고는 서울 주재 외국기업의 국적 및 산업의 임대주택 임대료에 대한 영향력 파악을 중심으로 임대료 결정요인을 분석했다. 분석 결과로서 미국, 영국, 프랑스 및 독일 기업은 동일업종을 기준으로 할 때 국적에 따라 임대료의 편차가 있으며 그 차이는 산업별로 상이한 것을 확인했다. 국적별 비교에서 미국과 영국은 임대료에 강한 영향을 끼쳐 임대료의 상승을 견인한 반면에 프랑스는 평균 이하의 임대료를 지급했다. 산업을 기준으로 할 때 은행, 제약, 석유화학 및 보험 산업이 임대료의 상승을 이끌었으며, 기계산업은 평균 이하의 임대료를 지급하는 것으로 나타났다. 지역별 주택유형과 임대료를 분석한 결과, 성북동은 모든 주택유형에서 주거비가 가장 비싸며 이태원 한남동이 그 다음이고, 반포 방배동의 임대료가 상대적으로 저렴했다. 분석 결과를 종합하면 물리적 특성의 상당수가 통계적으로 유의하여 물리적 특성이 입지특성 혹은 국적 및 산업특성보다 가격 결정에 큰 영향을 끼치는 것을 확인했으며, 할인매장과의 거리는 모든 분석 모형에서 유의하게 나타나 주거지 결정에 중요한 변수인 것으로 드러났다.

본 연구에서는 최근 기관투자가의 투자대상으로서 그 중요성이 커지고 있는 국내 오피스에 대해서 해외 선행연구에서 유의하게 입증된 여러 스타일인자의 유의성을 검정하였다. 검정대상이 된 설명변수에는 지역, 규모(평가금액), 가치성장성(소득자본수익격차), 임대차조건(임차인수, 평균임대차기간, 핵심임차인비중) 등이 포함되었다. 분석자료는 감정평가에 기반한 국토교통부 임대사례조사 DB 중 일부를 이용하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. 우리나라 오피스시장의 경우 스타일인자로서 지역은 여전히 중요한 의미를 가지며, 이와 함께 규모도 유의하게 작용하였다. 단 핵심지역의 대형자산일수록 위험과 수익이 높게 나타나 일반적인 믿음과 차이가 있었는데, 이는 분석기간 동안 서울 3대권역의 대형오피스 가격이 급등했기 때문인 것으로 생각된다. 이러한 현상은 미국의 선행연구에서도 발견되고 있어 지역과 규모의 역할에 대해 신중한 접근이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 가치성장성의 경우 가치성이 클수록 예상한대로 위험과 수익을 낮추는 것으로 나타나 국내에서도 유의한 스타일인자임이 확인되었다. 임대차조건과 관련해서는 임차인수 만이 유의하게 나타났는데, 이 역시 예상대로 임차인 분산이 잘 이루어질수록 위험과 수익이 낮은 것을 알 수 있었다.

This study explores the issue of campus expansion of an urban university using an in-depth case study of New York University in New York City, USA. It investigates the physical pattern and development mechanism of the campus expansion process on a city grid structure. The three elements that characterize NYU's recent campus expansion, are (1) the university's commitment to building a student community around a public open space on a subway network, (2) four types of property acquisition and building development practiced by the university with private developers for space leasing, building renovation and development under changing local development circumstances, and (3) the city's initiative for attracting the private sector whose development activities influence the university's development dynamics. These findings suggest that the expansion planning of an urban university, due to its location in a city, should be placed on a local planning agenda, which can positively contribute to public goals through the collaborative engagement of the private and public sectors.

Today international trade through maritime transportation is significantly increasing. Due to this increase, shipping companies are faced with problems concerning the repositioning of empty containers from import dominant ports. The liner shipping service network has been provided to transport containers which load customers' freights. Container ships are moved on the liner shipping service network by observing the predetermined route and transportation time. This research deals with the empty containers distribution problem considering the container ship route. A mathematical model based on the mixed integer program has been introduced in this study. The objective is to minimize the total relevant costs of empty containers such as handling, leasing, and inventory holding, etc. Due to the complexity of the problem, a genetic algorithm has been suggested to solve large sized problems within a reasonable time. Numerical experiments have been conducted to show the efficiency of the genetic algorithm.

This paper considers a trade-off effect between in-house storage space and leased storage space in generic warehouses operated under a randomized storage assignment policy. The amount of in-house storage space is determined based on the law of large numbers satisfying a given service level of protection against space shortages. Excess space requirement is assumed to be met via leased storage space. A new analytic model is formulated for determining the excess space such that the total cost of storage space is minimized. Finally, computational results are provided for the systems where the standard economic-order-quantity inventory model is used for all items.

Recently, the importance of vibration reduction at the local structure such as tank, deck which attached machinery and compass deck, has continuously increased by owner and shipbuilder. Because crews are afflicted with them and severe vibration problems affect on the crack of structure. This study conducted optimum design to get a stiffener size of local structure to reducing the vibration level and dec leasing the weight of structure in ship. Random tabu search method (R-Tabu) has fast converging time and can search variables size domains for nonlinear problems. This paper used Nastran external call type independence optimization method which makes using a solver module from Nastran.

Switching to organic farming practices in agricultural production reaches the end of the period it takes an average of five years. During this period, agricultural soil management to improve the investment must be sustained. Results of the survey of environment-friendly agricultural lease rates appear to approximately 54.2% lower than agricultural practices. Environmentally friendly agricultural land is leased on a long transition period of the contract cost, many buried incompleteness, uncertainty of contract fulfillment(opportunistic behavior) occurs when the transaction costs. This ultimately can hinder the spread of organic farming. Thus, the qualitative development of organic farming and land leasing in order to minimize transaction costs, should that occur. The alternative 'cooperative long-term lease contract' is a system.

The issue of using information system to ensure competitive power in the market is rising. The outsourcing methods that entrust activities of information system of companies to other expert agencies are increasing as the enterprises make a lot of efforts to put their resources to their heart of business in the process of adopting information system. Recently, ASP (Application Service Provider) as new information technology outsourcing method appears due to development of network technology and spreading of peculating software. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop a certification program to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. This paper provides the safe and reliable certification program for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and then evaluation methodology for ASP certification program is proposed. This paper presents application certification as the part of ASP certification program.

ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop the certification methodology to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. The paper provides the safe and reliable certification methodology for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and the systematic certification methodology of application and service provider(service environment) domains of ASP are provided. A evaluation method for the developed certification methodology is also proposed.
