  • According to construction of global administration environment, all over the world was ended up in infinite competition period. Because eating out company also competes with another company, it must enjoy competitive power high position to secure high position continuously, classified by formation constituent's individuation and two aspects of organic special quality by the factor. Individuation classified by formation constituent's business ability, personal relations, age factors of Information Technology, and organic special quality classifies by factor of formation culture and result that analyze eating out company's business condition competitive power reinforcement effect factor is same as following. First, was construed by company culture, personal relations, business ability period of ten days with family Restaurant, and Information Technology showed that do not influence. 산란계에 편백나무 정유 살포가 닭진드기에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Spraying Chamaecyparis obtusa Essential Oil on the Elimination of Red Mite (Dermanyssus gallinae) in Laying Hens)

  • 본 연구는 편백나무 정유를 70% 함유한 FC-S 살포액을 배율별로 희석하여 살포시에 닭진드기 제거와 안전성에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 실행하였다. 닭진드기에 감염된 산란계 300수를 5개 처리구와 5반복 반복당 12수씩 18일간 배치하였다. 각 처리구의 살포액은 FC-S를 0배(원액, FC-S 0), 50배(FC-S 50) 및 100배(FC-S 100)로 희석한 시료와 증류수(NC) 및 시중에서 판매되는 천연살충제(PC)를 이용하였다. 닭진드기 숫자, 산란율, 난중은 매일 확인하였고, 계란품질과 혈액성상은 사양실험 종료 후 측정하였다. 안전성 검사를 위하여 산란계의 사료섭취, 호흡기증상, 침울, 설사 및 폐사 증상을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과, FC-S 0을 살포시에 80% 이상의 닭진드기가 제거되었으며(P<0.01), FC-S 50 처리구도 PC 처리구보다 개선되었다. FC-S 100 처리구는 PC 처리구보다 진드기 제거에 미치는 영향이 적었지만, NC 처리구에 비하여 닭진드기 제거는 매우 개선되었다(P<0.01). FC-S를 살포한 후 산란계의 생산성, 계란품질, 혈액성상 및 안전성에 미치는 영향은 처리구간에 유사하였으며, 통계적 차이가 없었다. 본 연구결과, FC-S의 살포는 산란계에 미치는 영향은 없었으므로, 닭진드기에만 선택적으로 작용하였다고 사료되며, FC-S 0~50배 희석배율의 살포는 상용화되어 판매되는 살포액보다 효과적으로 닭진드기를 제거하였다.

케이지 사육시 사육밀도가 산란계의 깃털손상도, 계란품질, 혈액성상 및 스트레스 호르몬 농도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Stocking Density on the Feather Condition, Egg Quality, Blood Parameters and Corticosterone Concentration of Laying Hens in Conventional Cage)

  • 본 연구는 케이지 사육 시 사육밀도가 산란계의 깃털 손상도, 계란품질, 혈액성상 및 스트레스 호르몬 농도에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 수행되었다. 산란계(Hy-Line Brown) 700수를 공시하여 배터리 케이지에 750 ㎠/수 및 500 ㎠/수 사육밀도 처리구로 50 반복을 두어 32주부터 60주까지 총 28주간 실시하였으며, 사료와 물은 자유 급이 하였다. 사육밀도가 증가함에 따라 주령이 증가할수록 깃털손상도가 증가하였으며, 등과 꼬리 부위의 손상이 유의적으로 증가하였다. 계란품질(난중, Haugh unit, 난각 강도 등)은 사육밀도에 따른 처리구 간 유의적 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 또한, 혈구 성분 및 혈액 생화학 지표는 사육밀도에 의한 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 시험종료 시점의 혈액과 깃털 내 스트레스 호르몬인 corticosterone 농도를 분석한 결과, 500 ㎠/수 사육밀도에서 사육 시 750 ㎠보다 높게 나타났다. 결론적으로 케이지에서 500 ㎠/수 사육밀도 사육은 산란계의 깃털손상도를 증가시켜 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 보이며, 향후 산란계의 행동과 관련된 추가 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

Nutrition Practice to Alleviate the Adverse Effects of Stress on Laying Performance, Metabolic Profile, and Egg Quality in Peak Producing Hens: I. The Humate Supplementation

  • This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of cage density (CD) and humate supplementation (HS) on laying performance, metabolic profile, and egg quality during the peak production period in hens. Lohman layers (n = 180, 46 wks of age) were blocked according to the location of cages and then allocated randomly to two levels of CD (4 or 6 hens per cage or 540 vs. 360 $cm^2$/hen) and three levels of HS (0, 0.15, and 0.30%). Egg production (EP) and feed consumption (FC) were measured daily; egg weight was measured bi-weekly; and BW was measured before and after the experiment. Blood and additional egg samples were obtained at the end of the experiment for determination of metabolic profile and egg quality. The data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA as repeated measures. Except for FC, CD did not affect laying performance parameters. Hens placed in high-density cages had lower FC than hens placed in normal-density cages. Increasing HS level linearly increased FC, EP, and feed conversion ratio (FCR). There was a CD by HS interaction effect on FC and EP. Hens placed in high-density cages had greater serum glucose, total protein, albumin, globulin, Ca, and P concentrations and tended to have greater serum corticosterone concentration than hens placed in normaldensity cages. Increasing HS level linearly increased serum glucose, total protein, albumin, globulin, creatine, and Ca concentrations and linearly decreased serum triglyceride and very low-density lipoprotein concentrations. There was a CD by HS interaction effect on serum glucose and albumin concentrations. There were no alterations in egg quality parameters in response to increasing CD. Albumen index and Haugh unit decreased linearly and other egg quality parameters did not change as HS level increased. In conclusion, increased caging density adversely affected metabolic profile, despite insignificantly deteriorating laying performance. Moreover, benefits from humate supplementation seem to be more noteworthy for hens housed in stressing conditions than for hens housed in standard conditions.

산란계에 있어 델타-아미노레블린산의 급여가 생산성 및 계란 품질에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Dietary Delta-Aminolevulinic Acid on Egg Production and Egg Quality in Laying Hens)

  • 본 연구는 델타-이미노레블린산(ALA)의 급여가 산란계의 생산성 및 계란 품질에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보기 위하여 시험을 실시하였다. 사양 시험은 30주령 ISA Brown 144수를 공시하였으며 28일간 실시하였다. 시험 설계는 1) CON (기초 사료), 2) 0.05(기초 사료 + ALA 0.05%) 3) 0.1(기초 사료 + ALA 0.1%) 및 4) 0.2(기초 사료 + ALA 0.2%)로 4개 처리를 하여 처리당 4반복, 반복당 12수씩 완전 임의 배치하였다. 전체 사양 시험 기간 동안, 델타-아미노레블린산의 첨가 수준이 증가함에 따라 산란율의 감소가 나타났으나, 0.2% 첨가 수준에서 다시 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다(quadratic effect, P=0.01). 난중은 델타-아미노레블린산의 첨가 수준이 증가함에 따라 무게가 증가하였다(linear effect, P=0.01; quadratic effect, P=0.01). 난황색은 전체 사양 시험 기간 동안, 0.1% 첨가 수준까지 난황색이 높아지다가 0.2% 첨가 수준에서 낮아지는 경향을 나타내었다(quadratic effect, P=0.03). 델타-아미노레블린산의 첨가 수준이 증가함에 따라 혈액 내 hemoglobin 농도가 유의적으로 증가하였다(linear effect, P= 0.01). 결론적으로, 산란계에 델타-아미노레블린산의 급여는 난중 및 난황색 그리고 혈액 내 hemoglobin 농도를 증가시키는 것으로 사료된다.

산란계의 열환경별 특이음에 대한 음성학적 분석 (Acoustic Analysis for Thermal Environment-related Vocalizations in Laying Hens)

  • 본 연구는 산란계가 적정 환경, 더운 환경 그리고 추운 환경에서 특이하게 내는 특이음을 분류한 후 이들을 음성학적으로 판별할 수 있는지를 규명하고자 수행되었다. 일반 발성음은 총 5가지 형태, 더위stress 특이음은 1가지 형태, 그리고 추위stress 특이음은 총 3가지 형태로 각각 나타났다. 기본주파수, 음의 강도, 음의 길이 및 포먼트에 대하여 열환경별 발성음간 유의차를 분석한 결과 모든 parameter에서 유의차가 인정되었으나, Discriminant 분석을 실시하였을 때 음의 길이, 제 1포먼트, 제 3포먼트 및 제 4포먼트가 다른 parameter들 보다 유용한 parameter로 나타났다. 이상의 결과들을 종합해 볼 때, 산란계는 열환경 변화에 따라 특이음을 내었으며, 이들 특이음은 기본주파수, 음의 강도, 음의 길이 및 포먼트 등과 같은 parameter들에 의하여 음성학적으로 판별될 수 있었다.

복합생균제가 산란계의 생산성, 계란품질 및 악취저감에 미치는 영향 (Effect of a probiotic mixture on egg quality and egg production in laying hens)

  • 본 연구는 계란 생산성, 계란품질 및 악취저감에 관한 Bacillus subtillus, Streptomyces galilaeus 및 Sphingobacteriaceae로 구성된 복합생균제(PM, probiotic mixture)의 효과를 조사하였다. 산란계 Hy-Line Brown 240수를 4처리구로 구분하여 6주 동안 사육하였다. 처리구는 복합생균제를 함유하지 않은 대조구(CON, control), 일반생균제(CP3, commercial probiotics 0.3%), 복합생균제 3(PM3, 복합생균제 0.3%), 복합생균제 5(PM5, 복합생균제 0.5%)로 구분하였다. 산란율, 계란 호우유니트, 난각두께, 난각강도, 난황색 및 농후난백 높이는 PM3, PM5가 CON 및 CP3에 비해서 높았다. 계분으로부터 암모니아, E. coli, 총호기성균, Coliform, Salmonella 균수는 CON>CP3>PM3>PM5 순서로 증가하였다. 본 결과는 B. subtillus, S. galilaeus 및 Sphingobacteriaceae로 구성된 복합생균제 0.3%가 산란율, 계란품질 개선 및 분에서 암모니아 발생을 낮추어 양계장 악취저감 효과를 갖는다는 점을 보여준다.

Evaluation of different non-fasting molting methods on laying performance and egg quality during molting and post molting periods

  • The study evaluated different molt-inducing methods to achieve the main goal of molting in commercial layers during molting and post-molting periods. A total of 400 60-week-old Lohmann Brown layers were randomly divided into five groups (eight replicates of 10 birds for each group). Laying hens in the fasting control group received no diet from day 1 to day 10. The second group received a molt-inducing diet recommended by the breeding company. The third group received a wheat bran-based diet. The fourth group received a commercial layer diet with 8,000 ppm zinc (as zinc oxide, ZnO). The fifth group received an induced molting diet given to the second group with 8,000 ppm zinc, respectively. Egg production in the fasting control group and groups fed a diet with ZnO were significantly lower (p < 0.001) than those in groups fed the molt-inducing and wheat bran-based diets without ZnO during molting. Egg laying in the fasting control group was rapidly reduced and stopped on the 5.9th day of molting. In both groups having molt treatment with ZnO, egg production was similarly reduced and ceased on the 6.9th day and 7.0th day of molting, respectively, none of them differed significantly from the control. Layers fed molt-inducing diet or wheat bran-based diet did not reach the cessation of laying even on the 28th d of molting period. Relative weights of the ovary and growing oocytes of layers subjected to fasting or fed diets with ZnO were significantly lower than those of other groups. During the first two weeks of post molting, layers fed molt-inducing diet with ZnO showed higher egg production than the other two groups (p < 0.01). The eggshell strength in the group fed the commercial diet with ZnO was significantly higher than those fed the molt-inducing diet or wheat bran-based diets at 6 weeks of post molting (p < 0.05). These results suggest that the non-feed withdrawal molting using ZnO is more effective in inducing molting and increasing post-molt egg production and egg quality than other methods using a molt-inducing diet alone or wheat bran-based diet without ZnO.

Serological Survey of Major Avian Viral Diseases Related with Egg Production in Commercial Chicken Flocks in Korea

  • While use of mass rearing systems improved poultry production, chances of exposing to contagious diseases have been increased, making flocks more vulnerable to diseases. Diseases of interest which affects egg production adversely include Low pathogenic avian influenza (LPAI), Infectious bronchitis (IB), Avian meta-pneumoviral infection (aMPV) and Egg drop syndrome'76 (EDS'76). This report collected and analyzed 5,385 serum samples, which were collected from 1,330 different chicken flock, provided by Chungbuk National University, Avian Disease Laboratory at 2009. Serums were analyzed based on rearing stages; 0~1.3weeks (wks) (maternal antibody period), >1.3~3 wks (starting period), >3~10 wks (growing period), >10~22 wks (developing period), >22~40 wks (peak laying period), >40~60 wks (late laying period) and over 60 wks (post-molting period). Results showed the 99.7% of the tested flocks were immunized against ND and73.8%, 97.1%, 78,2% and 78% of the flocks were immunized against other 4 agents (LPAI, IB, EDS'76, aMPV). Maternal antibody was transferred to enough quantity for NDV. Generally, antibody titers which were developed at 22 weeks were stabilized permanently for life. In case of IB and aMPV, infection titer emerged as early as 10 weeks and the titer was increased from 99.4% to 100% for life. EDS76 showed increase in titers, reflecting decreased frequency of vaccination programs. Overall, this study displayed general trends of major viral disease in layers, but considering the trend of development of preventive measures and evolution of pathogens, conducting serological surveys on a regular basis is important.
