Recently, research on a smart farm that creates new values by combining information and communication technology(ICT) with agriculture has been actively done. In order for domestic smart farm technology to have productivity at the same level of advanced agricultural countries, automated decision-making using machine learning is necessary. However, current smart greenhouse data collection technologies in our country are not enough to perform big data analysis or machine learning. In this paper, we design and implement a smart greenhouse data preprocessing system for autonomous machine learning. The proposed system applies target data to various preprocessing techniques. And the proposed system evaluate the performance of each preprocessing technique and store optimal preprocessing technique for each data. Stored optimal preprocessing techniques are used to perform preprocessing on newly collected data

Rice is an important food crop for most of the population in Nowadays, psychologists consider social media an important tool to examine mental disorders. Among these disorders, depression is one of the most common yet least cured disease Since abundant of writers having extensive followers express their feelings on social media and depression is significantly increasing, thus, exploring the literary text shared on social media may provide multidimensional features of depressive behaviors: (1) Background: Several studies observed that depressive data contains certain language styles and self-expressing pronouns, but current study provides the evidence that posts appearing with self-expressing pronouns and depressive language styles contain high emotional temperatures. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to examine the literary cyber writers' posts for discovering the symptomatic signs of depression. For this purpose, our research emphases on extracting the data from writers' public social media pages, blogs, and communities; (3) Results: To examine the emotional temperatures and sentences usage between depressive and not depressive groups, we employed the SentiStrength algorithm as a psycholinguistic method, TF-IDF and N-Gram for ranked phrases extraction, and Latent Dirichlet Allocation for topic modelling of the extracted phrases. The results unearth the strong connection between depression and negative emotional temperatures in writer's posts. Moreover, we used Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machines, Random Forest, and Decision Tree algorithms to validate the classification of depressive and not depressive in terms of sentences, phrases and topics. The results reveal that comparing with others, Support Vectors Machines algorithm validates the classification while attaining highest 79% f-score; (4) Conclusions: Experimental results show that the proposed system outperformed for detection of depression trends in literary cyber writers using sentiment analysis.

Most cultural contents currently we face are not suitable for associating with state of arts and high technology as simply providing one-sided learning. Pictures and movies of cultural contents also sees to utilize for efficacy of cultural education. There are still some limitations to draw interest from users when providing one-sided learning for cultural study, which aims to only deliver knowledge itself. In this paper, we propose interactive HMD VR cultural contents that can support more experience to get rid of aforementioned limitations. To this end, we first select quite interesting and wellknown cultural contents from world wide to draw more attention and effect. To increase immersion, presence and interactivity we have used HMD VR and Leapmotion, which intentionally draws more attention to increase interest. The cultural contents also facilitate augmented information as well as puzzle gaming components. To verify, we have carried out a user study as well.

Background Applicants to integrated plastic and reconstructive surgery (PRS) residency in the United States spend exorbitant amounts of time and money throughout the interview process. Outside of first-hand experience through a visiting rotation, applicants utilize various resources in learning about a program. Today's applicants are "Millennials," the demographic cohort raised during the information age and proficient with digital technology. The authors evaluated whether programs have a presence on social media, and whether applicants are following these accounts. Methods An online survey was sent to applicants to a single integrated plastic surgery program evaluating basic demographics, social media utilization, and sources of information accessed throughout the residency application process. A manual search of popular social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter) was performed in October 2019. Accounts affiliated with integrated PRS programs were identified and analyzed. Results Eighty-four of 222 applicants (37.8%) completed the survey. Ninety-six percent of applicants were within the Millennial demographic. Ninety-six percent of applicants had some form of social media presence, with Facebook (90%) and Instagram (87%) being the most popular platforms. Seventy-three percent of applicants reported following a PRS residency social media account. As of October 2019, 59 integrated residency programs (73%) have active Instagram accounts. Conclusions Applicants still rely on the program website when researching potential residencies, but social media is being rapidly adopted by programs. Program social media accounts should be used as a dynamic form of communication to better inform applicants of program strengths and weaknesses.
The elementary and middle school curriculum in Korea has been modified periodically to reach today's 7th national curriculum. Although the intent of each new curriculum was to improve education, lack of proper preparation for teachers and students has not made the new curriculums as effective as it could be. Goodlad et al.(1979) suggested that curriculum should encompass all practices including not only knowledge but all the elements of the curriculum and experiences of the student and teachers. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the actual practices of the current curriculum with focus on the use of instructional media in mathematics teaching and learning. A nationwide curriculum survey was carried out with the Goodlad's curriculum inquiry model as the framework. The result shows that elementary and secondary mathematics teachers used textbook manual (for teachers) and practice books most frequently for their class preparation. In addition to these, mathematics teachers also used manipulatives, visual aids, computers, internet, and calculators in a decreasing order. In general, many mathematics teachers did not use much instructional media in their classes and said that there are not enough effective instructional media to use. However, the teachers have positive attitude toward the educational media that they have used. In this study, we analyzed the survey data regarding educational tools, their use and effects to support the development of a new curriculum model in mathematics for a knowledge-based society.
This paper proposes a method for evaluating the work of manufacturing workers using MediaPipe as a risk factor for musculoskeletal diseases. Recently, musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) caused by repeated working attitudes in industrial sites have emerged as one of the biggest problems in the industrial health field while increasing public interest. The Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency presents tools such as NIOSH Lifting Equations (NIOSH), OWAS (Ovako Working-posture Analysis System), Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), and Rapid Entertainment Assessment (REBA) as ways to quantitatively calculate the risk of musculoskeletal diseases that can occur due to workers' repeated working attitudes. To compensate for these shortcomings, the system proposed in this study obtains the position of the joint by estimating the posture of the worker using the posture estimation learning model of MediaPipe. The position of the joint is calculated using inverse kinetics to obtain an angle and substitute it into the REBA equation to calculate the load level of the working posture. The calculated result was compared to the expert's image-based REBA evaluation result, and if there was a result with a large error, feedback was conducted with the expert again.
Deep-learning based style transfer has recently attracted great attention, because it provides high quality transfer results by appropriately reflecting the high level structural characteristics of images. This paper deals with the problem of providing more stable and more diverse style transfer results of such deep-learning based style transfer method. Based on the investigation of the experimental results from the wide range of hyper-parameter settings, this paper defines the problem of the stability and the diversity of the style transfer, and proposes a partial loss normalization method to solve the problem. The style transfer using the proposed normalization method not only gives the stability on the control of the degree of style reflection, regardless of the input image characteristics, but also presents the diversity of style transfer results, unlike the existing method, at controlling the weight of the partial style loss, and provides the stability on the difference in resolution of the input image.

Since the mitigation of fear of crime significantly enhances the consumptions in a city, studies focusing on urban safety analysis have received much attention as means of revitalizing the local economy. In addition, with the development of computer vision and machine learning technologies, efficient and automated analysis methods have been developed. Previous studies have used global features to predict the safety of cities, yet this method has limited ability in accurately predicting abstract information such as safety assessments. Therefore we used a Convolutional Context Neural Network (CCNN) that considered "context" as a decision criterion to accurately predict safety of cities. CCNN model is constructed by combining a stacked auto encoder with a fully connected network to find the context and use it in the CNN model to predict the score. We analyzed the RMSE and correlation of SVR, Alexnet, and Sharing models to compare with the performance of CCNN model. Our results indicate that our model has much better RMSE and Pearson/Spearman correlation coefficient.
