The purpose of this study is to find out the effect and possibility of instructional design conducted by integrating writing education and community service activities based on service learning. Service learning is a teaching method that encourages students to improve learning and self-development through experience by applying the knowledge they have learned in college to the real life of the community. After the course was operated, the effectiveness of the teaching method investigated and analyzed for the participating university students, beneficiaries of service, and staffs of service organization. As a result of the study, meaningful results in cognitive, affective, and social aspects were presented for university students, and positive effects and high satisfaction were confirmed for beneficiaries of service and staffs. As a teaching methord that considers the growth and development of students from various angles. the quantitative and qualitative performance analysis and research of service learning should be conducted continuously.
In order to survive the competition, companies are developing new knowledge, applying and communicating, and accumulating numerous knowledge management activities. Therefore, it is important to establish and operate an effective knowledge management system to introduce and utilize effective knowledge management. So, the purpose of this study is to confirm the relation between the learning orientation of the organization and the knowledge management which are the main results in the knowledge management. In other words, this study investigated how the knowledge management system of a company affects the learning orientation of the corporate members, so as to be a basis for establishing the direction of knowledge management in the future. This study synthesized theory and previous studies, developed hypotheses and research models, and conducted empirical analysis through questionnaire surveys. This study is analyzed that knowledge management system has a positive effect on learning growth will. In addition, it was confirmed that the knowledge management system has a statistically significant relationship with the intention of internal improvement. Therefore, for the successful operation and management of the support management system, maintenance of the system that can focus on the strategic and appropriate learning model of the organization and the role of the organization member is an important variable. The results of this study are expected to provide meaningful guidance not only in the practical field but also in the study of the organization's knowledge management system.

Appreciative inquiry is applicable to schools to minimize the resistance of the members, and the subject of the school community Forming is suitable for the introduction of an AI program. In this paper, we propose the process of seven steps core learning activities based on systems theory. Today, further education of adults in the UK is one of the developing areas of continuing education. The Open University with distance learning, in the process of which innovative forms and methods based on computer and telecommunication technologies are used, is particularly successful in the organization of additional education of the adult population. The advantages of distance learning, multimedia - the latest information technologies, which provide the combination of graphic images, video, sound with the help of modern computer tools, are noted. The basic principles and forms underlying the technologies and forms of work with the elderly are defined. The international experience of implementing "Universities of the Third Age" is summarized. The most widespread approach in adult education in Great Britain is informational. The use of computer technologies motivates a new paradigm in educational methods and strategies, which requires new approaches, forms of learning, and innovative ways of delivering educational materials to adult learners. Information technologies have gained great popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, online search for information for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a single scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The present school libraries laws should be revised toward the direction of effectiveness and it is possible to revise them after School Library Promotion Acts are constituted in public. All kinds of system and organization can develop only when they attach great importance to people Even though we constitute good laws and have good systems, they can not develop without the support of administrative organizations. They can develop when the administrative organizations have the strong will to develop them and are affectionately interested with them. The article reflects short-term perspectives on the use of information and communication technologies in the training of teachers for higher education. Education is characterized by conservatism, so aspects of systematic development of the industry are relevant to this cluster of social activity. Therefore, forecasting the introduction of innovative elements of ICT training is in demand for the educational environment. Forecasting educational trends are most relevant exactly in the issues of training future teachers of higher education because these specialists are actually the first to implement the acquired professional skills in pedagogical activities. The article aims to consider the existing potential of ICT-based learning, its implementation in the coming years, and promising innovative educational elements that may become relevant for the educational space in the future. The tasks of scientific exploration are to show the optimal formats of synergy between traditional and innovative models of learning. Based on already existing experience, extrapolation of conditions of educational process organization with modeling realities of using information and communication technologies in various learning dimensions should be carried out. Educational trends for the next 3 years are a rather tentative forecast because, as demonstrated by the events associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the socio-cultural space is very changeable. Consequently, the dynamism of the educational environment dictates the need for a value-based awareness of the information society and the practical use of technological advances. Thus, information and communication technologies are a manifestation of innovative educational strategies of today and become an important component along with traditional aspects of educational process organization. Future higher education teachers should develop a training strategy taking into account the expediency of the ICT component.
Background: The efficient knowledge management in hospital organization is generally known as the important activities relevant to employees' knowledge sharing behavior and work performance. This research examined factors affecting employees' knowledge sharing behavior and work performance in top 4 university hospitals. This study is based on individual factors such as incentives, reciprocity, behavioral control, and subjective norms. Also, there are organizational factors such as CEO support, learning climate, IT system, rewards system, and trust. Methods: Data was collected from employees who are working at 3 hospitals university in Seoul and 1 university hospital in Gyeonggi-Do through the self-administered questionnaires. A total of 779 questionnaires were analyzed by PASW SPSS ver. 18.0. (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). Results: The significant variables affecting knowledge sharing behavior are behavioral control (in individual factor) and CEO, IT system, and trust (in organization factor). Also the significant variables affecting work performance are incentives, reciprocity, subjective norms, and behavioral control (in individual factor) and CEO support, IT system, reward system, and trust (in organization factor). Conclusion: The personality and organization characteristics factors is important to improve knowledge sharing behavior and work performance of hospital employees. Therefore, to make more efficient knowledge management is to build and system knowledge sharing culture, system, and leadership and to develop practical strategies.
The purpose of this study is to understand and compare the characteristics of the content organization system of three Environment textbooks currently used, and to examine its connectivity with the teaching & teaming methods included in the Environment subject part of the 7th Korean National Curriculum. For the analysis three Environment textbooks for middle school and their teacher's guide books by three companies. published(A, B, and C) The result of the taxonomic analysis showed that three Environment books had different steps to get to the lesson class unit in the way that A of six steps, B of five steps and C of seven steps. The amount of main text was different In the domains of'Human and Environment','Environmental Problems and its Counter-plan'and'Environmental Conservation'of three textbooks each. All of three textbooks had the biggest percentage in sub-domains of'Living Environment to Keep'and'Global Environmental Problem'in 'Environmental Problems and its Counter-plan'domain. Considering teaching & loaming methods all of three textbooks contained many activities as 55 in A, 66 in H and 91 in C. Among 9 teaching 8E teaming methods and others listed in the Environment subject part of the 7th Korean National Curriculum, the investigation method is most frequently used in all of three textbooks. The drama, the paly and the case study were used rarely as teaching & teaming methods in activities In the consideration of the content amount regarding academic fields, it was revealed that three textbooks overemphasized the aspect of natural sciences comparing the aspect of human & social sciences aspect as a whole. Generally the appendix section of all three textbooks were well organized to support the teaching and teaming activities in main text.
This study analyzes the characteristics of elementary math gifted classes through the development and application of teaching and learning materials. We used the guided reinvention methods including quasi-experiential perspectives. To this end, the applicability of Lakatos' quasi-empirical mathematical philosophy in elementary mathematics was examined, and the criteria for the development of teaching and learning materials for gifted students were presented, and then this study was conducted in this theoretical background. The subjects of the study were 21 elementary students at P University's Institute of Science and Gifted Education, and non-face-to-face real-time classes were conducted. Classes were divided into introduction, deployment1, deployment2, organization stages, and in each stage, small group cooperative learning was conducted based on group activities, and in this process, the characteristics of elementary mathematics gifted were analyzed. As a result of the study, elementary mathematics gifted students did not clearly present the essence of justification in the addition algorithm of fractions, but presented various interpretations of 'wrong' mathematics. They also showed their ingenuity in the process of spontaneously developing 'wrong' mathematics. On the other hand, by taking interest in new mathematics starting from 'wrong' mathematics, negative perceptions about it could be improved positively. It is expected that the development of teaching and learning materials dealing with various and original topics for the gifted students in elementary school will proceed through follow-up research.
The influence factors on the development of information technology(IT) infrastructure for knowledge management(KM) were not empirically investigated and identified. This study empirically examines the relationships among strategic performance measurement systems(SPMS), organizational learning, the strategic alignment of business strategy with information systems(IS) strategy, which is the necessary condition to provide the kinds of knowledge required for the successful realization of business strategy, and the active construction of IT infrastructure for KM. This study demonstrates that SPMS directly affects the organizational learning, with which the members of an organization acquire the types of knowledge about strategic goals or objectives and the ways attaining these goals, and indirectly influences the IS strategic alignment through organizational learning. Thus, the alignment between business strategy and IS strategy can be facilitated and activated by the adoption and implementation of SPMS. According to the results of this study, it is observed that the IS strategic alignment and organizational learning positively affect the activation of the development of KM IT infrastructure in a firm. The results of this study also shows that the construction of KM IT infrastructure, which supports the realization of KM activities, such as knowledge creation, transfer and sharing, can enhance the strategic position of a firm, and the intensified competitiveness of a firm can lead to the improvement of performance.
