Quality Characteristics and Antioxidative Effects of Dasik added with Lycii Fructus Extract (구기자 추출액을 첨가한 다식의 품질특성 및 항산화 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality characteristics and antioxidative effect of Dasik prepared with Lycii fructus extract(LD). LD were added in ratios (w/w) of 0(C), 5(LD1), 10(LD2), and 15%(LD3), and then proximate compositions, physicochemical properties, sensory evaluations and antioxidative effect of the Dasik were measured. LD1~LD3 samples showed higher contents of moisture, crude lipid, crude protein and crude ash as well as pH and sugar content compared to control (p<0.001). The total phenol content of LD samples (LD1, 31.5% ; LD2, 66.1% ; and LD3, 69.7%) was higher than that of control (4.71%). DPPH radical scavenging activity of LD3 showed the highest activity of 65.3%, whereas that of control (27.0%) was the lowest among samples. Additionally, ABTS radical scavenging activity of LD samples was higher than that of control (C, 38.9% ; LD1, 53.6%; LD2, 80.5% ; and LD3, 83.3%). The results of texture analysis on all samples showed that control had the highest but LD3 was the lowest (p<0.001). In sensory evaluation, the scores of appearance, flavor, taste and overall preference for LD2 was significantly higher than the samples(C, LD1, and LD2). Form the findings, this study suggests that 10% addition of LD was effective for preparation of Dasik in the aspects of the consumer acceptability and functionality.

  • A laser diode(LD) has been studied in many fields what medical, industrial processing, sensor, advertising equipment, printing equipment. And the LD is being used in industry. However, LD will require precision handling. Therefore, the actual use of LD is limited to areas of specialization. In this study, attend to the characteristics of the LD what weak to electrostatic and physical impact, current and heat. And will make a sample module that use comfortably a various wavelength LD. Furthermore, Furthermore, through the printing CTP(Computer to Plate) equipment used the 128-channel LD-Driver, compares it with a 64-channel CTP device about the print speed and resolution. And will solved the problem of delay between the dot and the dot. Finally, consider the potential of the 256-channel LD-Driver.

The Operating Characteristics of DBR-LD with Wavegudies Coupling Structure (도파로 결합 구조에 따른 DBR-LD의 동작특성)

  • In this paper, we described the fabrication and the performance of wavelength tunable distributed bragg reflector (DBR) laser diode (LD), having different waveguide coupling mechanisms; integrated-twin-guide (ITG) DBR-LD and butt coupled (BT) DBR-LD. This deviceis fabricated by metal organic vapor phase epitaxy (MOVPE) growth and planar buried heterostructure (PBH)-type transverse current confinement structure. The result of measurement, the optical performance of BT-DBR-LD is better over 2 times than that of ITG-DBR-LD at the variation of threshold current and output power, and slop efficiency due to the higher coupling efficiency of the butt coupled structure than the integrated twin guide structure. The maximum wavelength tuning range is about 7.2nm for ITG DBR-LD and 7.4nm for BT DBR-LD. Both types of lasers have a very high yield of single mode operation with a side-mode suppression ratio of more than 35dB.

Automatic Translations for Model Checking of LD Programs (LD 프로그램의 모델 체킹을 위한 자동변환)

  • PLCs are special purpose microcontrollers used in most automatic control systems such as plants, embedded systems, and intelligent buildings. LD is one of the most popular languages among PLC languages. For now LD programs are mainly verified by simulation and testing which has a lot of limitation. This paper describes how to translate a given LD program into an input of a model checker so that LD program is verified by model checking. We define formal semantics of LD programs and SMV models and specify a formal definition of the translation function which preserves semantics between LD programs and SMV models.

  • Recently interest in the fabrication of LD operated by low current is gradually increasing as fabrication techniques of MQW-LD are progressed. In this viewpoint, theoretical estimation for decreasing the amount of threshold current will be helpful to design and make LD in case that active layer of conventional bulk type RWG-LD structure is replaced with MQW structure. Therefore, the optimum design condition of RWG MQW-LD was obtained from theoretical analysis in order to operate in the weakly index-guided LD and low threshold current. The lateral effective index step has been obtained in RWG MQW-LD structure. Waveguide mechanism including this index step has been investigated by solving the carrier diffusion equation and lateral wave equation. From these theoretical results, the optimum design condition of RWG MQW-LD have been suggested.

  • Special-purpose microcontrollers PLCs have been widely used in the area of industrial automation. For the research of analysis and verification for PLC programs, first of all we have to specify formal sematics of PLC programming languages. This paper defines formally the operational semantics of LD language. After we transform the graphical language LD into its textual representation Symbolic LD, we give semantics of Symbolic LD since LD language is a graphical language. This paper defines the natural sematics of Symbolic LD and formalizes it in Coq proof assistant.

  • 본 논문에서는 $0.35{\mu}m$ CMOS공정을 이용하여 2.5 Gbps로 동작하는 LD(Laser Diode) 구동기를 설계하였다. 전기 신호를 광 신호로 변환시켜 주는 레이저 다이오드(LD)를 동작시키기 위해서는 LD 구동기가 필요하게 되며, LD 구동기는 크게 LD 문턱전류 이상의 전류를 공급하기 위한 바이어스부와 바이어스 전류를 기반으로 전기신호를 광신호로 변조하는 변조부로 나뉘어 진다. 설계한 LD 구동기는 LD의 등가회로를 이용하여 모의실험 과정을 거쳤으며, MOSFET의 GATE단에 안정된 입력전압을 인가함으로써 안정된 바이어스 전류의 공급을 꾀하였다. 디자인된 LD 구동기는 11 mA 정도의 바이어스 전류를 공급하여 주었으며, 4 mA 정도의 변조전류를 공급한다.

  • It is shown that GaAs/GaAs stripe Roof-Top-Reflector LD is better than cleaved mirror LD by numerical analysis. And surface light emitting device is developed by LPE melt-back growth, which is of good controllability for OEIC. OEIC transmitter using RTR LD structured device and FET has been made and modulated, expected to show good modulation characteristics after solving process problem. Beam-Lead LD mounted on Si carrier has been made and shows low heat-resistance and so long life and good characteristics of LD.

Diagnostic Significance of Total Lactate Dehydrogenase(LD) and LD Isoenzyme Measurement in the Body Fluids (체강액에서 총 Lactate dehydrogenase 및 Lactate dehydrogenase 동위효소 측정의 진단학적 의의)

  • Body fluid Lactate dehydrogenase and its isoenzyme measurement was performed in 132 patients: 8 cases with peritonitis, 21 cases with malignant ascites, 43 cases with liver cirrhosis, 48 cases with tuberculous pleuritis, 12 cases with malignant pleural effusion respectively. Body fluid protein and glucose contents, red blood cell counts, white blood cell counts, cytologic examination were also performed as a comparative study. The results were as follows: 1. Measurement of total LD and protein amount could differentiate between transudate and exudate in the ascitic fluids. 2. In the malignant exudate of ascites and pleural fluid, the activity of LD2 isoenzyme was statistically increased compared with that of inflammatory exudate and the activity of LD4 isoenzyme was also increased compared with that of serum(P<0.05). 3. The inflammatory exudate of pleural fluid and ascites demonstrated the increase of LD5 isoenzyme activity stastistically compared with that of serum and malignant exudate(P<0.05). 4. A difference of total LD activity between malignant ascites and inflammatory ascites was significant statistically, while this was not observed in the pleural exudate. 5. Total LD and LD5 isoenzyme activity didn't correlated with the number of white blood cells in the exudate.

The Effectiveness of Lumbar Cerebrospinal Fluid Drainage to Reduce the Cerebral Vasospasm after Surgical Clipping for Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

  • Objective : Removal of blood from subarachnoid space with a lumbar drainage (LD) may decrease development of cerebral vasospasm. We evaluated the effectiveness of a LD for a clinical vasospasm and outcomes after clipping of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods : Between July 2008 and July 2013, 234 patients were included in this study. The LD group consisted of 126 patients, 108 patients in the non LD group. We investigated outcomes as follow : 1) clinical vasospasm, 2) angioplasty, 3) cerebral infarction, 4) Glasgow outcome scale (GOS) score at discharge, 5) GOS score at 6-month follow-up, and 6) mortality. Results : Clinical vasospasm occurred in 19% of the LD group and 42% of the non LD group (p<0.001). Angioplasty was performed in 17% of the LD group and 38% of the non LD group (p=0.001). Cerebral infarctions were detected in 29% and 54% of each group respectively (p<0.001). The proportion of GOS score 5 at 6 month follow-up in the LD group was 69%, and it was 58% in the non LD group (p=0.001). Mortality rate showed 5% and 10% in each group respectively. But, there was no difference in shunt between the two groups. Conclusion : LD after aneurysmal SAH shows marked reduction of clinical vasospasm and need for angioplasty. With this technique we have shown favorable GOS score at 6 month follow-up.
