In this paper, we propose a Recently, the use of Smart phones surge in youth the youth are becoming a big addiction social problems Mobile Messenger. The prevalence of Smart phones is Mobile Messenger, access time, spatial constraints for assured. As a result, pc room, with a focus on traditional Internet addiction is to be reduced, whereas with a focus on Mobile Messenger Smartphone addiction level is rapidly on the rise. Korea information agency of Internet addiction and mobile addiction risk appeared to be well over 10 percent of the rate of 35% is gaming and mobile addiction unfolds exemplifies the seriousness of Messenger. Addiction is the individual's psychosocial problems such as negative consequences can result, causing the addiction, because it is necessary for an understanding of the mechanism. In this study, Mobile Messenger, the leading factors affecting the addiction said. Mobile Messenger is a major factor causing the addiction habit and consider the user's satisfaction. And social relations and the formation of plougastel Wu Mobile Messenger and its impact on the cause of addiction.

This paper starts with a brief overview of the history of the European Space Agency and recalls some of its main features. Next, the gradual process of cooperation between ESA and the EU is outlined, leading to the creation of the Framework Agreement in 2004 and the adoption of the European Space Policy in 2007. The entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty in 2009 codified the space competence of the EU, and its implications are addressed. Lastly, some attention is paid to the issue of space security in Europe, through ESA's new SSA programme adopted in 2008, and to the relevance of the EU Council initiative for a Code of Conduct for Outer Space Activities in 2008. The paper ends with some conclusions.

We introduce FEST (Flight Environment Simulation Test) procedures for precise guided missiles to reliably improve systems. Flight vibration specification was established based on power spectral density curves calculated from flight test data of a high speed precise guided missile. A FEST pre-profile was developed according to flight vibration specification and delivered to a precise guided missile assembly. Vibration responses were measured by installing accelerometers on electronic components vulnerable to dynamic forces. The FEST profile was adjusted by comparing the vibration responses and the flight vibration specification. Subsequently, the FEST profile was repeatedly modified through trial and error, because the responses were similar to the flight environment. The modified FEST profile enabled performance testing of assembled precise guided missiles under simulated flight conditions on the ground, where unexpected errors could be corrected before the flight tests, leading to cost and risk reduction in the development of the precise guided missile system.

International Geothermal Association (IGA) and Geothermal Implementing Agreement (GIA) under Committee on Energy Research & Technology (CERT) of International Energy Agency (IEA) are the two major international organizations leading geothermal research, development and deployment (RD&D). IGA has been established in 1988 by geothermal societies in Europe and America and presently consists of 23 affiliated societies. Current number of members of IGA reaches 2,000 from 65 countries and its most important activity may be to organize the World Geothermal Congress (WGC) every five years. IEA-GIA has been established in 1993 and its executive committee (ExCo) consists of 11 countries, 1 organization (EC) and 3 sponsor companies. Korea became a member of ExCo on September 2005 through Korea Institute of Geoscience & Mineral Resources (KIGAM) as representative. KIGAM is also actively participating in Direct Use Annex through a task leader of several tasks.

The fee system on spectrum usage is a usage fee that is charged for using spectrum provided by a wireless tower, and is used for management and promotion of the waves. The current fee system for spectrum usage in South Korea has faced many problems, such as complex calculation for fees, unjustified charges, unfairness in cost sharing among providers, and general inefficiency of operation. This study focuses on comparison of fee systems for spectrum usage of South Korea and other foreign countries, extraction of the root causes and problems by case analyses, and recommendation for better solutions to make a reasonable fee system for spectrum usage. The result of this study can be used as a solution to render spectrum usage more effective.

In February 6-7th, the Thai National Cancer Institute, the International Agency for Research on Cancer and its Mumbai Hub for Cancer Registration, together with the International Association of Cancer Registries and the APOCP/APJCP, jointly organized an Asian cancer registry forum to discuss regional cooperation for cancer registration. Held in the Grande Mercure Fortune Hotel, Bangkok, the meeting brought together leading scientists in cancer registration from South-East and North-East Asia as well as Australia, India and Iran and IARC itself, with coverage of various priorities and challenges of cancer registries regarding cancer control policy, operational parameters, assessment of survival and contributions to screening, for example. The current situation was highlighted and future directions and possible expansion of activities were discussed, with especial attention to the necessity for networks to help improve cancer registration across Asia and Africa.

Taepyungmu is a performing art that can be called the most skillful dance among Korean dances. It expresses the meaning of honoring the peace and peacefulness of the country in dance. The construction of 3D stereoscopic digital contents for Taepyungmu is in a series of processes such as 3D recording of intangible cultural properties and implementation of hologram contents. The purpose is to try various possibilities through various technologies and methods, to establish a technical basis of the preservation paradigm change of intangible cultural properties and to present a leading direction to realize real digital cultural properties.

Recently the wearable technologies market has diversified to the point where even the leading fashion brands have adopted prototypes. For this reason, consumer- and fashion-centric perspectives on the consumption of wearable technologies are needed for a better understanding of the market. The author tests the effect of design aesthetics of a fictitious smartwatch (i.e., the wearable technology) as a key factor of non-functional hedonic consumption on consumer-perceived product value. The results of an online survey of 233 U.S. shoppers indicate a strong, positive effect of design aesthetics on both the perceived utilitarian and hedonic values of wearable technologies. Furthermore, the hypothesized moderation of gender is statistically confirmed in the mechanism of design aesthetics toward perceived utilitarian value, but gender is found to not moderate the effect of design aesthetics for the smartwatch on hedonic value. Male shoppers are found to be more positively influenced by perceived design aesthetics. Theoretical and managerial implications and study limitations are further discussed.

The performance characteristics of partial admission supersonic turbines are analyzed by using the commercial CFD program FLUENT6.0. The governing equations were discretized with Euler implicit method in time and 2nd-order upwind scheme of FVM in space. The k-$\varepsilon$ turbulence model was utilized to describe the turbulent flow field. In order to investigate the nozzle--rotor interactions and the effect of partial admission, the flows in supersonic turbine rotor cascades with a nozzle are computed. Extensive computations of partial admission supersonic turbines provide the shock structures and flow patterns in the nozzle and rotor. It is clearly shown that the nozzle flow is highly affected by the shocks or expansion waves propagated from the rotor leading edge. And the rotor flow is also affected by the shocks or wakes originated from the nozzle.

This paper provided a brief summary of the current strategic goals, activities, and impacts of the NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) occupational injury research program. Three primary drivers (injury database, stakeholder input, and staff capacity) were used to define NIOSH research focuses to maximize relevance and impact of the NIOSH injury-prevention-research program. Injury data, strategic goals, program activities, and research impacts were presented with a focus on prevention of four leading causes of workplace injury and death in the US: motor vehicle incidents, falls, workplace violence, and machine and industrial vehicle incidents. This paper showcased selected priority goals, activities, and impacts of the NIOSH injury prevention program. The NIOSH contribution to the overall decrease in fatalities and injuries is reinforced by decreases in specific goal areas. There were also many intermediate outcomes that are on a direct path to preventing injuries, such as new safety regulations and standards, safer technology and products, and improved worker safety training. The outcomes serve as an excellent foundation to stimulate further research and worldwide partnership to address global workplace injury problems.
