Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose supply chain management efficiency by analyzing moderating effect on the training support project in small and midium-sized enterprise. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using multi?regression analysis. The measurement tools used for this study were divided into three dimensions such as personal characteristics, supportive environment and training effect. Results: The results of this study are as follows; first, it was found that the effects of personal characteristics and supportive environment were significant on training effect. Second, significant differences were found between supply chain management active group and inactive group. Third, moderating effect of supply chain manage efficiency was found between variables. Conclusion: SME supporting project in training program needs supply chain management efficiency for training effect. Supply chain management needs to be promoted in SMEs not only for performance but also for their workplace learning and learning culture.

This study analyzed with the case analysis of a series of processes from job analysis survey. And results analysis, and academic achievement in order to transform the curriculum of existing courses into the curriculum of NCS-based courses. Also this study analysed of the existing curriculum. Also analyzed the trend of workforce trends and needs of the broadcasting content industry. Through a needs analysis for the industry and alumni and students, video graphics, video editing and video directing were selected. In this paper, it dealt mainly with respect to the video graphics in a dual job. Modeling capability into the unit through a job analysis, animation, effects and lighting were chosen accordingly based introduction of 3D Graphics. Application of 3D Graphics were derived two courses and selected profiles and performance criteria. This training according to the NCS curriculum for students was evaluated based on the student's job was to investigate the learning ability. Academic achievement were the result satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to develop and implement web-based parental education programs applicable for the parents of young children in Korea. The results of this study were as follows. First, the parents of the young children recognized the importance of parental education, but were unable to participate in face-to-face parental education programs. However, they welcomed the possibility of participating in web-based parental education programs. Second, to develop web-based parental education programs, the parents' needs should be assessed and preliminary content analysis based on the previous works and subject specialists' opinions should be conducted. In addition, results of research about web-based education programs in various fields, especially about teaching-learning methods in web-based education for adult learners, should be considered in the process of developing web-based programs for the parents of young children. Third, various types of needs and demands should be assessed during the step-by-step program application periods and at the end of the program implementation. Finally, the parents who participated and assessed the web-based parental education program in this study were generally satisfied with the content and teaching-learning methods.

The aim of this study is to design a Real-time video Korean curriculum. Curriculum using real-time video, which is a variant of distance learning, teaches Korean to students studying in distant places through real-time video communication program. This is expected to supplement the lack of interaction in existing video classes and enable online simultaneous interaction, while increasing learning opportunities for Korean language students living in distance places. To find out the needs of the subjects for the curriculum design, this study conducted a one-on-one interview with 9 female married immigrants who are enrolled in the Cyber University which is opening a curriculum later. According to the survey, the students answered that they have a high intention of attending classes if the lack of interaction in existing distance classes are supplemented. Therefore, we could confirm the demand of a curriculum consisting of an overall real-time video education and multilateral individual connection. Also, we found out that there is a demand in performance rather than comprehension and a high demand for detailed feedback from the teacher. The result shows that the curriculum needs to establish performance-oriented contents to progress to an advanced level Korean Language, and include a study plain comprising of real-time interaction.

Infants express their physical and emotional needs to the outside world mainly through crying. However, most of parents find it challenging to understand the reason behind their babies' cries. Failure to correctly understand the cause of a baby' cry and take appropriate actions can affect the cognitive and motor development of newborns undergoing rapid brain development. In this paper, we propose an infant cry recognition system based on deep transfer learning to help parents identify crying babies' needs the same way a specialist would. The proposed system works by transforming the waveform of the cry signal into log-mel spectrogram, then uses the VGGish model pre-trained on AudioSet to extract a 128-dimensional feature vector from the spectrogram. Finally, a softmax function is used to classify the extracted feature vector and recognize the corresponding type of cry. The experimental results show that our method achieves a good performance exceeding 0.96 in precision and recall, and f1-score.

The diversity of students is getting increased in the contemporary classroom. To deal with the diversity, differentiated instruction (DI) should be considered as a way of providing alternative approaches to content, process and product according to the students' readiness, interest, and learning needs. Teachers have problems and difficulties in supporting different student's needs. In fact, teachers need proven tools including framework, guidelines or computing systems to help to practice DI in real context. According to the activity theory, tools influence on how people act and think and even their social practice, playing a crucial role in mediating the activities with people. In DI practice, there are also some studies about physical and abstract tools, but they have been not widely utilized by teachers in real schools. It means that more innovative tool to promote DI might be required. Therefore, to design a better tool to mediate the DI activities with teacher, case studies were conducted. In order to elicit the design implications, two physical and two abstract tools for DI practice were analyzed as case studies. Through the analysis of the case studies, eight design implications better to facilitate DI practice were suggested. This study has implications in suggesting design guidelines for teachers' tools to facilitate their DI practice by analyzing case studies in DI practices for an innovative tool in the educational practice.

In this paper, we develop an AI-based recommendation system that matches the specifications of smartphones from company 'S'. The system aims to simplify the complex decision-making process of consumers and guide them to choose the smartphone that best suits their daily needs. The recommendation system analyzes five specifications of smartphones (price, battery capacity, weight, camera quality, capacity) to help users make informed decisions without searching for extensive information. This approach not only saves time but also improves user satisfaction by ensuring that the selected smartphone closely matches the user's lifestyle and needs. The system utilizes unsupervised learning, i.e. clustering (K-MEANS, DBSCAN, Hierarchical Clustering), and provides personalized recommendations by evaluating them with silhouette scores, ensuring accurate and reliable grouping of similar smartphone models. By leveraging advanced data analysis techniques, the system can identify subtle patterns and preferences that might not be immediately apparent to consumers, enhancing the overall user experience. The ultimate goal of this AI recommendation system is to simplify the smartphone selection process, making it more accessible and user-friendly for all consumers. This paper discusses the data collection, preprocessing, development, implementation, and potential impact of the system using Pandas, crawling, scikit-learn, etc., and highlights the benefits of helping consumers explore the various options available and confidently choose the smartphone that best suits their daily lives.

자기결정이론에서는 기본적인 욕구 - 자율성, 능력감, 유대감 - 를 충족시켜주는 사회적 환경에서 성장한 청소년들에게 자기 결정력이 발달하여 공부의 효율성이 높아지고 이에 따라 삶에 대한 만족감이 증가한다고 본다. 본 연구는 자기결정이론의 이런 주장이 한국 청소년에게도 적용되는지 알아보기 위해 학습장면에서 동기가 형성되고 작동하는 경로를 추적해보았다. 연구 결과, 한국 청소년들에게 자기결정이론은 부분적으로 부합했다. 기본적인 욕구가 충족되면 자기결정력이 발달하고, 자기결정력이 발달하면 학업성취도가 향상되며, 학업성취도가 높아지면 주관적 삶의 질이 높아지는 경향이 있었다. 이는 학업 성취도를 향상시키기 위해서는 자율성을 촉진하는 동시에 타율성을 억제하고 공부에 대한 걱정, 불안감, 경쟁심, 죄책감, 수치심 등을 완화시키는 전략이 필요함을 함의한다. 그러나 주관적 삶의 질에 미치는 자기결정력의 영향은 미미하였고 학업성취도의 영향은 거의 없었다. 즉, 한국에서는 스스로 공부하고, 성적이 좋은 학생들의 삶의 질이 그렇지 않은 학생들에 비해 더 나은 것은 아니었다. 한국 청소년의 삶의 질, 학업성취도 및 학습동기를 향상시키기 위해서 이들은 부모, 교사, 친구들과 좋은 관계를 유지하고, 능력감을 맛보며, 자율적인 삶을 살 필요가 있어 보인다.

적응적 학습 시스템은 학습자의 학습 요구에 따라서 학습 자료를 적응적으로 제공해주는 시스템을 의미한다. 적응적 학습 시스템은 전문가 모델, 수업 모델, 학습자 모델로 구성되어있다. 전문가 모델은 가르치는 정보를 저장하고 있다. 학습자 모델은 학생들의 학습 정보와 학습 이력에 대한 데이터를 저장한다. 수업 모델은 실제 학습자에게 필요한 학습 자료를 제공해주는 모델이다. 본 논문에서는 학습자 프로파일 정보를 통하여 학습자 모델을 구성하였으며, 동적 시나리오 구축을 통하여 수업 모델을 구성하였다. 이후 학습자의 프로파일 정보 기반의 동적 시나리오를 구축해줌으로써 학습자에게 적응적으로 학습 콘텐츠를 제공해주는 시스템을 개발하였다. 마지막으로 시스템에 대한 만족도 결과는 88%로 높은 만족도를 보였다.

이 연구는 이전 연구들을 중심으로 하여 가정교육에 있어서 지역사회 연계 체험학습과 관련된 기초적인 정보를 제공하고, 또한 인지적 관심을 향상시키는 것에 목적을 둔다. 가정교육 전문가들은 개인과 가족들과 관련된 지역사회의 요구를 인지하고 있음에도 불구하고, 가정과 교육과 관련된 지역사회 연계 체험학습에 관한 연구나 교수학습 방법에 대해서는 거의 언급하지 않았다. 이 연구는 다음과 같은 세 가지의 연구문제를 가지고 이전연구들을 분석하여 그 답을 얻고자 노력하였다. 첫째, 지역사회 연계 체험학습의 교육적 의미는 무엇인가? 둘째, 가정과 교육에서 지역사회 연계된 체험학습을 어떻게 개념화할 것인가? 세 번째, 지역사회 연계 체험학습을 가정과 교육에 어떻게 적용시킬 수 있을 것인가? 더불어 이 연구는 지역사회 연계 체험학습을 가정과 교육에 적용하기 위한 구체적인 전략들과 향후 가정교육 연구와 실천을 위한 제언들을 함께 제시하고 있다.
