생태 감사를 이용한 지속가능한 학교 에너지 관리 방안 연구 (A Study of Sustainable Energy Management through the Application of the Eco-Audit)

  • The purpose of this study is to devise proper plans for sustainable energy management in schools through applying school eco-audit to energy field. This study is performed by literature review and the analysis of case study. This study analyzes the energy-saving model school according to the three cores of eco-audit such as school administration system, teaching-learning method, and ecological policy, and the result of the study is as followings. First, according to the analysis of school administration system for energy education programs, the participation of all the school staff is very low, and the democratic decision-making system is unsatisfactory. Second, according to the analysis of teaching-learning method, the program is mainly managed by teacher-oriented method not by learner-oriented one. The effect on the education of energy-saving program is a little improved in cognitive area, but is insufficient in affective area. Third, in the aspect of the ecological policy, the practical energy-saving effect in schools is unsatisfactory, and shows the difficulty of continuing application of the program. Consequently, it is desirable to integrate the energy-saving program with the eco-audit for sustainable energy management in schools. Implementation of the energy eco-audit in schools for the sustainable development education as teaching-learning method could achieve extended effect for the earth environmental conservation.

실사용에 의한 학습효과가 컴퓨터 시스템의 수용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Influence of Usage Learning Effect for Computer System Acceptance)

  • The benefits of information technology cannot be obtained unless potential users utilize it for their work. This led to a lot of research works on computer system acceptance. But most of the works address the early stage of system introduction, leaving the learning effect on system acceptance unexplored. In this longitudinal study, two groups of novice and experienced users have been empirically investigated and compared for their acceptance of computer system and for the learning effect of actual usage. A research model based on the technology acceptance theory has been proposed and applied to the two groups. The result shows that the factor job relevance gets more important and the effect of user training on system acceptance diminishes as time passes. This finding may help introducing computer systems which can be easily accepted by users over the whole life cycle period of computer systems.

  • 전 세계적으로 에너지 사용량이 증가함에 따라 지구온난화와 같은 환경문제가 초래되었으며, 이에 각국은 협정·협약을 통한 에너지 산업의 탈탄소화와 함께 화석 에너지를 신재생에너지로 빠르게 전환 중이다. 발전량이 급변하는 신재생에너지 보급 확대에 따라 효율적인 에너지 관리의 필요성이 대두되는 한편, AI 기술이 발전함에 따라 에너지 관리 분야와 결합한 AI 기반 빌딩 에너지 관리 시스템(Building Energy Management System, BEMS)의 연구 및 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 강화학습 기법중 Multi-Armed Bandit(MAB) 알고리즘을 활용하여 빌딩 각 방의 조명시스템 전력사용량을 효율적으로 관리함과 동시에 사용자들의 불쾌지수를 최소화할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안하고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능을 검증한다.

  • 사회의 변화에 따라 교육현장도 급격하게 발전하고 있다. 1996년 9월 1일 교수학습사이트인 에듀넷 시스템을 개발 보급한 이래 교수학습지원센터, 사이버가정학습 시스템을 비롯하여 진단처방시스템, 화상강의 및 상담시스템, 학력관리시스템을 지속하여 개발하였으나 상호 연계성이 부족하여 교육수요자들에게 큰 호응을 얻지 못하였다. 이는 여러 가지 원인이 있으나 새로운 변화를 예측하거나 비전을 제시하기보다 그 때마다 새로 구축하여 연속성이나 지속성을 고려하지 못한 결과이다. 스마트교육에 적합한 시스템은 독립된 시스템을 단순한 통합로그인에 의한 시스템보다 가장 기본이 되는 데이터베이스시스템에 빅데이터 개념을 도입, 다양한 데이터를 유용한 정보로 분석 가공하여 교육수요자에게 제공한 시스템으로 통합이 이루어 져야하며, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시스템이 단순한 파일을 관리하고 응용프로그램을 제공하는 시스템이 아니라 다양한 형태의 콘텐츠와 데이터를 관리하고 제공할 수 있는 형태로 구축하여야 한다.

조직의 지식창출에 대한 학습조직의 구조적 특성 및 학습자 특성의 효과 : 인지된 조직지원의 조절효과 (The Effects of Learning Organization, Learner's Characteristics on Organizational Knowledge Creation: The Role of Perceived Organizational Support as A Moderator)

  • This paper is aimed at investigating the influence of the learning organization's structural characteristics, learner's characteristics, and perceived organizational support (POS) on organizational knowledge creation. also the POS is tested as a moderator on the relationship between learner's characteristics including learning goal orientation and learning self-efficacy and organizational knowledge creation. the results are as follows. for main effect hypotheses, both connecting the organization to its environment and establishing systems to capture and share learning system representing learning organization's structural characteristics have significant positive impact on organizational knowledge creation. the POS also has a significant impact on organizational knowledge creation. However, learning goal orientation and learning self-efficacy have not significant impact on organizational knowledge creation. for moderating effect hypothesis, POS moderates the relationship between learning goal orientation and organizational knowledge creation, which means if the POS is high then learning goal orientation has more significant positive impact on it. Based on our findings, we conclude that structural characteristics of learning organization provide organizations with an opportunity of knowledge creation. in particular, interconnectedness of organization with environment and organizational knowledge sharing systems determine the ways of behaving that are related to learning within organizations. however, learner's characteristics did not have a significant effect on organizational knowledge creation, which could be interpreted due to the fact that employees are not motivated to create new knowledge if they are rarely required to involve challenging works, generate new knowledge, or share preexisted knowledge with others.

  • Today, universities in Korea give a great effort to complement basic college scholastic ability of freshman. Maybe it could be unnecessary effort from university. However, we cannot just leave students who have poor academic performance about 10 to 30% in a university. Universities have to prepare to solve this problem. Thus government and universities investigate a lot of efforts but there is no guarantee. As a result, e-learning could be the best solution to complement poor academic performance of freshman and it also could be the best way to reduce financial burden of university. So, many universities introduce e-learning system and they also support professors to make e-learning content. We need to promote content usage and to improve overall operations. In this paper, we discuss poor academic performance problems under the current middle and high school education systems and review approaches to solve these problems. From this analysis, we propose the design of an effective e-learning system and a method of operation to complement students who achieve poor academic performance.

  • 모바일 학습 콘텐츠 구현은 IT와 관광을 융합하는 IT관광 융합 학문이다. 학습의 효과를 증대하기 위해서 모바일 학습 콘텐츠를 학습 모듈별로 분류한다. 본 논문은 u-스마트 관광정보2.0 시스템을 제안한다. 모바일 학습 콘텐츠 구현은 IT 관광 융합인 u-스마트 관광정보2.0 시스템을 이용한다. 이것은 디자인 패턴과 XML를 융합하여 학습자에게 재미와 흥미를 준다. 이것은 국가 직무 능력 표준구조로 학습자들의 디자인 패턴으로 나뉘어 학습 모듈별로 수업진행이 최대 장점이다. 그 결과 학습자 출석률이 향상되며 더욱 좋은 학습효과가 나왔다. 다른 장점은 관광정보 콘텐츠 정보품질에 맞는 모바일 학습 콘텐츠를 생성하고 관광정보콘텐츠를 실시간으로 학습 할 수 있다. 또한 모바일 학습 콘텐츠 구현은 향후 국가 직무 능력 표준 학습에 많은 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

지식근로자의 공유인지와 팀 효과성의 관계 (The Relation with Shared Cognition for Knowledge Worker and Team Effectiveness)

  • Attention has been focused recently on the concept of shared cognition which encompasses the notion that effective team members hold knowledge that is overlapping and complementary with teammates. This shared cognition is expected to improve team effectiveness. In contrast to the continued efforts in developing theoretical approach of shared cognition, empirical studies are meager. Thus, we conducted an empirical study to investigate the role of shared cognition on team effectiveness. This study classifies shared cognition into two types, team mental model and transactive memory system, by shared meaning. A total of 121 new product development teams in the IT industry were surveyed for the data collection. The results of analysis can be summarized as follows: first, team mental model has a positive influence on team performance, team innovative behavior and team learning effect. And the relation with team mental model and team performance is moderated by the similarity of knowledge structure among the expert. Second, transactive memory system has a positive influence on team performance, team innovative behavior and team learning effect.

Also uses a studying contents standard metadata and about the contents storage space analyzes and plans the core property which uses MDA automatic tools leads and under developing boil e-Learning System will be able to provide the contents which does in actual professor own necessity.
