ICT의 발달과 함께 데이터의 양은 증가하고, 저장하고 처리하는 기술은 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업, 공공장소 등에서 중요 데이터 유출 방지를 위하여 실시간 파일 복사 유출 방지 시스템에 관해 연구한다. 연구 방법으로는 데이터 유출 사례와 문제점을 분석한 뒤 데이터 유출 방지를 위해 실시간으로 이벤트를 감지하는 시스템을 제안한다. 파일 유출 방지 시스템은 기존 EDLP 시스템과 비교 분석하며 제안하는 시스템은 부하를 줄이며 이벤트를 탐지한다. 향후 연구로는 네트워크 및 다양한 경로를 통한 유출 방지에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

The current technology drain at small and medium-sized enterprises in Korea is very serious. According to the National Intelligence Service's survey data, 69 percent of technology leaks are made through employees of small and medium-sized enterprises. A document security system was introduced to compensate for the problem. However, small and medium-sized enterprises are not doing well due to their poor environment. Therefore, it proposes a document security system suitable for small businesses by developing a location information machine learning system that automatically creates a document security Green Zone through learning, and an ECM-based electronic document leakage prevention system that manages generated Green Zone information by reflecting it into the document authority system. And step by step, propose a universal solution through cloud services..

중소기업들은 산업기술 유출방지에 필요성을 인식하여 많은 예산을 들여 정보보호 시스템을 구축하고 있으나, 정보보호 전담조직을 구성하여 통합적인 정보보호 관리체계에 따라 일관성 있는 정보보호 시스템을 구축하지 못하고 특정시스템의 단발성 도입이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업 산업기술 유출현황 조사결과를 바탕으로 대기업과 차별된 중소기업 산업기술 유출방지를 위한 정보보호 관리체계를 설계하고 하였다. 세부적으로 중소기업 산업기술 유출현황 및 취약점 등에 관한 사례를 분석하여 정리하고, 델파이 방법을 적용하여 중소기업 산업기술 유출방지 관리체계를 설계한 다음 이에 대한 적합성을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 활용하여 중소기업은 적정한 정보보호 투자수준을 산정하고 이에 대한 통제도구를 개발할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근 산업 보안 정책에도 불구하고 기업의 내부 정보 유출이 심각하게 증가하여 산업별로 정보 유출 방지 대책을 수립하는 것이 필수적이다. 대부분의 정보 유출은 외부 공격이 아닌 내부자에 의해 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동식 저장매체 및 네트워크를 통한 기밀 파일 유출방지를 위한 실시간 내부 정보 유출 방지 시스템을 구현하였다. 또한, 기업 내의 정보 로그 데이터의 저장 및 분석을 위해 Hadoop 기반 사용자 행동 분석 및 통계시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 제안한 시스템은 HDFS에 대량의 데이터를 저장하고 RHive를 사용하여 데이터 처리 기능을 개선함으로써 관리자가 기밀 파일 유출 시도를 인식하고 분석할 수 있도록 하였다. 구현한 시스템은 이동식 데이터 매체와 네트워크를 통해 기업 내부로의 기밀 파일 유출로 인한 피해를 줄이는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

화학물질을 취급하는 중 소업체의 경우 누출 사고 시 자동화 시스템이 갖춰진 안전장치에 의한 방재체계가 아닌 근로자에 의한 긴급 방재가 주로 이루어져 인명 환경피해 등의 발생 가능성이 높다. 본 연구는 이러한 한계점을 개선하기 위해 화학물질 취급공정 중 누출 사고 발생 빈도에 따라 누출 예상지점에 선별적으로 쉽게 탈 부착이 가능한 긴급 확산방재시스템에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 통해 사고대응이 상대적으로 취약한 중소기업의 화학사고를 시스템적으로 예방하여 화학물질 누출사고에 의한 인명, 환경피해를 방지할 수 있다.

The purpose of a data leakage prevention system is to protect corporate information assets. The system monitors the packet exchanges between internal systems and the Internet, filters packets according to the data security policy defined by each company, or discretionarily deletes important data included in packets in order to prevent leakage of corporate information. However, the problem arises that the system may monitor employees' personal information, thus allowing their privacy to be violated. Therefore, it is necessary to find not only a solution for detecting leakage of significant information, but also a way to minimize the leakage of internal users' personal information. In this paper, we propose two models for representing the level of personal information disclosure during data leakage detection. One model measures only the disclosure frequencies of keywords that are defined as personal data. These frequencies are used to indicate the privacy violation level. The other model represents the context of privacy violation using a private data matrix. Each row of the matrix represents the disclosure counts for personal data keywords in a given time period, and each column represents the disclosure count of a certain keyword during the entire observation interval. Using the suggested matrix model, we can represent an abstracted context of the privacy violation situation. Experiments on the privacy violation situation to demonstrate the usability of the suggested models are also presented.

Leakage would happen because of the damage of high temperature and high-pressure valve in nuclear power plant. condition based prevention maintenance is essential by using the suitable method based on local condition. Energy loss prevention can prevent from an accurate test, Local actually and ability. The methods of test for high energy fluid leakage at present are analysis of ${\Delta}$T, AE(Acoustic Emission) analysis, and thermal image. The result for test of AC (Main steam) system in YNG 2 Unit reveals that the AE occurred clearly in leakage situation, but thermal image didn't occur. It is identified that leakage is occurred when the orifice located front and back of valve operates. It shows that making a impatient judgment by using the single method if it is leakage is containing uncertainty. So I think that using the Multi-Measuring method is more sound judgment than Single-Measuring method.

In this paper, we study from of flowing leakage current in electrical installation. Leakage current is expressed by a resistivity leakage current($I_{gr}$), a capacitive leakage current($I_{gc}$), an inductivity leakage current($I_{gl}$). General Zero Phase Current Transformer (ZCT) detect a leakage current($I_{g}$) that are conjoined resistivity leakage current and capacitive leakage current. In case $I_{gr}$ is big than $I_{gc}$, there is no singular problem in leakage current detection of system. But, in case $I_{gc}$ is big than $I_{gr}$, earth leakage breaker can not prevent accident effectively. Can lower electric leakage perception current to 5 mA if apply resistivity leakage current detecting circuit. We can achieve prevention of electricity disaster spontaneously.

Residential apartment underground structures are being utilized for many purposes such as parking lots, community centers, fitness centers, etc. for efficient use of space. However, there are increasing problems of leakage due to various environmental and deterioration conditions. This paper proposes the development of an information network system which can serve as a base to provide solutions, alternatives and technical information for leakage prevention and effective design at the beginning of the construction stage.

올 들어 카드3사를 비롯한 개인금융정보 유출 사건이 끊임없이 발생되고 있다. 이는 개인정보의 암호화 미비와 인적 보안의 태만 등 원칙을 지키지 않은데 그 원인이 있다. 또 유출된 불법정보를 활용해 영업을 하는 모집인들이 수요처로 작용하는 것도 유출 원인중 하나로 분석되고 있다. 정보 유출은 개인에게는 정신적 피해와 함께 2차 피해를 줄 수 있으며 해당 금융사에는 영업 손실을 가져올 뿐만이 아니라 신뢰성을 악화시키고 나아가 지금까지 쌓아온 신용사회의 근간을 무너뜨릴 수 있다는 점에서 철저한 재발방지가 요구된다. 이에 정부에서는 사후제재강화와 개인정보 수집 보유 제공 제한을 골자로 하는 금융분야 정보유출 방지 종합대책을 발표하기에 이르렀고 국회에서는 관련법 개정안 심의가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개인정보유출의 원인을 분석하고 정부 대책의 실효성에 대해 따져보고 정보유출방지를 위한 개선방안을 모색해 본다.
