Cyber education system service is in the field of software service which is highlighted after the latter half of 1990'. But the progress of this service is impeded by the lack of back office which contributes to the evaluation of learning achievement and the management of learning progress. This article points out the problem of current back office which is the most important in the cyber education system, and focuses on the new intelligent learning achievement evaluation module. First, we define the cause and effect between the learning stages using by fuzzy implication which is the important part of fuzzy theory. Next, we suggest the model which generates the results of the learning achievement evaluation. This model, suggested by this article, may contribute to the development of the cyber education system by improving the current on-line education service.

In this paper, the system is implemented in four ways , For those who want to learn Chinese characters using the internet, and To make the learning more interesting and entertaining. Four different learning methods have been provided , using the transition process of Chinese characters, games, animations, and an illustration of the relationships between Chinese Characters and korean letters. The subjects of the evaluation were freshmen polled about the Chinese character learning system. The evaluation methods are : the validity of the research content is evaluated using the Cronbach's coefficient alpha and the performance of the system is evaluated by F-type of Analysis of variance.

본 논문에서는 웹을 이용한 교사와 학생간의 수학 학습평가 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 학습 평가시스템은 학습자가 학습내용을 충분히 이해하고 학습한 내용을 진단하여 평가에 응하게 함으로써 자기주도적인 보충학습이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하였고 한글을 이용하여 웹 상에서 평가문항의 제작이 가능하도록 하였다. 이러한 웹 기반 수학학습사이트와 평가시스템을 통해 학습자들은 자기주도적인 학습활동과 다양한 문제를 접할 수 있고 정답과 함께 즉각적인 피드백이 제공됨으로서 학습내용에 대한 이해부족 문제 등을 개선할 수 있도록 하였다.

This study aims to design and implement a learning evaluation system using .NET which is developed by Microsoft. .NET technology supports higher processing speed than ASP technology. The learning evaluation system is based on the web, consists of administrator module, questioner module and student module. The functions of the system, i.e., providing test questions, performing test, and evaluating result of test are achieving on the web in real time. Even when many users use this system, the system is stable and has a speed response time.

본 논문에서는 기존의 LCMS에서 사용되는 평가시스템에 퍼지 추론 규칙을 이용한 적응형 퍼지평가시스템(AFES ; Adaptie Fuzzy Evaluation System)을 제안한다. AFES 는 학습자가 하나의 학습코스(learning course)에 들어가기 전에 퍼지진단평가(fuzzy diagnostic evealuation)를 통해 학습자에게 코스수준(course level)을 부여한다. 학습자는 코스수준에 따른 맞춤식 학습경로(learning path)로 학습을 종료한 후, 퍼지최종평가(fuzzy final evaluation)를 통해 최종성적(final grade)을 AFES 으로부터 부여 받는다. AFES의 가장 큰 특징은 최종성적의 점수 부여 규칙에 있는데, 만약 서로 다른 학습자가 동일한 문제 수에 대하여 같은 수의 정답을 냈더라도, AFES 는 125 가지 퍼지 추론 규칙(fuzzy reasoning rule)에 의거하여 탄력적으로 서로 다른 최종성적을 학습자에게 부여한다.

인터넷 기술의 발달로 인하여 웹 기반 학습이 증가추세에 있다. 웹 환경에서 학습도 전통적인 학습과 마찬가지로 학습 내용과 더불어 학습한 과정이나 결과에 대한 평가도 포함되어야 진정한 교육의 과정(Process)이 완성된다고 할 수 있다. 현재까지 웹 기반 학습의 평가는 학습의 결과나 지식 이해 위주의 평가가 주를 이루고 있으며 평가 결과에 대한 적절한 피드백이 제공되지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습자가 웹 기반 학습을 하는 과정에 평가를 할 수 있도록 하였으며 즉각적인 피드백의 제공으로 학습자가 자기주도적인 학습을 해 나가는데 도움을 주도록 하였다. 즉, 교사가 작성한 문제를 문제은행화하여 데이타베이스에 저장하고 주제어, 학년, 학기, 단원별 검색이 가능하도록 하였으며 각 문제마다 정답과 오답에 대한 피드백을 줄 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 학습자는 학습을 해 나가면서 문제를 풀고 즉각적인 피드백을 제공받음으로써 문제 해결에 도움을 주며 학습의 동기를 유발하여 웹을 통한 교수 학습의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

The purpose of the research is to analyze the status and problems of the e-Learning quality assurance system on e-Learning contents and service provider(institutes) in the field of enterprise education. In addition, the research is to suggest the direction and strategies for revising and developing the system. The research put emphasis on two systems of the e-Learning quality assurance(contents, service provider) which directly influence financial support of government. This study depended mostly on literature review, supplemented by expert panel meetings. In the case of the quality assurance system on e-Learning contents, the followings are suggested; (1)admitting the contents made of the combination of modules in the approved module set, (2)making easier the qualifying of modified contents for maintenance, (3)revising evaluation criteria, (4)providing substantial feedback. In the field of service provider, the followings are requested; (1)differentiating of qualifying system by industry and scale of company, (2)extending the qualifying cycle, (3)improving the feedback and sharing system.

지금까지 이러닝 소프트웨어 평가에 관한 다양한 연구가 진행되었으나 관련 표준에 따라 체계화된 형태가 아닌 연구자의 시각에서 제시된 분류에 따라 주관적인 평가 기준을 구성하고 있다. 또한 소프트웨어 평가 관련 표준도 실질적인 활용을 위해 지속적으로 보완되고 있으므로 이에 부합하는 평가 기준의 마련을 통해 평가 근거의 확보 및 체계화가 절실하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러닝 소프트웨어의 품질평가 기준을 구축하기 위해 소프트웨어 제품평가 표준인 ISO/IEC 25000 시리즈의 품질특성 중 사용성에 관한 체계를 근간으로 하고 이러닝 소프트웨어의 품질 요구사항을 분석하고 체계화하여 사용성의 부특성에 따른 평가 기준을 구축하였다. 본 평가 기준은 지속적으로 변화하는 관련 최신 표준화 동향을 반영한 이러닝 소프트웨어 평가기준을 구축하여 실질적인 활용도를 제고했다는 점에서 차별화된다. 향후 이러닝 소프트웨어의 품질평가 및 인증에 효과적인 활용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문은 공학교육과정에서 사용되는 캡스톤디자인 교과목에 대한 평가체계의 개발 사례를 소개한다. 캡스톤디자인은 대학 과정에서 배운 전문지식을 종합적으로 활용하여, 산업현장의 문제를 분석하고 해결책을 설계하는 교과목이다. 본 논문에서는 캡스톤디자인 교과목과 관련된 기존의 평가 요소, 평가 방법 및 절차를 설명한다. 이를 기반으로 개발된 캡스톤디자인 평가체계를 소개한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 캡스톤디자인 교과목의 학습성과 평가체계는 타대학의 캡스톤디자인 교과목 운영 시 일부 참고될 수 있으며, 산학이 연계된 교육 및 인턴 프로그램 개발 시 평가체계 설계를 위해서도 사용될 수 있다.

본 연구는 교수자와 학습자들이 소유하고 있는 여러 장치들을 활용한다는 개념을 이용하여 스마트러닝 환경을 지원할 수 있는 학습자 평가시스템을 개발하여 수업에 적용하였다. 또한, 인터페이스, 상호작용, 애플리케이션, 기술지원, 평가 영역을 통해 학습자의 만족도를 분석하였다. 개발된 시스템은 태블릿 PC와 스마트폰용 애플리케이션 프로그램, 프로젝터를 지원하는 전자교탁용 프로그램, 서버 프로그램으로 구성된다. 수업자료 및 학습자에 대한 평가, 피드백 자료는 모두 서버에 저장되며, 학습자는 이를 이용하여 스마트폰, 데스크탑 PC를 통해 학습하거나 수업에 대한 피드백을 실시간 받을 수 있게 하였다. 제안된 시스템을 이용할 경우 학습자의 학업성취도와 학습에 대한 흥미를 높일 수 있음을 보이고 있다.
